Okay bit expensive for the quality at hand

when it first arrived there was food missing and dips also dont advertise a 2lt bottle of juice in a meal deal and esnd a 1.75lt bottle. I know it's not a lot but it's false advertising

Please don't. Pizza was very oily and bitter, spicy chicken wrap was just uneatable. No...just no... i don't know why i didn't search on Google before ordering, i just trusted fake reviews on UberEats.

Would not recommend this place at all. The portion sizes for your money, really is a joke and not even that cheap nasty food too. Chips are definitely Farmfoods specials. Better places in kirkintilloch to eat from. Had to give it 1 star as it wont allow you to leave any less. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY

Really disappointed in the food delivered tonight. Not only was it late, but it was cold and 1 of the pizzas was wrong. I ordered a pizza with green pepper and donner kebab toppings, but instead I got pepperoni. Given the time it was delivered (11.30) it was too late to phone the takeaway to complain. Really disappointed

Ordered a 'king' kebab, what greeted me was enough filling to barely fill a small kebab. If you want a decent kebab in kirky go to Nicos

Food came and it was freezing, I called up and the owner was cheeky! I added Donner meat on for £2.50 and got one strand of Donner! Also they decided to send me no sauce with my order this time even though I paid for it with my cold order! Place is a joke! The owner is a joke and shouldn’t answer the phone again as she has no clue!

order time was set at one hour then it was pushed back and it was still later than the delayed time

they didnt put the spicy chicken on the pizza and also forgot to put my drinks in went back to get them and my pizza was cold by the time it got here

food was really nice, naan bread could have been cooked a bit more but it was all good. driver nice and friendly.

Some food was cremated and other food was tasteless and looked pale when it was supposed to be bbq'd. The quantity for the price you pay is ridiculous. Won't be back until the food makes a miraculous recovery back to early 2000's when the shop and the food were the best in kirky.

Decent chips, but the pizza is very greasy. Too much cheese, very sickly. Also put actual tomatoes on a margarita pizza which really ruined it. However, they do have very prompt deliveries.

The food unfortunately was cold. The pakora and chips in particular were cold which was disappointing. I don’t have a microwave and wasn’t waiting till the oven heated up to warm the food up therefore it was eaten cold.

Both the Donner kebab and the pizza were excellent.

I've had pizza from.here and loved them, really tasty and plenty of topping. what I got delivered last night was disgusting. Pizza was burnt, cheese and toppings burnt and the crust was actually that burnt it was black.

Food is always fresh and delicious in my experience. Fast and friendly service. They have their own website for direct ordering from an extensive menu. A++

Got a delivery tonight, the food was piping hot and delivered very quickly but they forgot the pakora. I phoned and very quickly it arrived along with an apology and a large bottle of irn bru. Excellent service and the food was very good

Arrived 1 hour 50 early. So was spoiled by the time we came to eat it.

If you want a takeaway, go somewhere else, the food at Piccolo is absolutely terrible.

Ordered large fish supper, it was almost jet black in colour, i order regular from here, i understand accidents happen and things burn, but it should never be sent out to customer, i mean its frozen fish already in crumb, so embarrassing surely for restaurant, honestly shocked that it would be aloud to be delivered. 😣

Fish was just a breaded fish and overcooked Not much cheese on donor chips and cheese and the Nan kebab was poor not much meat and came with wrong sauce

stood in the shop 10 mins and no one acknowledged me. It was quite hot and one of the chefs was wiping his face sweat on his arm which put me off my food before i even got it. I noticed my order being prepped and was about to be placed away when i said i think thats mine! The guy passed it over, still not a word said to me. Chicken was dry and quite hard, kebab meat was nice but pretty disappointed overall

Food was cold on delivery. The tape holding the box shut was all pulled as though it had been opened or T least tried to be opened. The portion size for the kebab was disgusting. All in all a complete disappointment. Even calling the restaurant was painful. All we wanted after a long stressful day was some food and they didn't deliver which is unusual

Cold Burnt pizza that was made well before the agreed collection time and sat on top of the oven way too long

Ordered a supreme burger and dinner wrap last night. Absolutely dreadful food. The burger was over cooked, swimming in grease and cold. My Missus could barely even hold it as it was so greasey. The wrap was even worse! Falling apart due to the sheer amount of grease dripping out of it, why was there a load of soggy and over cooked chips hidden under the awful tasting dinner meat?! The cheese again was just greasey and not needed. Sick all night. Never would I recommend this place to anybody

Awful. Nothing but grease on both meals. The burger was falling apart and gross. The wrap was just pure soggy because of the grease, the over cooked soggy chips in the wrap were revolting.

My favourite so far Spicy chicken wrap with cheese and mayonnaise 👌

Usually love the food from here but was so disappointed, everything was cold to the point of it being inedible, the chicken pakora was so tough to eat it was like it had been either sitting too long or a reheat.

Both Pizza burnt only noticed when got home very disappointed as was for a birthday party and the fact that we use them all the time is disappointing as they must have seen it when placing into the boxes

Disappoint as usually rate this takeaway! Ordered a king lamb tikka naan kebab & only had 5 tiny pieces of lamb on it, also had to wait nearly 2hrs for delivery.

Chicken pakora was reheated and dry .chicken tikka wasn't even cooked in a tandoori oven it was lumps of chicken with no flavour and dry the sauce wasn't tikka sauce plus it was far too hot the chips were cold so was nan.wont be revisiting

I used to use Piccollo a lot, they used to have the best chicken pakora around but seems to have went downhill or they stood still whilst new takeaways opened and raised the bar.

Order a king donna kebba nan was hard and kebba meat was hard and for a king kebba the amount of meat you got init was shoken will not be ordering from here again

Ordered calzone after having before- rotten. Pakora was dry and over cooked. The chicken kebab I wouldn’t even give to my dog. Chicken was rubbery and lacked any taste and not to mention the lack of chicken in the kebab. Other local Indian takeaways cover all these a million times better. Would say stay away and don’t order from here.

WARNING ALL CUSTOMERS: HAIR IN THE FOOD Really disappointed with tonight’s order. My family have been regulars for a long time, but tonight we found two black hairs in our food. I called the restaurant to tell them about the hairs and was told that because it was “made by hand” that arm hair is “sometimes unavoidable”, which made me feel all the more sickly having had their food several times in the past. I explained that these hairs were too long to be off of someone’s arm and was definitely head hair (not that any kind of hair is acceptable in takeaway food in the first place). I was asked to send a photograph via text of the hairs in the food, I sent my text over an hour ago with no response. I wasn’t offered a refund and certainly won’t be ordering again. Furthermore, the chicken was of terrible quality - very rubbery - and the naan looked, and tasted, shop bought. Certainly wasn’t made by hand as promised on the menu. Unhygienic food, cheap produce and poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Staff are class on the fone and when in the shop, pizzas are unreal, kebabs amazing, and burgers 👍

ordered delivery for £32 gave the delivery driver £35 actually apologised about all the change as we gave 1 x £10 note 2 x £5 notes then £15 in pound coins. minutes later the guy returns to the door saying we were £10 short. clearly thought he could try it on as my partner who answered the door was foreign and maybe thought he wouldn't understand. £45 down for a £32 order and so annoyed didn't even end up eating most of it

Pizzas were excellent, let down by the delivery driver who for the second time in two weeks didn't wear a mask despite me asking when I ordered.

Bought a takeaway tonight (7/10/20) without a doubt the worst food we’ve had. The naan bread is not handmade, it’s cheap shop bought flat bread. The chicken pakora was awful, it was dry and chewy, the kebab meat was cold, hard and dripping in grease. Picollo’s used to be an amazing take away. Nasty.
