There food is amazing.. especially there spicy wings

Went in today got some pizzas, met the new owners and seem like a sound bunch in there got a new dessert menu coming which I’m excited to try, boss man even let us try some of the ice cream they have which was 10/10. However, for the pizzas they could have done with another 5 minutes was a bit undercooked for me. Pepperoni passion pizza which was meant to be double pepperoni had literally one piece of pepperoni per slice was laughable but other than that would recommend and would order again.

Popped in, paid by card. Food being prepared look great. Ordered a donner kebab & it was great, only £5 for a large. Perfect 👌

That one time you order from the most random place but it ends up looking good, smelling good, and tasting like your mouth just entered a whole new world of flavor and texture! This is the place.

I can see that this takeaway has tried to update its menu to include sweet desserts I ordered 2 kebabs and a biscotti pizza which was £8 the order was just over 30 minutes late food was luke warm said on just eat it was delivered when it wasn’t simply one of the worst takeaways I have had. Biscotti pizza a small pizza base with Nutella spread sprinkles and a few lotus biscuits worth £8 definitely not! Wont be ordering from here again.

Had 2 pizza buy one get 2 free 2 burgers with relish that I didn’t ask for.chips wasn’t fresh and cold got to say food was tasteless nothing like who run it before and have been going here for long time won’t be going back

I had been going here for year and never had a problem til I ordered tonight which is the first time I had since it had been take over by new owners. Long story short ordered on just eat, 2 hours later no sign of food called god knows how many times to be first told several times it was on the way, then that it had already been delivered which it had not and then was told it was the drivers mistake and the manager was on the way now with my food (oh during one of these phone calls I requested a refund and I was told no) Another 45/50 mins the driver turns up at my door with NO FOOD saying he had delivered it. Called me a liar as I argued this, I asked to speak to his boss who was on the phone (so it wasn’t the manager who was bringing it yet another lie) was just as rude and then eventually they admitted their fault and told me to get a refund through just eat which I’ve still not had confirmation of yet as pizza factory DECLINED the first request via the app! Absolutely disgusted in the customer service the fact they take your money DONT deliver your food and then call you a LIAR ! I will never come back here again and I will be telling family and friends who also normally go here of how the new owners have the shop running. Again disgusting behaviour.

Pizza Factory exceeds expectations with their delectable pizzas and burgers. The quality is unmatched, and the flavors are exceptional. The delivery service is consistently prompt, ensuring a delightful experience. It's my go-to for a satisfying and tasty meal. Highly recommended!

I usually order from here on a regular basis. Pizza was good but the kebabs….pictures speak for themselves. I hope the owner does something about this

Everything you could possibly want in a pizza! Hot, fresh with plenty of toppings, very tasty, nice n thin crispy base cooked to perfection. Not greasy like some so not sickly either. Didn't have to wait long, arrived quickly. Appreciate the 2 for 1 deal which makes it affordable. Much better and Nicer than famous pizza branch which are an absolute rip off!! This is definitely my 1st choice pizza place. Generous sized portions of choc fudge cake, also fresh (got fed up of stale, measly portions from elsewhere). Nice cold can to wash it all down! Bonus delivery driver was lovely and pleasant, too. Thank you! 😁

I came to the shop 20 minutes after the closing time, the lad at the till sorted me a pizza. Was delicious and the customer service especially me ordering after the closing time is the cherry on top

Absolutely 1st class!! We ordered Jalapeño flamers(VERY NICE) Onion Rings Meat feast 12” pizza New Yorker 12” pizza And I can honestly say that it was absolutely delicious 👍😋 Very fast delivery, delivery driver was spot on and early 👍 Highly recommend

I got 3 pizza's from here a few weeks ago..they were horrible!. The pizza base was dry, stale and covered in oil. Barely any sauce on the base. Ingredients were lacking any flavour. I got a hot n spicy which was vile and had no flavour. A meaty which had some flavour due to smoky bacon/ham. And both had vry little cheese. I will not be going back as it was a huge dissapointment.

The best pizza I've ever had & I'm not a pizza lover everything was fresh hot, staff very polite and helpful. Couldn't ask for better really will definitely be ordering again. Been using Pizza Factory for years and their pizzas have been consistently nice, and with a pretty much permanent buy-one-get-one-free offer across all their pizzas, they're often much better value than rip-off Domino's.

Not ordered a pizza from a local place in ages because we never seemed to find one that satisfied. Thought I'd give these a go in mid-May 2020 / during lockdown and I have to say that both my wife (had one with anchovies) and my veggie one were very tasty; had enough toppings on and weren't greasy. Ordered online and it arrived 5 minutes early. Will definitely order from here again, probably soon but...why 4 stars and not 5? Delivery driver was grumpy and didn't observe any social distancing rule, as he handed the pizza over at the doorstep, that's all / nothing more.

Got the menu in the post the other day, thought we’d give it ago. Nicest pizza I’ve had in years. Definitely be ordering again. Very pleasant staff and price very reasonable. 5*

Brilliant takeaway. A touch more expensive for pizzas than elsewhere, but also two for one, and the quality is miles better. We order from here almost every weekend and we've yet to be let down in anyway.

Absolutly amazing food!! Me and my fella ordered pizzas and when they came they l smelt and looked really fresh. Came on time also and you can tell the ingredients used is all fresh. I always like to get myself a side salad as I just enjoy it but it wasn't on the menu but I asked if it would be possible for them to sort me one out and it wasn't a problem for them and again, the salad was really fresh and tasty. We will both certainly be ordering from here again! Thanks for the lovely food pizza factory we really enjoyed it 😋👍

Never been a pizza lover but having tried pizza factory wow. Eating more than ever n the staff are fantastic at their jobs and leave you feeling like you have had a fantastic Customer Service experience and I don't say it lightly after 30 years in Customer Service roles
