Amazing food and such lovely staff!!

absolutely brilliant, amazing kebabs and pizza!! staff extremely welcoming

Me and hubby have come here for many years. Even today I even take my grandchildren here for a one off treat on sleepovers.

I have eaten here since I was young in the early 90s. New years eve 2024 it's still amazing and just as I remember it. Great staff great food efficient service highly recommend!

Terrible service ordered food the foods always been expensive but this finally time of ordering waited an hour and fifteen minutes delivery driver eventually phoned to say he went to the next street as the counter staff put the wrong address on the label but by this time he had returned to the shop , instead of bringing fresh food the owners at picola sent out 2 hour old cold food in soggy cardboard containers . Pathetic service won’t be back ever . £23.50 for two kebabs and they can’t even put the right address on a delivery label .

Place is always bunged, especially on a Saturday night when you can barely move. Tells you all you need to know. Food is the best in Bangor.

Pizza is great. The actual store is not great looking, but it is a takeout so you don't have to be in there long.

The actual restaurant was a bit of a state but the food was amazing. Easily best pizza in Bangor and dirt cheap too, 6.50 for a pizza is rare in this economy.

Very slow waited 1 1/2 hours for delivery chips were cold onion rings not cooked enough man on phone not helpful in any way will not be back

We walked in and ordered a 4 seasons pizza and side of chips on a Sunday afternoon. Pizza was amazing and cooked to perfection. Very tasty and will be back. Staff were also nice too.

Food took over an hour to come and the food was cold. Also incredibly dry. Wouldn’t go back!

Great Donner Kebab and chips tonight delivered bang on time!

Really don't know what is going on with them. This has always been my go to pizza place. However, the last few deliveries have been disappointing. Last week the pizzas were very undercooked and tonight the opposite. Burnt. Guys - you need to get your act together.

This place used to be absolute magic, not only the best food I'd ever had (even compared to restaurant) but the service was always top notch, recently though its been bad every time I've been. Staff are downright rude and disrespectful now, barely serving you and when they do its with a negative scowl every time despite me spending decades as a customer. Food has been rubbish every time ive been recently, pizzas you may as well eat the cardboard in terms of taste & texture. recently had a kebab and it was absolutely tasteless. Yes, it had the ingredients of a kebab thrown together but was somehow just bland. Ive decided to stop going here and to use dolce vita or marios across the street as its better & friendlier now sadly

Normally good but chips overcooked will try again cause food usually good Tried Piccola again great success food was of a fantastic standard. Chips not overcooked and got a warm welcome from the owners again .

ordered here tonight and pizza was good chip with kebab sauce was alright the bolognese was absolutely horrible just red sauce with mince and a little bit of spice the chips and gravy well that was worse than horrible it was mud on chips the only good thing was the food was fast and the delivery guy was very polite

What can I say? There's a reason Piccola Pizzeria has lasted the distance... Beautiful food, great variety and the best staff! If you've never eaten from here you are not a true Bangorian 😉
