Pizza Box in Middlesbrough

Tasteless food, Ordered two 12" pizzas Burnt pizzas, very very less cheese on pizzas and couldn't see toppings. Waste of noney

I would like to express my disappointment with the customer service I received with my recent delivery order. The individual in charge of the takeaway, who appeared to be the manager, was extremely rude and lacked basic communication skills. Instead of resolving the issue with the food I ordered, I was told to take my money back and never order from there again. Additionally, none of the staff were observed wearing PPE, which raised concerns about safety protocols. This review is based on my experience with the management and is not directed toward the takeaway owner.

Food was awful.. wouldn't of given it to my dog.phoned to complain.told owner not in will get in touch.. never took my name or telephone number just flobed of..

Been going for a while food been ok .went yesterday food was awful kids were saying something wrong with taste had to throw in bin.tasted my self it was disgusting.

Ordered a keema pizza it was one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time and there mild chilli sauce was unreal

Very bad parmesan Chips as well very bad No taste Parmesan Full off salt Whenever i order Parmesan everytime there is different taste Very disappointed

This used to be a lovely place but gone downhill now. Didn’t come with the my right order, missed items. Ordered potato wedges they came soggy. Will not be going here again

Don’t order meal deal they are serving3 or 4 old dough and I went to pizza shop to show the pizza the guy in till he says everything is good but it’s not ok because I work in pizza shop still he says the pizza was good I went inform the pizza was not good I don’t need any money or pizza as complementary just accept the truth I order lot of times from ur restaurant it was good but this is the last time I will never order the food from u guys

No sauce on parmo. I called up and placed my order I asked sauces to be separate containers. I was told the sauce comes with parmo. Wish you listened to me on the phone.

Horrible,food is burned.Poor hygiene. I recommend you stay away from this awful place.

This is my 3rd visit to Pizza box the taste of pizza and kebabs were too good and the price of the items were affordable. The store is hygiene , the chefs were well dressed and hospitality is good. Must try *chicken tikka pizza *chicken tikka kebab large portion witn no salads. The manager and the chefs suggest with reagarding the choices of menu.

Been after a long time. Hygiene was poor. Original owners not there. Staff run. Salad was fresh and the parmo seemed ok but there's an issue with oil. Chips oil was off and chips inedible. Had to throw most of it away. Wierd after taste. Hope I'm not I'll tomorrow. Guy serving was touching his phone too, which is vvv unhygienic and off putting. Won't be going here again.

Waited for an hour and a half, rang up to find out where my food was, was told they "haven't started to process my order yet". Used to use at least once a week, not any more. This is the third and last time I'm going to be messed about by this shop.

Great takeaway, love the parmo burgers, and pizza especially from here, the chilli is a mint chilli sauce which is a little different and nice all the same.

Food was poor quality didn't enjoy it. Donner pizza was Donner shavings on top of a Margherita proper pointless. All bad the day after vomitting and diarrhea. Delivery was pretty quick though.
