Excellent food and service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a really good Indian takeaway.

Just an over all poor experience. Have started serving fries instead of chips which is bizarre. The quality has changed, won’t be ordering from here any longer which is a shame.

Extremely rude staff, placed an order via food hub, missed a call from the restaurant due to trying to put my 3 month old niece to bed rang back and whoever answered the phone was really rude and told me they would not be delivering to me and didn’t offer a refund.

I ordered my usual Chicken Badam Passandra, sorry guys NOT up to your usual standard. The chicken which is supposed to be marinated in yogurt prior to cooking was dry and tough as old boots. Not nice had to throw it

Had to pick the food up myself, and then the rice wasn’t with the order. And the food was cold.

We ordered a delivery but then recieved a call, could we come & collect because the driver let them down!! Totally appalled! Wasn't the restaurants fault, the food was lovely & enjoyed!! But never got the delivery fee back, instead was given a naan bread & bottle of coke. So technically paid for them anyways!!

Never been here before today but the food was stunning and the service was top quality. They gave us a discount and free drink while waited. Really friendly staff and the food was equally as nice. Would 100% recommend.

First thing, very late. The foods were very oily and lots of food colouring was used, tasteless. I know how good can be Indian food but very disappointed with this one, more than half went into bin. Don’t waste your money.

Fantastic food. Still hot when delivered. They forgot chutneys but brought it back within minutes. Delivery was quicker than estimated time. Food was tasty.

I had an EXCELLENT meal from there on the weekend that was part of a massive order from 8 of us. Every single person's meal was amazing, as well as all of the side dishes! The owner was really sound too and threw in a few extra bits for us and had brilliant customer service. Looking forward to my next meal there.

Mixed kebab was so oily that the naan bread was soaked through, and the meat was almost swimming in it. Left a puddle on my plate and in the container. Also, the incorrect drink was delivered, which meant £4 wasted.

Charge 3.50 for chips n end up getting cold burnt french fries! Sort it out

Delivery was 30mins past the end of estimate time. Also missing a tika starter which was ordered. Food was okay otherwise.

King prawn missing and had to pick up as they couldn’t deliver and have not been refunded the delivery charge or the money for the missing king prawn meal???

Food tasted great but there was very little chicken in the korma.

First off got called about the delivery driver not being in or something, so I had to pick up. Luckily I had the car, so I went down and got it. So wasn’t too bad, had my delivery fee refunded. The really annoying thing was number one: chicken chaat puri was without the usual nice Indian bread, but a folded up tortilla wrap. So we ate just the chicken chaat which was also smaller than usual. The chicken in the curry was not great at all, so we didn’t eat that. The nann bread had not been cooked

Ordered a delivery, all accepted then receive a phone call saying unable to deliver dew to a breakdown and would have a full refund. Still waiting

Made an order tonight for collection for me and my partner. Fantasic service as always and always a friendly welcome over the phone and when my partner collects. We dont order here weekly its every so often we have a takeaway but we have never had a bad meal but tonight it was fantastic got the food home and it was boiling hot everything was freshly cooked spot on with everything.

Terrible service, had to chase up more than once. Will not use or recommend this vendor. Shocking.

Food was late being delivered after saying on just eat it’s been delivered. Turned up an hour later and the food was terrible. Both meals were really watery and my daughters nuggets and chips looked and felt like they’d been left out and warmed back up in a microwave. I’ll never use this take away again.

I had a lamb madras which was the best I’ve tasted in Swansea, mushroom rice that was so good a peshwari nan really nice and a portion of onion bahjis these were good but a bit doughy on the inside but still good. All round - Highly recommended 5 star and tasty

The food was absoultely delicious and piping hot. And the owner I assume it is, was so kind. I ordered through just eat tuesday evening and he phoned to say he didn't have a delivery driver turn up so couldn't deliver. And we couldn't collect. So he offered a refund and told me to phone back if just eat wouldn't provide it. They were closed Wednesday, then open today. So I phoned to say just eat couldn't refund me as it was outside a certain time of cancellation and order 'prep'. He told me to come to the shop by 6.30pm and my order which I wanted tuesday will be ready for me. It was. He threw in free pompedums which he didn't need too. But I was so happy to get a tasty Indian. And he was so accommodating and polite. Great service, great place, great tasty food. Will be coming here again. Thank you xx

Ordered a delivery on just eat, supposed to take 30mins but no sign after an hour so I rang them only to be told it wouldn't be delivered, very apologetic but asked me to go collect it! Only reason I chose this place was the delivery as there were plenty of better options locally. To make matters worse when I collect he tries to withhold the delivery charge then add to that after all this hassle turns out to be the worse curry I've had in some time. If you read the reviews this isnt the 1st time this lot have failed to deliver and expected the customer to collect!

Best peshwari naan, my absolute favourite. I love this Indian, have never had a bad meal

We have been ordering from this Indian for a few years now and always love the food. Thought I would give the pizza naan a try this time as I hadn't seen it on the menu before, and it was a nice change from my usual kulcha naan

Even tho the food was ontime it still took 1 and a half hours to arrive the chicken curry was supposed to be mild but was absolutely spicy and the mixed kebab was lamb donner not lamb pieces and tasted like soap way way to much onions and the kids chicken nuggets was all burnt and cheap and nasty

This is the second or third time we have had disappointing dishes from the Phool. There was a prawn biriani with virtually no sauce in the container dominated by two submerged lumps of potato. Also a virtually inedibly hot jalfrezi for someone who usually loves a jalfrezi. Phool koli you need to sort things out, sadly we won't be back for a while.

Food was bit late, but the restaurant was very informative about the delay. Tasty food, excellent service, polite delivery person, would buy from again.

Had butterfly king prawn which was tasteless too much batter, could also do with some salad with it. Had Goa chicken, chicken was pre prepared and just added to the sauce which was like water, rice was lumpy and all stuck together and burnt really disappointed

Had the kebab deal tasted nice, but very greesey the nan bread was unedable due to the oil. And padded out with to many onions. Won't be buying again as most of it went in the food bin.

Very bad service rung numerous times to chase order final arrived after 2:5 hours cold missing rice and nAn. Wouldn’t bother ordering again from them cause when u ring they just cut you off! They take u money quick enough but food was awful waste of money a treat turned into a nightmare!!!

Terrible food and customer service when I rang them and asked what the gave me because it was the same as what I got off them last time. It was a bowl of soup with chicken in it. Never again and one of the worst Iv had traveling around the uk working.

I’m sure I didn’t order soup and after a two hour wait. I rang them and he wasn’t pleasant so I said I’d call up face to face. I don’t know what he said to me in Indian but didn’t sound good.

I've never given you a bad review & unfortunately your driver currently let you down. Though your quality in food is always great, I hope you can rectify or sort this issue out please still the food will make up for the driver being 1 hour late with my food.

Absolutely Awful. Rang them up to amend an order then they tried insisting i went to collect the food! they then hung up on me! got called back 17 minutes later telling me i will also get what i rang up to add , then tried making me collect the food again!!!!! ordered at 8:50 and it’s just come at 10:30! AND DIDN’T GIVE ME WHAT I ASKED TO BE ADDED!!!!! absolutely disgusting service. We are done ordering from there again! would rate it 0 stars if i could

Shocking service. Called after delivery was 20 mins late. Told it would be 10mins. Phoned 30mins later to be told his car had broken down and I’d have to collect. No communication unless I called. Avoid!

Cancelled my delivery due to lack of delivery drivers but never cancelled my order through the app. They marked it as in route and delivered despite the fact that it was never cooked or sent from the restaurant. Now chasing for a refund due to the restaurant not cancelling my order - if they knew they had no drivers they should NEVER have accepted the order in the first place.

I ordered A Phall and got A vindaloo instead and was informed that I ordered A Vindaloo. I suspect that the head chef or whoever he was went to the Basil Fawlty school of charm. Jubo Raj from now on.

Mixed grill was not even edible there was that much salt on it and at a price of £15 it's not even funny , I'd never order from here again in my life total waste of money £50 order and most was well under par other then the chips .

The mint sauce smells gone off, it’s awful. The chips were green I repeat green and rock solid hard, the coconut rice was taste less, the nan bread I don’t even know what that was never seen anything like it from an Indian before. This use to be my fav surly can’t be the same people, really disappointed. The only thing that was nice was the lamb, the tikka sauce was tasteless also. Won’t be ordering again

Korma was too sweet than I've ever had before.The masala tasted like the korma! It was very very sweet! Never had a sweet masala before.i felt like i was eating a desert.ordered these currys as my children were having some so i knew these would be mild but they didnt like it because it was too sweet also.Everything else i ordered was lovely.very disappointed 😞.

One of the best curry houses I've ever been too, we never order spicy food but wow what we order always tastes amazing! Tonight meals were no exception 10/10 again!

Forgotten half of the order, very small portions for what was payed.. when phoned the restaurant back they didn't understand a word that I was saying and as I was explaining, the man on the phone was talking to someone else in a different language, so rude

Cold food yet again. Takes over an hour longer than they quote you to arrive everything and always freezing and missing products. When you call they couldn't care less. Avoid at all costs

We were missing some poppadoms, the curry was really REALLY salty. When I called the restaurant to find out where the food was, the gentleman that answered he was extremely rude. I will never order from here again

My meal was terrible. The tandoori mixed grill was clearly leftovers. There was no lamb at all. There were two chicken tikka pieces. The chicken was awful, barely cooked. The curry was watery and the chicken was not cooked. I rang the restaurant to complain and the man on the phone said he knew it was poor but they were closing soon. I want a refund please

Food arrived. Asked for no corriander, and 5 popadoms. Came with coriander and 2 and a half popadoms! Ring to ask for a redeliver but it’s been over an hour and no sign of them

It’s not the first time I’ve tried them food never been good I thought I’m gonna give them another chance so I did and it wasn’t good at all the test of the food wasn’t right also they never actually give attention when customer making the order, so I will never try them food again.

Chicken pakoras were soggy. Keema naan nice, onion bhajis also tasty but cold in the centre. Spicy chips were lovely. Abit hit and miss with the food. Food was cold on arrival. Customer service on the phone however was shocking, the man basically shouts down the phone in an aggressive tone. I only asked if I could order a extra pot of mint sauce 🙈 !
