New Manor Garden in East Dunbartonshire

Some of the food is ok but the rice dishes are just awful. Very oily and MSG flavour and pricey.

Waited an hour for our food ( probably the norm for a Friday night) but when we got the food we dished up and the word BLAND is an understatement, no taste what so ever, very disappointed as we thought the Manor Garden was up there in the top end of good restaurants did call up and girl was nice enough to offer discount for next time but said we won't be back, but did ask to tell the chef to taste his cooking before giving it to paying customers.

Portion size was shocking and polluted with too many onions, the actual sauce was weak and thin and tasted of not what I ordered and not a lot of food for the money, I won't be back.☹

Food is very tasty portion size is very good . Very good selection of dishes for all tastes. Very quick service, usually 15minutes from placing the order to collect. Our go to chineese takeaway.

Excellent food, highly recommended. Best in Bearsden no doubt.

Always good food in my experience, and not to pricey

Sometimes it's great but on the odd occasion we've had some issues. Overall one of the better Chinese take aways serving Milngavie

Very tasty and fast collection times

Not great. Chicken satay, sauce such as it was, thin and lacked flavour. Similar story with the beef and black bean sauce. Won't be back anytime soon....!

Just enjoyed the yummiest salt & chilli squid 👌🏻

beef in a black bean was totally tasteless and was a watered down version of the dish. two of the ordered dishes were despatched via the toilet but my grand daughter managed to eat most of hers. i have used this restuarant for many years and ha bills of £500 plus for some amazing dinners from sonny wu sadly i will not be back.happy house beef in black bean far superior. also took 2 trips to get order. put two dishes down toilet and was not going back for a third visit got rubbish . enjoyed my poached egg on toast and regret ordering from you.

A two hour wait for expensive, cold, soggy food. Through the week this takeaway can be excellent, but at the weekend it invariably ends up getting tossed.

Ordered for first time today a chicken curry (breast of chicken chopped) and fried rice. The chicken was chopped into large chunks and was very tough . Most of the chicken Was thrown in the bin so wasn’t really worth it .

Ordered for the first time tonight VERY DISAPPOINTING Salt and pepper ribs, looked yellow and greasy and tasted of curry Chicken and fried rice greasy and small portion. In comparison to our usual Chinese Shredded crispy chilli chicken not crispy or any flavour Chicken balls just ok On a positive note the prawn crackers and sweet and sour sauce was edible (paid for crackers) I had said chips in the order, but not heard as lots of noise in background. Had to repeat myself a few times Order was £24.50 then 3.50 delivery

Was a restaurant now just takeaway very good food and choice. I drive 5 miles but worth it

First time for a carry out. Nice n clean m tidy but food nothing special. Great quantity.

Consistently good, originally as a sit-down restaurant and latterly as a takeaway.

The Restaurant is now closed the takeaway side of the business is still in service. still offers realy good chinese food. well worth a visit. The food is still fantastic from Takeaway. always good service for home orders.

New Manor Garden is one of my favourite Chinese restaurants. It has everything that you would expect from a Chinese restaurant but their menu is more varied than what you would typically expect from a similar restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Highly recommend.

We have been lots of times over the years and the food is always very tasty.
