Pings Pizza & Wings in East Ayrshire

Met up with a couple of friends for a catch up and all had a great experience 👌 The service was fantastic the guy was attentive and nothing was a hassel. The food was superb we got lots of light bites to share and ended with the oreo pancake bites and wow they were amazing 😍

Food was amazing!! And the portions sizes are very generous!

I honestly can't fault this place! The staff are lovely and quick! The food, ffs the food is unreal! Visit often with my family/friends! A great addition to Kilmarnock (Even with chicken burgers that rivals Bucks bar! 10/10 everytime.

Mac and cheese bites were epic, wish I had ordered just them! However £15 salt and chilli burger was a mega overly seasoned burnt piece of dry chicken and I was bitterly disappointed after two bites went straight into the bin! Sad face.

Pings are a great restaurant, they do good food and have great customer service

Terrible service, waited over an hour for our order. Had tried this place before, and the food was OK, but the service was poor. Decided to give Pings another chance, but again the service is less then 1 star. This place doesn't seem to care about customer service, which is a pity, because the dishes it has to offer are pretty decent. YOU'VE HAD YOUR LOT FROM US.... NEVER AGAIN!!!

I've been a few times for food and it's never disappointed. Service is always friendly and fairly quick, the chicken wings are great, fantastic selection of sauces/dips, the pizzas are delicious. Looking forward to trying their burgers. Atmosphere is awesome - great selection of background music and general décor and vibe of the place is right up my street. It's certainly one of the first places I consider for lunch/dinner when I'm in Kilmarnock!

Surprising good! Wasn’t sure initially. Ordered pizza magerita. It turned out really good! The crust was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

i’m a firm believer of supporting small businesses however this is one i simply will not be returning to. can’t really comment on the service or atmosphere as i got an order for pick up but the only decent thing about the order was the chips. the chicken wings were inedible smelt completely disgusting and the pizza was a sloppy mess, the stuffed crust wasn’t even melted.

Ordered the Euro’s deal… 🤌 Absolutely delicious pizza just the perfect classic pepperoni and that mac and cheese is a sleeper but absolutely fantastic. Sent me a wee bag of popcorn and a note stating no mozzarella sticks left but flung in deep fried mac and cheese bites, fine replacement by me. First time ordering delivery and will defo be doing so again. Keep up the great work, team doing great.

The fries and Calzone was delicious. However, the plain chicken wings were overcooked and dry.

I think you paid for some of the reviews You have on here. never had food this bad in my life. pizza was not only cold but bland - your macaroni should be called pasta with melted cheese on top as it certainly didn't resemble macaroni 🤣

Loaded mac was lovely, fried Oreo’s were delicious but the fried pickles were made with such a thick batter they were so soggy, not enjoyable at all, zero crisp.

Really nice fresh pizza, not too heavy or greasy. Chicken wings were nice and crispy, but holy smokes very stingy with the sauce.

FINALLY getting a chance to properly sample the food at Pings and I’m so happy we did! The food was amazing, the staff were fantastic, the look and vibe of the place is spot on. My kids were made to feel welcome straight away with popcorn, interactive kid’s menus crayons and sweets. A fairly standard thing you’d expect, but in most restaurants I’ve been to recently, I need to ask for the crayons or kid’s menu. Food arrived hot and in a timely manner, the kids meals came slightly before which allowed my girlfriend and I to have a chance to enjoy our dinner in peace! Great stuff! Portion sizes all round were HUGE! Really can’t fault Pings in any way. If you haven’t been, GO!

Southern fried Chicken was powdery and soggy and tasted half like chicken pakora. Pizza was freezing.

I want to preface this review by saying the staff here are lovely and the service is great. Zero complaints there. My experience with the food wasn't great, sadly. The pizza I ordered arrived stone cold and literally raw. I could see uncooked dough in the crust, the cheese was barely melted and the pizza dough in general was cold, pale, soft and floppy. The loaded fries I ordered were pretty decent, hence the two star review instead of one, but serving genuinely raw food isn't really great. Again, my experience with the staff and manager was extremely positive, I'm just a bit gutted to see the food seems to have just been rushed out of the kitchen with not much care

Top class food, fresh, tasty and good value for money. Really good service, Friendly and polite. A nice chilled vibe to the experience, good music, decor and the restaurant was clean. Milkshake 10/10 Chicken strips 10/10 Fries (normal and loaded) 10/10 Selection of dips 10/10 Pizza 11/10, it was that tasty. Good times.

Just came across this place,and it was fantastic, great music, great service, fantastic food, hopefully be back again.

I appreciate the concept but it's not good food. Ordered a burger which says it would come with cheese and pickles , it didn't have either. The chicken is massive in a tiny bun, I think prortion sizes are being priortised over quality of the food. Giving the "wow" factor when first opened. I did apprecaite the packaging and it all coming separately wrapped. The chicken it's self is huge , it's done in batter but it's not seared so it actually sticks. The second you lift the burger or move the chicken all the batter falls off revealing a yellow stained chicken which I assume is tikka but cant be sure as I didn't order tikka . The side of chips were still frozen and uncooked. I'm not sure why they sent them as you can tell by looking. They also had 0 seasoning not even a drop of salt. I upgraded paying £3 for the macaroni which in all honesty tastes like bulk shop bought pasta in a powder cheese sauce mix , again no seasoning and the sauce just sits at the bottom of the pasta making it obvious it's not a home made mac.

Do not recommend the pizza tacos

Took the kids here for dinner,they loved it and the staff couldn't have been more helpful,good food, value for money and will definitely be back again.

2007 location: Fremont Street, las vegas. I took a picture of my friend underneath a sign that said, "deep fried Oreos" I never got to try one then because we thought it was ridiculous. Tried my first one tonight and they we're so good it invoked this memory that I had to share. Pings is THAT good they bring back forgotten memories of the good times. Thank you team.

Best pizza in Ayrshire the Pizzuros are amazing

We ordered the Superbowl special and it was first class. We collected our order and it was all still pipping hot when we came home. The mac and cheese was a big hit and the wings were great as usual. Will definitely order again.

A brilliant value for money spot. Every day they do a £6.00 lunch. We both had pizza and chips and shared a garlic bread. The pizzas are a delight, made in house to order and served with a huge pile of fries. It has a nice relaxed vibe and the staff are friendly and efficient. There's on street parking and also a car park nearby so no excuse to drive past. Oh and did I mention that Anton the chef brings his Italian influence to this award winning restaurant? Try it for yourself, you will love it!

Fantastic food and even better staff and customer service, had a terrible day before coming and the staff I genuinely believe read the situation and did everything they could to make our day better such kind staff who went to the effort to change cocktails and were attentive and communicative when the food was slightly slow but more than worth the wait as I understand Saturdays can be incredibly busy. Thank you so much 😊

a wee mix-up where we got the wrong delivery and so did someone else. food was delicious as always when we finally got the fresh stuff. tried their hardest to make up for the mistake. we'll still be back. recommended

I'm afraid you really need to take yourself off of Just Eat as it's more or less impossible to get a delivery as you keep switching off delivery when you are too busy. So instead went for the collect option was given a number and time it was to be ready. Of course it wasn't ready and sailed to nearly twenty minutes past the pick up time, and this isn't the first time. Would I order again, not until things drastically improve. Reply to Pings. I think you possibly need to get a CCTV engineer in if your system shows me arriving 15 minutes before my order was due, as my shift on Friday ended at 19:30 it's a physical impossibility for me to get from Prestwick to your establishment in the quoted timeframe! I actually arrived 5-7 minutes before the pickup time. It didn't at the time seem relevant the complimentary drinks offer, but it's a lot clearer now. My order had more than likely not even been started, hence the offer. The lateness of the order probably ties in with just making it when I walked in. Oh and the first occasion an order was late at pick up, the value was over £100, so in this current economic climate good luck with losing this business.

I rarely write reviews but this place deserves it ! We visited over the Christmas period whilst visiting family who had said it was a great little place . Really nice atmosphere , friendly staff and the food was absolutely delicious ! Not a single dish we could fault , it was yummy ! Then came the cocktails ….hats off to the lad behind the bar making them , they were amazing !!! Every single one , exceptional! They honestly compare to some high end cocktail bars! We will def be visiting on our return . Love this place !

Always a great meal from Pings, eating in or takeaway. Bought for dinner with friends that hadn’t tried here before and they thoroughly enjoyed it.

The food was tasty enough and good portion size but the lid came off the dip and went everywhere and everything was lukewarm. So we had to reheat it.

Great food as always but noooo what’s happened to the cauliflower bites? They were amazing when they were in crispy batter.

Hey I’m a bit disappointed in the order. The cauliflower wings are overcooked to the point there verging on burnt. I’m pleased with the pizza but I’m heating it up in the oven. Always been satisfied when I’ve ordered before.

chips were soggy and the wings were dry with hardly any meat on them. 5.50 for a tiny bit of bread with the smallest amount of tomato.

First time eating here. Really enjoyed it, had a Messy Texan pizza, (well named, it turned into a fantastic sloppy mess) which was excellent, (maybe the BBQ sauce was a bit sweet IMO, but the overall taste was great). It wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, but it was close - well above average - comfortably tastier than any I've had from a high street chain. Service for the actual meal was a bit slow, (though we were quite a big group), but it was friendly and attentive. I thought the decor and music was great, so frankly I'm surprised it wasn't busier.

Fries and loaded Mac and Cheese were delicious well prepared and a great portion size. Basket of wings were also a good portion size however no sauce included. Wings were slightly dry even with my own siracha applied. Not hugely impressed but will give her another go as the menu seems very varied!

The food was lovely, but the pizza had obviously not been carried flat and all the toppings had slid off leaving me with half a pizza of BBQ flavoured base. The rest was delicious and we will definitely order from here again, but the delivery of the pizza was disappointing.

Food is excellent as always but why did you change your fries? I LOVED the fries here when they were skinny and crunchy. Now they're not bad but just normal chips like everywhere else now :'(

I’d be embarrassed to send an order out that I received! Mac loaded fries was dry, I’d of thought some cheese sauce would have been on it. Also tasted microwaved. Wings looked like they had been sitting for weeks! Dry as the Sahara! The Jack Daniel’s dip was amazing! Overall, poor show!

See if you live in Killie and you want pizza - this is the place. None of this kebab shop nonsense, no overpriced dominoes - this. Outstanding pizza. Max and cheese chips are unbelievable too and the fried oreos… well they’re the GOAT. Honestly stop buying sub-par food elsewhere and just order now if you’re considering it because it’s honestly unreal. Kilmarnock’s hidden gem.

Our first ever visit to pings and it was very good, the pizzas were delicious, limited desserts menu tho, ice cream is from varanis, which is great but wasn't too keen on the choc/icing sauce with the pizzuros. The service was very slow and cutlery was blunt. Definitely worth giving it a go!

I never leave reviews but just ordered the Mac n cheese pizza and oh boy does it smack! First time trying this place! The Mac is so tasty on its own but that pizza dough is bomb! I’m gonna happy dance my way through the rest - cheers!

Just amazing. Had family round for dinner. Got chicken wings, pizza, tacos and macaroni. Everything was warm fresh and tasted amazing. A new favourite the steak tacos are out of this world loved them that much I will be order them tomorrow for dinner 🤣

Ordered a take out here of the dill pickle fries and salt and chilli fries for the first time this evening. I ordered on the app and arrived to pick them up early, I was made to feel very welcome after arriving - given a seat and drink whilst I waited, not often you're given this service when not a dine in customer. The food was delicious, will definitely be back to sample more of the menu. I have been wanting to try Pings for quite some time and it definitely did not disappoint!
