Came for dinner with my little one without a booking and was given a table. The Staff here are super nice and always friendly when we come in. the restaurant is always clean. Meals are nice and fast. will be back again soon.

Visited pizza express today with my friend and child. Honestly the food was tasty as always and the customer service was the best I have seen. Paul the general manager went above and beyond for us. He was the only one on the floor due to staff being sick or on holiday. It was a hot humid day and Paul did not let this get the better of him. He had a smile that lit the resturant and he even recommended me try a drink, which was superb. He made sure we had everything we needed and was comfortable. There was also only one chef at the time, so a massive well done to you both for running a resturant on your own. I would highly recommend this resturant and will be visiting again. Pizza express you should be proud to have a member like Paul on your team.

Lovely experience and our waiter Guido was brilliant!

We had a reservation for a group of two famlies. No table availeble!!. After a half hour waiting andvthe notes that someone else already was waiting 1½hour for there order we left and went to the other side of the road. There wasn't compensation altough the waotress was very sorry. Bit sad that she need to work here in this curcumstancis. Restaurant at the other side was luckely much and much better. Sorry to say but pizzaexpress in Epping...this was not good at all

The staff in the Epping Pizza Express are always friendly, professional and very attentive. In particular, Uido is very helpful and patient whenever we been with the grandchildren and my elderly mother. The service is first class and the food is always fresh and well presented.

Amazing service, as always from Pizza Express Epping. We were served by Uido who was so accommodating and friendly. I love coming here as they’re so family friendly. I remember coming when my daughter was a tiny baby and wouldn’t be put down. The staff even cut up my pizza for me into tiny pieces so I could eat one handed. Thanks so much :)

We arrived with a large family party and were accommodated despite the late notice. The waiters were really friendly and very good with children. Guido was especially really great, jovial, and made the experience really special and fun. Lovely, memorable night out and the service was a large part of that. Have been to a few Pizza Express restaurants over the years, not normally my favourite choice to go as we make pizzas with kids at home - but I have to say that the Epping one is by far the best one I have been to. My most recent visit was with work colleagues for a leaving meal, we was there for a few hours and the service was super. Drinks when we needed it, good food and no rushing. Even when it came to pay, there were no problems with everyone paying towards the total - which at some places can be (or at least seem) to be difficult for the restaurant. In terms of food - recommend the hot honey dough balls and also the Spicy dough balls - both really nice! Calzone was pretty good as well! Also tried a couple of beers I haven't previously tried which was nice. The restaurant was clean and tidy, as you would like to expect. Would certainly visit this restaurant again...!

Came to Pizza Express in Epping for my sisters 25th Birthday. Short staffed but Guido made up for it. As attentive as possible and an amazing voice, has clearly sang happy birthday a multitude of times.

My son had his birthday there and it was amazing!!! He wants to have it again next year. All children loved it and now keep talking how they can make a pizza. Absolutely fantastic. If i could give more stars I happily would. First time my daughter has been to any pizza express branch and she would happily come back to one. Carlos went above and beyond on his service, including her in his jokes and making her feel special. The food was the best pizza I've had from any pizzeria I've been to (and I've been to many). Will definitely be returning in the future!

Me and my daughter have been to the Pizza Express in Epping for many years. As my rating shows the food, service and atmosphere are excellent. After a week of work there is nothing better than unwinding in Pizza Express Epping. The staff, Barry, Carlos, Stella, Voytech and the other staff provide a service that is second to none. They should be extremely proud of their team work. I would definitely, and have done, recommend this Pizzeria to family, friends and work colleagues. We'll done & thank-you.

Lovely meal at Pizza Express Epping. Enjoyed our food as always. Carlos was our server and was very attentive and humourous. A credit to the restaurant. We used our rewards on the app for a free dessert and sides and the bill was rather reasonable. We will be back soon.

We visited Epping branch, as i wanted a better experience this time round from my local Pizza Express. On arrival the staff picked up service really well. Paul the manager in particular was very passionate and enthusiastic about his recommendations and suggestions to my dietary requirements. Our server today, Carlos, was brilliant and offered some of his recommendations which we duly ordered and were glad we did.
