Ross was amazing! Great service! The food was fab - we had Tofu and Mushroom Pho and the Summer Rolls which were delicious!

Paul and Emily were SO lovely from the minute we stepped in the door! We were greeted warmly and the tables were already set out for our large group booking with prawn crackers and dips. The starters and mains were then brought out so promptly and the service received was just amazing. Thank you so much :)

Lovely place on Castle street. Ross was great waiter. Food was delicious. Could not fault anything in this restaurant except that you could not tip certain staff and that tips given go to general pot.

We had a great experience at pho castle street. The food was delicious - best meal we’ve had in ages! Emily and Paul gave us great customer service and made the experience special. Will definitely be coming again :)

This was such a lovely dining experience. The staff were very informative and catered to all our needs. In particular, Emily the restaurant supervisor made the experience extremely memorable. Couldn’t recommend the castle Pho enough.

What a wonderful night, food and service incredible especially the lovely Ross who simply couldn’t do enough for us! We asked for a window seal and eventually got moved there as a party cancelled. Delicious food, vibe and service could not fault it! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this lovely casual restaurant it’s a winner in our books absolutely brilliant all round!

Really good pho. Friendly staff. I had the spicy pho and really enjoyed it. It wasn't too hot but there were plenty of different chili options to make it more spicy if that's your preference. Location is great too. Will definitely come here again.

Fabulous food and fantastic service. Just a shame they have the utterly disgusting and completely unhygienic policy of allowing dogs in the restaurant. They even offer water in branded dog bowls. Completely unacceptable.

We picked this restaurant as hadn’t eaten Vietnamese before, I had the beef brisket curry & it was absolutely fantastic, will definitely go again, also thanks to Adam who looked after us & explained the dishes.

A new Pho in Castle Street, Liverpool - a great location in an iconic Castle Street building - great atmosphere - great food with brilliant tastes. The Chicken Wings were bloody amazing. First class service from our waitress Ella who was efficient, attentive and charming. Apparently Ella has never worked in a Restaurant before, but believe me, I would not have known that. Do not miss this first class restaurant when you visit Liverpool

I visited the new Pho in Castle Street with some friends, the food was amazing, big portions and high quality ingredients. The team was so friendly, and the venue is impressive -specially the bar- Can't wait to go back!!!
