HORRENDOUS MANAGEMENT While in Port Talbot today the manager of this place decided to park half on the pavement right behind my car (parked properly) blocking me in. She also had a disabled badge on her dashboard. I waited 1 hour no one came to move this car so I was slowly trying to nudge my car out, at which point she comes storming out of her pizza shop shouting at me for being a bad driver!!! This woman was clearly not disabled and is using the badge so she can park right next to her shop! The audacity of her attitude calling me an English Karen and bad driver when you have literally parked on a pavement blocking me in?? I don’t know what entitled planet she lives on

Had the Hawaii-50 pizza.. me and my little girl loved it! Fantastic service and they doted over my daughter. Lovely atmosphere.

Ordered the spaghetti con fungi e pancetta, with garlic bread, just fancied a change, it was delivered quickly, piping hot, and omg it was amazing ! Perfectly cooked and seasoned, a very generous portion, so much that I had half the following day. The garlic bread was delicious, also perfectly cooked. I’ll order this again !! 5 *

*WOW* Just had the best burger in south wales. Chargrilled beef, fresh salad and seeded bun. Staff super friendly and service area/restaurant very clean and tidy. What a little gem of a place for Port Talbot. Will defiantly be back again. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Ordered a pizza late one night mid January along with Cheesy garlic bread. Garlic bread was lovely, however a big drop in quality since I last ordered from here. Pizza dough was half baked and by the time I called the shop was closed.

Been ordering from this place for years had a delivery tonight and my garlic bread was missing so I phone to say it was missing and basically was told I was lying by the stuck up manager

There is so much to say about this family run business. Let's start with the owners, both very beautiful people and can hold a conversation that's constructive. I've spoken to the owners about ups and downs in life and if they didn't see me for 5 or 6 weeks the moment I walk in the door the next time it's like I'd just seen them yesterday. Beautiful people and it's what we need more of in this area. The menu... a wide range of products available including vegetarian and vegan options 😀 The setting... the overall atmosphere of this shop has gone from a 4/10 to a solid 12/10 The food... the best takeaway in port talbot, disagree all you want... its okay to be wrong sometimes. Other staff... they are always happy and smiling and always happy to bring you your food with a smile. I used to love pizza factory with the old owners but since this has been taken over its gone from an 8/10 to a solid 12/10 😁 keep doing what you are doing guys and I look forward to seeing other changes to the menu and shop ❤️

Foood is absolutely terrible... Chicken wings literally smelt lile dog biscuits and tasted worse. Cheese chips were like soggy paper. The burger or don't go there with the burger burnt and soggy! Never ever again! I've had nicer mcdonalds and that says something. This was once a good place to eat -0 for effort now!

Service is amazing Food is amazing Portion size is supreme! Venue is tidy and clean and has a Turkish grill feel about it. Kid friendly! Family of 4 total cost with starters, mains and desert was around £50! It could possibly be the cheapest place around you could easily sleep on this place thinking it's just another takeaway with it's prices ... It is not! 10/10 Full review for anyone who cares to read it I want to write a 1000 word review on how all resteraunts should be like this one, however an honest review is all I'm sure anyone wants to read. To start with the place is clean, nicely set out and decorated really nice. Center of town, near public transport, the cooking food smelt amazing walking in. The staff are extremely approachable, they are trying to make a success of the place and it shows in there politeness and actions - they really are a genuine bunch of professional people. We booked for a family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids, they sat us on the big family table because it was quiet (I'm surprised this place was quiet tbh) we had plenty of room which is a good job. The menu is vast but not over filled like some restraunts of this type. it's simple pizza pasta grilled meats and chips but done to an incredible standard far out exceeding local competition. Portion sizes are huge! Nowhere does starters this size, by the time the mains come we where already looking for the doggy bags. But then the mains do come and they are also too very nicely presented (the burger was exactly like the photos in the menu too which is a rare thing) so we ate them too. All amazing and we really enjoyed everything we ordered. Which at the end turned out to be a table full, enough for a banquet Everything was dealt with for us, drinks, payment, even the bagging up of the leftovers for home and the dogs they did for us wich is again a level of service you just don't get anywhere else. The bill could well be most peoples favourite part as its extremely kind to the wallet. I hesitate to write these things in reviews at fears of the place putting prices up but it just needs to be said. This place has the best value for money I've possible ever experienced in the UK. We paid a fair amount in card charges (our bad not there's) and even tipped £5 and we didn't even come close to the same kind price anywhere else we have been. It's a great place for families! The fact this place is not just constantly packed is a genuine surprise, they really should be on everyone's list to visit. We will be going back, we can't wait already! And finally a thank you to the staff who showed us nothing but kindness and warmness, we felt looked after and we will see you again soon!

Lovely restaurant!!! My family and I went into the restaurant for a meal and general conversation. Not only did we receive this, but we received amazing service, a lovely conversation from all staff, followed by a delicious meal that left all feeling satisfied. God bless

I delivered on just eat, it came early the food was exceptional, they have new waffles I never tried before, they were amazing. Presentation of the food immense, just all round good food, thank you for a lovely meal!!

Used to be my favorite pizza in port talbot. Dont know whats gone wrong lately. But the pizzas turn up with a doughy base. Either they need a new oven. Or new cooks

This place is phenomenal. Never heard of it until my sister recommended it for my birthday. I had a delicious pizza and cheese topped fries and it was stunning! Lovely little gem in Port Talbot and perfect for a date or birthday celebrations. The managers are so friendly :)

Have come here a few times with my partner and children and every time we have excellent service, the children always love the atmosphere and we all have such a great time there. Really recommend to anyone as it is really a fab place to go and the food is also so lovely 🥰

Wow,wow and double wow so glad I've found a place which not only serves the most delicious food but the service and hospitality is second to none. 100% would recommend pizza factory too anyone that I meet. I have used this little gem over a year now. I can honestly say I have not had a bad meal yet. I have tried most dishes and my favourite is the pasta bolognaise. It is piping hot and delicious. I highly recommend this establishment. Very few places cook from scratch, food is amazing.

Not only the ambience was very nice, no! Also the staff and of course the pizza were excellent! Why this pizzeria is rated only 3.9 stars is a mystery!!!

Pizza to die for, eat in if you can.

I walked in, and was blown away by the warm and welcoming service and atmosphere! The food was fab, there are dishes and drinks, that are traditionally Bulgarian,(That's where the owners are from) they are just to die for. The Restaurant is currently under some light construction that's why my Atmosphere rating is 4 stars.🙏🙏🙏

Amazing pizza. Never fails to make my mouth water. I would choose pizza factory over any others any day or night. Customer service is fantastic aswel. Always friendly. I had a delivery and it arrived over 10 minutes early.

Not just home made fresh pizzas but fresh home made burgers mixed grills and the best spaghetti bolognase I've tasted x friendly helpful staff perfect for eating in and take away.

Delivery was a bit of a wait at 1hr30 but was well worth it! Ordered from the burger menu, this is hands down the best restaurant I have eaten at and ordered from in Port talbot to date.

Port Talbot doesn't have unlimited options for dinner. The day we went there was pizza buy one get one free. We ordered a calzone, was something similar to a calzone, but mine it was ok and quite filling. Nice Bulgarian beer.

We have been here a number of times now, Pizza Factory and their wonderful attentive staff never fail to disappointed. The food is out of this world. Came in for a quick meal and have now been sat for hours talking to the owners and being treat like part of their family. I would recommend Pizza Factory you will not be disappointed. Terrible delivery times waited 2hrs and more!! Staff aren't helpful at all when you ring! Used to be a reliable service but this will be my last time ordering with them!! Edit...you reply to Google reviews quicker than your delivery times!! And well over 2 hrs and 2 phone calls where I was fed a pack of lies!! Edit: 3rd phone call to cancel the order and the phone was passed on as a woman laughed....very classy establishment I can imagine the the mental capacity of its employees! I work a few doors away from it I can't wait to see them in person to see of they still find it funny?!!

Excellent food, we called in as the colourful sign reminded us of 90s pizza hut. Oddly it's so modern and different inside compared to the external look. We ate in as you can people watch from the massive windows. Staff were overtly friendly, prices are great (deals are amazing and make no financial sense) We had two pizzas and cheesy garlic bread, it was the best pizza I've had in a long time (the garlic bread was amazing) Most importantly according to reviewers the chicken was cooked perfectly!! Will be coming back here for one of their amazing looking breakfasts (working our way through Port Talbot town currently)

Have had food from here for a few years now . Loyal customers to our local pizza /kebab place . I've recommended this to so many people. The grilled menu used to be 2nd to none . Now it absolutely awful. Service is terrible. Had half our order tonight and then my pizza arrived with a soggy bottom. The replacement for cauliflower bites which was chicken wings were seriously under cooked . If my husband had eaten then he would have had food poising . We have used this place for well over 2 years . So what has happened to your food and service. ?

By far the best burgers I've tasted for a long while! We had The Fire House burgers and on Fire they were! It was unreal how delicious they were. will be definitely ordering from there again, there was a little confusion with the delivery driver but fareplay they resolved the problem and handled it very professionally. I had a stunning cooked dinner the meat the collyflower cheese was out of this word the pizzas are so tasty and the burgers are so mouth watering I would highly recamend people to try them they taste lush

I can honestly say that these are the best burgers in town. Tried the pizzas - amazing. My favourite of all, was the crispy chicken fillet burger with the best mayo-yougurty sauce. Apparently its their own creation, but it is so yummy that it makes me crave it all the time.

We have eat here recently and tried both breakfast and Sunday dinner. I can't recommend the place enough we have takeaway ever night basically and have tried everyone in the local area... This is bar far one of the best take my word for it! The food quality is good not ur cheap stuff. Food was warm when I collected obviously its gona cool down due to travel! But absolutely no complaints from me we have 6 kids and they absolutely loved it too!!! We will definitely be goimg back 💯 breakfast and diner was beautiful really good portions and quality food. 👌🏻😋

Order incomplete, cold, pizza burnt, chicken kebab was dry and very hard to eat. Delivery was 30 mins late. When I called restaurant, very unhelpful in resolving any issue I had. Will not be ordering again

I am disgusted by the 'quality' of food here, it is cold when it arrives usually burnt and the recipe is never the same as it always tastes different they are always hit or miss but rarely ever a hit. They used to take about 20 mins to deliver my food as it is normally a simple order, the same as the other food takeaways on this street however for the last couple of months they have been taking 2 hours+ and I only live a few streets away. The staff are rude and mess up orders consistently. My son in law also had a very bad experience here and the food made him ill either due to the lack of hygiene or the chicken being under cooked and pink. WILL DEFINETLEY NOT BE RETURNING

I can not state this enough.. avoid this place at all costs..Just received the worst food ever from here..we ordered 2 large breakfast and cheesy breadsticks for our son..where to start everything was cold not even luke warm actually cold..the bacon was raw the sausages looked lovely but were just full of gristle absolutely disgusting the egg's were like rubber ive never seen burnt eggs before this was shocking the hashbrowns was 2 lumps of mush the tomatoes were terrible beans were ok the blackpudding was the only half decent thing..toast was funny just 2 slices of bread with a lump of butter in the middle..worst breakfasts ever and over 3 pound more for same every where else..the cheesy bread sticks were wrong they delivered basic mozzarella sticks. My son did enjoys them so the only positive on food side was the thing they sent wrong

I have lived in Port talbot for 13years. Never been here until today. The staff were so friendly, place was very clean and the food was absolutely amazing. Will totally be going back again. Cant recommended highly enoughxxx

Order from pizza factory a lot over the years. Rang to tell them they have messed up our order, attitude was disgusting. I always order the create your own as there are a lot of things I can't eat, the man on the phone insisted it was me that had ordered wrong and wouldn't replace. Had to be thrown in the bin waste of money won't be ordering again

Had a delivery today not only was it way overpriced £10 for a large chicken shish kebab never seen anything like it about 6 pieces chicken dry as hell our chips were rock hard what you playing at got a cheek to charge your prices absolutely disgusting!!! I never complain but every take away I have had been fine but this is something else dont bother ,!!!

Best food with excellent customer service love to be there every day

Food was OK, service wasn't great. We were told 10 minutes to collect, 44 minutes later we left with our pizzas.

I ask for 12inch pizza and they gave my 9 inch pizza so I will not go there again

They have only the best beef mince for there beef burgers. From the butcher up the road.

Do not order the desserts they cakes are not moist no real cream or fruit within them. Poor quality for the price
