Our waiter Guido was the best. Really attentive and friendly. Great service.

Visited Pizza Express recently with friends, service was AMAZING! so professional and quick. Food was great and so affordable for the quality. The manager was super friendly and helpful. Will be returning soon.

We have been coming to this Pizza Express for few times now and are very happy with the quality of the food and also the service, usually it’s Guido and he’s such a friendly and professional person, very nice to our little kids who are always happy to come here.

It’s our favourite place to come as a family. We always feel welcome and we are always pleased when Carlos is here! He does a terrific job and is so kind, patient and funny with our 6 year old. We love the pizza, but it wouldn’t be quite so special without Carlos looking after us

We always choose Pizza Express Epping as our restaurant of choice. It's super family friendly and the food is always amazing. The staff continually go above and beyond helping advise us with tasty options and help with what is the best value for money in terms of rewards/discounts we have. Guido was a brilliant host and so informative. He was brilliant with our 3 year old girl and had so much patience.

Henry was absolutely amazing, his service was fantastic. Haven’t experienced such friendly service in a long time! Food was great as well, super delicious. We ordered two Romano pizzas and three sides. I asked for more house dressing on the salad and it wasn’t a problem for Henry at all. A little feedback - the music / radio station was quite crackly which made the atmosphere a 3.5/5 star. Other than that, service and food we couldn’t fault.

Epping Pizza Express goes above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable dining experience. We have to make a special mention to Uido, who was attentive, professional and so friendly. We would like to personally thank him.

I've just ordered and collected food within 10 min from this place. Never had such a poor quality of food from a Pizza Express before. Got heartburn from this. I paid over £26 for this horrible food. I ordered Lasagna and Chilli prawn with dough balls. The Lasagna was likebotched together from a previous order as it did not look, taste, or feel fresh. It was also not hot at all almost cold. The dough balls were dry and hard like their old. The Chilli praws were under cooked. Just all horrible. Will never go to Pizza Express in Epping again. Wasted.

Guido is the best waiter i’ve ever experienced in all my years of going out to eat, always greeting me and my partner with a smile and very friendly. Always caters to our requests and serves us our food with such efficiency every single time. Very pleasant to talk to and be around. Toilets were also in pristine condition

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Dined in for a double birthday Tuesday night and experienced above and beyond service from Guido and his team, food came out swiftly and piping hot, atmosphere was vibrant but peaceful and the whole team even surprised us by singing happy birthday. will be back for the next birthday, amazing experience.

Had dinner here a couple of days ago. Honestly, I can safely say this is probably one of the best Pizza Express I've been to. The food was truly exceptional, order right first time. Paul, the manager, made us feel very welcome. He served us himself and was very friendly. Paul is an asset to the Pizza Express family.

Such friendly staff and great food. My son and I love coming here. He loves the dairy free options and there’s never any shortage of high chairs for him. The kids portions are very generous and he loves the dough balls and pasta so much that I can always guarantee he will eat his entire meal and then try his very best to fit in a sorbet. It’s our favourite place to eat.

Visited pizza express today with my friend and child. Honestly the food was tasty as always and the customer service was the best I have seen. Paul the general manager went above and beyond for us. He was the only one on the floor due to staff being sick or on holiday. It was a hot humid day and Paul did not let this get the better of him. He had a smile that lit the resturant and he even recommended me try a drink, which was superb. He made sure we had everything we needed and was comfortable. There was also only one chef at the time, so a massive well done to you both for running a resturant on your own. I would highly recommend this resturant and will be visiting again. Pizza express you should be proud to have a member like Paul on your team.

Absolutely terrible service do not waste your time dining in. 1 hour and 20 mins and only served starters because take away orders are made a priority. My daughter’s birthday was ruined tonight because the service was so appalling and we ended up leaving after starters. Staff and manager did not care and they even had the cheek to charge us service charge on the starters. DO NOT GO HERE and waste your money. £150 for 10 starters and a round of drinks and a ruined 14th birthday.

We had a reservation for a group of two famlies. No table availeble!!. After a half hour waiting andvthe notes that someone else already was waiting 1½hour for there order we left and went to the other side of the road. There wasn't compensation altough the waotress was very sorry. Bit sad that she need to work here in this curcumstancis. Restaurant at the other side was luckely much and much better. Sorry to say but pizzaexpress in Epping...this was not good at all

The staff in the Epping Pizza Express are always friendly, professional and very attentive. In particular, Uido is very helpful and patient whenever we been with the grandchildren and my elderly mother. The service is first class and the food is always fresh and well presented.

Amazing service, as always from Pizza Express Epping. We were served by Uido who was so accommodating and friendly. I love coming here as they’re so family friendly. I remember coming when my daughter was a tiny baby and wouldn’t be put down. The staff even cut up my pizza for me into tiny pieces so I could eat one handed. Thanks so much :)

Always get a warm welcome here. Most recently, Guido was very kind and accommodating even though it was very busy that evening.

We arrived with a large family party and were accommodated despite the late notice. The waiters were really friendly and very good with children. Guido was especially really great, jovial, and made the experience really special and fun. Lovely, memorable night out and the service was a large part of that. Thanks so much for being such a good sport and making it positive and for the laughs - we enjoyed your dancing too!

Have been to a few Pizza Express restaurants over the years, not normally my favourite choice to go as we make pizzas with kids at home - but I have to say that the Epping one is by far the best one I have been to. My most recent visit was with work colleagues for a leaving meal, we was there for a few hours and the service was super. Drinks when we needed it, good food and no rushing. Even when it came to pay, there were no problems with everyone paying towards the total - which at some places can be (or at least seem) to be difficult for the restaurant. In terms of food - recommend the hot honey dough balls and also the Spicy dough balls - both really nice! Calzone was pretty good as well! Also tried a couple of beers I haven't previously tried which was nice. The restaurant was clean and tidy, as you would like to expect. Would certainly visit this restaurant again...!
