Awful food and awful service. The chicken was recooked and burnt. The wings were burnt and the prawns tasted like rubber. Told the staff but they didn’t seem bothered at all. Won’t be coming again and would not recommend to anyone!

We love this place. It never ever fails us. Food is always amazing whether its a sit in meal or take out. Price is amazing.

I called the restaurant and asked if they have any gluten free food and the guy on the phone asked the chefs and then came back to the phone and said the chefs don’t know and started to giggle on the phone. I personally did not know what he found funny. The restaurant does not even know what gluten free is and made my dad feel very uncomfortable. Really bad phone service!!

Food not all that,place & tables not even clean.food over priced,wouldn’t eat in here again and advise no1 to come here.typical bung place trying to hype it up.

Not a fancy eatery just simple table and chairs put together, with a bit of a Nando’s twist to it Asian style. Service is ok, chicken sizzler is the one to try. Good quality food st a decent price and does exactly what it says on the tin.

Have been a few times with friends in the past and liked the variety of food available and the service offered. Last visit was poor, ordered a mix sizzler and the portion was ridiculous. A handful of fries and you have to hunt for the meat amongst the mountain of onions. Literally 80-90% onions and a few shreds of meat thrown in. Won’t be back, 2 of us left the food.

Piridesi was an accidental find, but one of the top chicken places I have been to. I ordered the chicken platter which came with a full chicken on a bed of fries, wings, coleslaw, salad and drinks. Its enough for 2 people or 2 and a child. The chicken in steamed and grilled to perfection and topped with a sauce of your choice from herby to extra hot (abit like nandos). I went for extra hot, I had a headache afterwards! haha but it was really good. Services is excellent with waiters around if you need anything,...like COLD WATER and tissues! Theres a sink to wash your hands (...and in my case face!) Tables are big and solid, good layout and not cramped. It can get busy but the atmosphere is great so don't mind waiting! So many other dishes to choose from but ive been here 4 times now and still get the platter! Since my last visit I think the chickens have got abit smaller but portion wise it is still good value for money and I will keep going when I am in Oldham

had peri chickens delivered for my daughter's birthday.... the spices were running of the chicken... everything was half cooked

I am yet to find a better and more consistent place for either dining in or takeaway. The food is of the same high quality every time and the staff are always pleasant and friendly. It's a pleasure every time I visit or have a delivery from piri desi

I believe that the regulars that go to this place only order one thing. the £10 meal deal for 2. It consists of a full chicken, chips, 5 wings and 2 drinks with side salad and coleslaw. Good Eats! food is great and staff are okay but the food is great for the price. They do have a full menu of other stuff but I always get that. Usually with a Roti so that I can tear up the chicken and chips and salad and make a wrap. There are sauces available on the tables which you can make ample use of for free and the place is always nice and clean.

As a family meal we ordered; 1) Mixed starter grill for two, Chicken Tikka was the only decent thing on the plate. As the chicken pakora was reheated, the coating was falling off, a tell tale sign.The humble onion baji was off colour - clearly not freshly made. 2) 1/2 grilled chicken, rice and chips. The chips was the only fresh thing on plate. The rice were under cooked 1 bite determined that. The sauce was too tomato ketchup flavored. And the 1/2 chicken turned out to be 2 skinny legs and a neck piece. What happened to the breast and wing? 3) Kids menu nuggets and chips - clearly frozen bag, prob from a supermarket. I certainly wont be frequenting again and would encourage you to do so - unless you like that sort of stuff!

I have been here several times and the food is always amazing. Quick service, whilst being fresh and cooked to perfection. My favourite place to eat in Oldham by far. Yet to try the Curry options but have heard they are great, I love the piri chicken too much to not have it!

Lovely little place to eat always fresh and never have to wait to long food was lovely as always , kids always enjoy it hear will definitely be coming back again

I've only eaten takeaway from here but always find it very fresh and tasty and excellent value. The staff are always friendly and I like being able to watch them cooking and preparing the food.

Been a few times and it's absolutely spot on every single time.. Tried the full chicken deal on a few occasions and is spot on for price and for the meal.. But would extremely highly recommend the pastas, unique flavours, unique taste.. Try once and you'll never go anywhere else.. Look forward to trying other things next time! Keep it up

Been a regular at this place for a long time, I have to say the food here is very good for the price you pay, you can't complain because it's reasonable on prices and a good menu with a lot of choices from currys to peri chicken pasta, burgers and deserts, little things should be improved on, sometimes it's cold in ther to have a meal heating should improve as your dining in and don't wana feel cold during a meal.

I loved it! There is nothing bad to say. The food was great, the decor was very nice, the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this to others!

Can't complain, took my mrs out for a Chicken meal, came to £10 for the both of us...quick service, decent food (bit loud and smoky and tattered in places) but overall we left feeling full, reasonably satisfied with the food and probably would visit this place again in 12 months.

After my friends wedding day we went for a meal though try the local we were glad we did the food was just so good and tasty we loved it thank you guys will be back lax Oldham

Found the food to be quite bland and no real unique flavours to the palette. It's a shame, I've heard good things about this place and customer service is warm. I'd say this is just your standard Bangladeshi restaurant, with standard flavours and not so exciting.

This place is really good. Very tasty with plenty of options and a great alternate to the distinctly average NANDOS.

This is my regular whenever I want to eat a chicken steak .. The waiters no my order (chicken steak with full rice) the food is cooked and tastes the same every single time

Gorgeous chicken wings. Foods not genuine periperi as its a mix or indian/peri. But it kinda works. I noticed its not genuine peri from first taste. But gotta give it to em for making it work.Real Periperi is based on birdseye chillies, garlic, lemon, red capsicum, oregano and a few other ingredients.

Now this is the place to be if you want some peri chicken, Well better than any peri chicken place in Oldham and also Nandos, Full chicken, rice, chips 2 drinks £10

Food was very very nasty food don't have no peri peri taste its more like a curry instead they should've named it curry desi the whole platter was smothered with tomato paste

Good food decent place. Price was good food was good service and atmosphere was average. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a halal nandos alternative.

If you like tasty, fresh quality food then i highly recommend PiriDesi to you. The interior of the restaurant is small, clean and homey. The food is so tasty, i even took a goody bag home for later. I shared a mixed starter with my sister and the portion sizes were nice and generous. I would highly recommend the chicken wrap meal with wedges. The wedges were delicious. And the prices were relatively cheap too. But what struck me most was the care and attention of the staff not only to the customers but to cleaning the tables. The waiter actually scrubbed down the bottles of sauces with steamy hot soapy water!!! I have full confidence that my food was also cooked in a clean environment. Well done Piri Desi. I will certainly be visiting you again soon.

If you're looking for somewhere that is fairly cheap with good food this is the place. I shared a whole peri peri chicken and chips with my friend for £9.95. The service was good and the sauces were really nice too.

I have been to many different Nando's wannabes, but PiriDesi Oldham is on another level entirely. Could easily rival Nando's in Elk Mill (they certainly beat them in service). Highly recommend the limited offer for the £9.95 deal and eating inside so that you get the full experience. I find that the 'hot' is the perfect level for me and you get a generous portion of chips, spicy wings and 2 drinks. What more can I say?Been eating there a few months and it has always been the same, so please PiriDesi, keep doing what you do and making us come back for more!
