My wife went into the chippy ordered inside waited over 45 minutes never got warned about the wait as if that wasn’t enough Shocking food portion of chips was so small for the price literally like a kids portion 😡 chicken and mushroom pizza was like it had been laying for ages before serving and a half fried pizza that was cremated NEVER going back there again

ordered a PORK sausage supper, was given 3 beef sausages, also ordered with sauce and arrived with no sauce on it at all. i will not be a returning customer !

Food was lukewarm. Had to reheat it.

Was a little late but food was hot and delicious when it got here

Food was freezing cold & delivery took almost 2 hours. Had to reheat to make it semi-edible.

Ordered the food at half past 8 and come up on just way saying it was accepted and due to be delivered at 9.15 this then changed when I looked later to between 9.30 and 9.45. I phoned up shop at 9.45 to find out what was going on as I never had my food and got told sorry I’m just making it now. Half an hour later 10.20 still nothing called up again got told they lost my pizza never heard anything so pathetic. Order come at 10.45. Hour and half late absolute joke of a place.

Over 2 hours late. Placed the order at 19:17. Didn’t arrive until 21:23. Food not hot.

delivery is always fast, food is fresh and tasty

Ordered at 6:15, still waiting at 8:45. I live three miles away, how is this acceptable? Would leave a better food rating, but I’ve no idea how it tastes.

Order placed at 7pm order arrived at 9:30pm - too late to eat, shocking level of service

You get a lot of pasta but carbonara has zero taste to it. Pizza was really cheesy but no enough sauce. Late delivery also (got an update though). But don’t think il order again when I have to add my own things to the pasta to actually have some taste.

“Jumbo sausage (2)” was actually 4 very poor small sausages. They tasted awful, half of it went in the bin. Won’t be back.

Order came really late. I contacted restaurant and they said it should be too long. Food came and it wasn’t the best. Chicken was dry and chips were v greasy.

2 items missing from delivery (chips & cheese as well as sauces we paid for), they sent them after being contacted but 25 minutes later when rest of food was already eaten! Thankfully it seems Just Eat have refunded those 2 items. Some items greasy too.

I asked for salt n sauce and I didn't get any at all not a single drop off sauce, i can't eat anything with no chipy sauce it's to dry without it and very unhappy with this order!!

Waited well over 2 hours for delivery, phoned shop twice and both times was told it was sitting ready and just leaving/left already t Yet over 45 minutes from my first call its still not here. Awful service. Will never order again!!!

First time ordered and food was hot

Delivery time good as always however the fish was really bad .. unusually . It was soggy and tasted like it had been cooked in old oil , I’m assuming since it was so late at night . I have ordered before at this time and the fish was much better standard. Can’t locate the “request a refund “ option on just eat as it was that poor I would like a refund

Always loved pias. They customised the food for me with no issues, showing that they really care about what the customer wants. 100% never change your garlic mayo.. others have mint in it...eek..but yours is great!. Recommend the calzones!

Ordered 8.05pm and food didn't arrive until 10.15pm. No word or update from the restaurant. The food was so cold when it arrived, and so late we could barely eat it and definitely didn't enjoy it.

Pizzas were excellent. Polite staff and served quickly

Pasta could have done with some seasoning. Needs salt, bland. Salt the water next time, does wonders for flavour of pasta.

The food was cold overall. there was cheese on it which I didn’t ask for. I asked for it without onions and red onions and it was covered in them and the chicken was hard

im not happy something came up i had a emergency i need to go to my mums i asked to get my order changed to come to my mums house they says there nothing they can do can i get a refund please im not happy

Theee times the delivery driver has forgotten our juice (we order frequently and not always to the same address), but the food is always lovely.

We ordered baked potatoes with different fillings and neither of the potatoes were cooked

ordered 1 pizza , and hadn't been delivered 2hrs later, when shop is not far from my house . even though app says pizza had been delivered on time , still sitting waiting on the delivery. pizza was cancelled due such bad service.

The chips were unfortunately the scraps left over from the day ( I ordered late at night) but the calzone was absolutely lovely!! The driver was so kind and polite. Despite the chips being old I would still order from here again as everything else was perfect! Thanks

food arrived, juice bottles missing from order. phoned and was told they would be delivered. 40 mins later still nothing so requested a refund. shame never usually had an issue.

Terrible service and food. Avoid at all costs. My husband called for a delivery at 6.45 om and was told it would arrive in 15 to 20 mins, phoned back at 7.25, told it was literally on its way, we live a 5 min drive from shop. Had to phone a 3rd time, my husband pointed out he had been lied to twice and was met with a defensive, obnoxious member of staff, and certainly no apology. Spoke to Manager whose attitude was not a lot better, said that it was definitely on its way. Eventually arrived, not edible, the pie had obviously been drying up for hours, and could not even be cut with a knife. I am puzzled that with such keen competition, anyone could brazenly ensure that a person would not be back a second time, and also, do they not realise they are only as good as their tripadvisor reviews!!!!!

Driver knocked too loudly and disturbed my sons sleepover causing one of the boys to go home. Please be mindful of times and how loud your drivers knock

Ordered food at 18:36 and arrived at 20:50 after I had to chase both on the app and calling the restaurant after ‘forgetting about the order’. Told food would arrive at 20:40 and then late once more. When it arrived, there was tubs of sauce missing, juice order was wrong and was absolutely freezing, no where near fresh. Absolutely horrific experience and have requested a refund. Two words… won’t be back.

I’ve still not received my food it’s now been over 2 hours

We were told our ordered would be delivered between 7:20pm-7:40pm however it didn’t arrive until 8:14pm

Ordered my food at 17:55, it’s 20:09 and I’m still waiting. Marked on the app as delivered when it definitely hasn’t been. Obviously just trying to make their stats look good or something. Phoned 45 minutes ago and got told they’re waiting on a driver, tried to phone back since and they’ve took their phone off the hook. An absolute disgrace.

Was threatened by the owner disgrace to the pia name. Was swearing at me total disgrace. All because I asked why someone got their food before me

I would advice that you pay cash.. You may then be priority to get your delivery.. Had to phone the take away twice because app said had been delivered but hadn't arrived. To be told it's out for delivery. Phoned 25 mins later to ask where it was and got told it's left and it's out for delivery. Needles to say that the food was cold.. Had a bad experience last time, I wish I had learned my lesson. Well it is well and truly learned. I will not be ordering from here again..

Pasta was the worst I’ve ever had. Pizza was meant to be spicy chicken and not a bit spice in it.

By far the worst pizza’s I have ever ordered won’t be ordering again. I would expect a refund for that shocker

Ordered as soon as PIA opened. Thought I would get freshly cooked food. Fish was rock solid and the chips were from 2 different cooked batches. The older chips looked as if they had been there for hours even though as I’ve said I ordered as soon as they opened. This is the second time in a row this has happened. PIA use to be good but in my option it’s gone down hill. Might be ok for those who go in an order and you can see how the food looks but if you are ordering from the app then it’s pot lu

Out of date Lucozade that's flat and a Nutella pizza that looks like it's done 10 rounds with Tyson Fury. Not great guys. It was for my autistic son who prefers your pizza's out of everyone else's. He isn't happy.

ordered mini calzone ...supposed to have chips with it ,,no chips asked for barbecue sauce with the both calzones and never received ,,wont be back !!!!!
