This place a joke after 2 hour from we ordered food was cold not what I ordered still waiting for other part of order

I ordered a large fish supper two fish were in it. Chips were lovely but the fish was a disappointment the batter around the edges was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Ended up feeding it to the dog

16” doner pizza ordered No doner meat on pizza and when trying to call no answer been trying 35 minutes and just keeps ringing.

Delivery time was accurate, and staff are always lovely when I go in person.

ordered a mixed donner kebab and a portion of mixed donner meat and 2 portions of chips and cheese. kebab was ok but instead of portion of mixed donner they just sent lamb donner which was stone cold and the chips were overly greasy and covered in cheap cheese for over £5 a portion. we tried to contact the restaurant multiple times to request they correct this with no answer by which point both of our meals were cold and went in the bin. not happy, we ordered from pias as food is usually good.

Fish supper was beautiful and curry sauce

Pizza crunch supper was cold. Pizza crunch was also flavourless, it was a lump of dough in batter, full lot straight into the bin!!! One of the 12” pizza base was burnt . This is one way of losing a loyal regular customer.

Food was amazing and even came with garlic bread

Order was nearly 2 and a half hours late. When received it was freezing cold and the chips looked anemic. My face is bigger than the pizza and the Donner meat was scraps. Joke. Not ordering again

The fish was the worst I've ever had, it was clearly a reheat from five days ago, how you can even sell that to anyone is frankly shocking. Even the cat refused to eat it.

On Hogmanay I understand things can run late but give realistic timelines. Food was cold. Chips were anemic looking and flavourless. Pizza was heavy with dough and dreadful. I appreciate the effort of being open on New Year’s Eve but this order was a disgrace. That coupled with it being over 2 hours for delivery is awful.

It is Boxing day so waited an extra 20 mins over the expected delivery time but absolutely worth the wait.

Super fast delivvery, food great

Paid for extra pineapple on my pineapple and cheese bake potato and the cheese and pineapple was minimal for a normal portion never mind after paying for extra pineapple . Mix kebab and chips tasted nice but 90% of the meat was donner which isn’t ideal for a mixed kebab and chips.

Didn’t receive my order and they won’t refund

Ordered within 30 minutes of opening, mince pie was soggy. However fish was cooked nice.

The delivery - amazingly fast, maybe because i ordered late at night but was still impressed As for the food, absolutely abysmal. The burgers were terrible, flavourless. The chips were flavourless, not cooked properly. The only good thing for the fritters. Won’t be ordering again and do not reccomend.

bought a baked potato and it came all watery and tasted definitely off got photos also for proof aswell disgusted to be honest

As always, great food and excellent service! First time collecting rather than getting delivery but just as good and the staff were all amazing.

The chips were solid, the burger had no flavour and all that could be tasted was the onions. The chicken was a bit dry but not too bad after adding sauce to it. All in all not great but the service was good as they’ve given us half off next time we order.

Food was good, staff friendly. App said it would be ready for collection, had to wait another quarter of an hour. Only apologised at the end. Seemed to be focussing on deliveries.

The food took an age to be delivered. The cheese in burger was a joke with the smallest amount of cheese you could find. I will not be using this Chip shop again.

The pasta saus tasted weird and the garlic bread tasted stale. Not recommended

Food greasy and was clearly microwaved. Indigestion was all I got from it. Quality really dropped since it was taken over by new people. Third time unucky. Won't be back.

Food was very well made and delivery was so good as ordered it later than expected and got it early which was excellent on this occasion

Meal was great all hot and delivered early. Missing a portion of donner meat but justeat refunded right away , there was more than enough donner on the pizza to go around anyways!!

the delivery girl does not know how to deliver pizza, ended up with 2 boxes of mush , I watched her walk up with bag, on its side, pizza wasted and I want a refund, I have pictures of what used to be pizza

the chicken burger was ok but the chips... rank, sharp and hard full of grease! this chippy has really gone down hill, won't use again and I don't recommend!!

My wife went into the chippy ordered inside waited over 45 minutes never got warned about the wait as if that wasn’t enough Shocking food portion of chips was so small for the price literally like a kids portion 😡 chicken and mushroom pizza was like it had been laying for ages before serving and a half fried pizza that was cremated NEVER going back there again

ordered a PORK sausage supper, was given 3 beef sausages, also ordered with sauce and arrived with no sauce on it at all. i will not be a returning customer !

Ordered the food at half past 8 and come up on just way saying it was accepted and due to be delivered at 9.15 this then changed when I looked later to between 9.30 and 9.45. I phoned up shop at 9.45 to find out what was going on as I never had my food and got told sorry I’m just making it now. Half an hour later 10.20 still nothing called up again got told they lost my pizza never heard anything so pathetic. Order come at 10.45. Hour and half late absolute joke of a place.

Over 2 hours late. Placed the order at 19:17. Didn’t arrive until 21:23. Food not hot.

Ordered at 6:15, still waiting at 8:45. I live three miles away, how is this acceptable? Would leave a better food rating, but I’ve no idea how it tastes.

You get a lot of pasta but carbonara has zero taste to it. Pizza was really cheesy but no enough sauce. Late delivery also (got an update though). But don’t think il order again when I have to add my own things to the pasta to actually have some taste.

“Jumbo sausage (2)” was actually 4 very poor small sausages. They tasted awful, half of it went in the bin. Won’t be back.

2 items missing from delivery (chips & cheese as well as sauces we paid for), they sent them after being contacted but 25 minutes later when rest of food was already eaten! Thankfully it seems Just Eat have refunded those 2 items. Some items greasy too.

Order came really late. I contacted restaurant and they said it should be too long. Food came and it wasn’t the best. Chicken was dry and chips were v greasy.

I asked for salt n sauce and I didn't get any at all not a single drop off sauce, i can't eat anything with no chipy sauce it's to dry without it and very unhappy with this order!!

Waited well over 2 hours for delivery, phoned shop twice and both times was told it was sitting ready and just leaving/left already t Yet over 45 minutes from my first call its still not here. Awful service. Will never order again!!!

First time ordered and food was hot

Delivery time good as always however the fish was really bad .. unusually . It was soggy and tasted like it had been cooked in old oil , I’m assuming since it was so late at night . I have ordered before at this time and the fish was much better standard. Can’t locate the “request a refund “ option on just eat as it was that poor I would like a refund

Always loved pias. They customised the food for me with no issues, showing that they really care about what the customer wants. 100% never change your garlic mayo.. others have mint in it...eek..but yours is great!. Recommend the calzones!

Ordered 8.05pm and food didn't arrive until 10.15pm. No word or update from the restaurant. The food was so cold when it arrived, and so late we could barely eat it and definitely didn't enjoy it.

Pasta could have done with some seasoning. Needs salt, bland. Salt the water next time, does wonders for flavour of pasta.

The food was cold overall. there was cheese on it which I didn’t ask for. I asked for it without onions and red onions and it was covered in them and the chicken was hard

Theee times the delivery driver has forgotten our juice (we order frequently and not always to the same address), but the food is always lovely.

We ordered baked potatoes with different fillings and neither of the potatoes were cooked

ordered 1 pizza , and hadn't been delivered 2hrs later, when shop is not far from my house . even though app says pizza had been delivered on time , still sitting waiting on the delivery. pizza was cancelled due such bad service.

Really not good enough twice now need to be more accurate with times and it affects the quality of the food quite alot I'm quite unhappy with the service just eat are providing at the moment im thinking of using another company for my needs

The chips were unfortunately the scraps left over from the day ( I ordered late at night) but the calzone was absolutely lovely!! The driver was so kind and polite. Despite the chips being old I would still order from here again as everything else was perfect! Thanks

food arrived, juice bottles missing from order. phoned and was told they would be delivered. 40 mins later still nothing so requested a refund. shame never usually had an issue.
