So, after reading a post about Persian Taste that was negative, I was a bit apprehensive to try. Well! It was perfect! I even liked an aubergine dish - and I can't stand aubergine usually! Everyone really enjoyed their meals, very well priced and very tasty food. Will we go again? Absolutely! The people are really nice and full of good recommendations, the place is clean and smart and it is just the right size restaurant for me. I can hear all of our party talking. Yum! (The Persian Soup was amazing!)

Excellent food and service with outdoor seating, perfect for the summer! Ordered the Lamb Koobideh Wrap and it was delicious. Highly recommend if visiting this area!

Visited Persian taste with my family and it was one of the best Iranian restaurants we’ve been too. We normally have to travel into London but it’s great fo know that we now have this on our doorstep The service was quick and all the staff were attentive of our needs , a big thank you to Hadi for making us feel so welcome The food was 10/10 , the starter selection of dips and bread were so fresh and the mains were seasoned well and you could tell made with quality ingredients. We will definitely be visiting again !

Absolutely amazing food. Just had delivery for the first time and it was by far the best Persian kabab we have had in London in years. Excellent food. Will certainly be ordering again and will definitely be visiting them in person soon.

Excellent service. Clean. I had “Ash Reshteh” which I highly recommend. Delicious. Also, my wife and I had the mix grill for two. Very delicious. Yogurt drink was thick and a bit tangy, just the way I like it. Free salad shirazi and tea as well. One suggestion I would make to them is to make the koobideh longer. I would definitely go back again.

Wow! We popped in for a take away but ended up eating in, a great decision! We were warmly greeted and lucky to get a table as it was a Saturday evening and very busy. We shared the Kaskhe Bademjan with flatbread to start then ordered Baghali Poo Ba Machiche (lamb shank) with steamed rice and the Loobia Poo (steamed rice with spiced minced beef)with a Shirazi salad. All the dishes were superb. The soft jazz music paying in the backround was a classy touch which matched the elegant decor and service in this restaurant. We squeezed in dessert and even the Vanilla ice cream was amazing. We heard people on the table near us say how impressed they were with the food and like us it was their first visit and they too would be back! If you appreciate good food, great friendly service in a nice environment then Persian Taste is a must. Tip: book to avoid being disappointed.

Outstanding food. One of the if not the best Persian restaurant in London and surrounding areas. It’s a pleasure to have these folks serve this wonderful cuisine. The food is fresh and always so tasty, the service is immaculate, they are honestly so accommodating with whatever you may need. The delivery service is nothing short of excellent too. I could not recommend this place more. Go and try it, you will not be disappointed.

One of the best Persian food in London. Authentic food, and excellent customer service, very clean. Ordered kashk e bademanjan and it was finger licking good. The maine were mixed grill, jojeh kebab, koobideh and Ghormeh sabzi everything was topnotch. My picky eater kid loved chicken wings and chips.Traditional Persian Ice cream and faloodeh was amazing for dessert. The tea and baklava was on the house and it was such a great gesture from the staff. It was so worth the one hour drive. Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent service from one gentleman named Harry. The food tasted very good and arrived quickly it was also good value for money. Would definitely recommend however booking is a good idea on busy nights as it is not the biggest space. Overall great atmosphere.

Some of the best Persian food I have had, in the past couple of years. I prefer Persian stews to kebab, and I loved their Ash and Fesenjoon, but I did try some of the kebab and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. Also if you love traditional Persian ice cream they have all the flavours.

I went to this beautiful restaurant today. The interior of the restaurant was very beautiful and clean. The behavior of the staff was very polite.I ordered the lamb kobideh kebab (large). The quality of the food was excellent and delicious.I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends

We visited this Persian restaurant in Potters Bar this Sunday for a late lunch. Having ordered takeaway from them in the past, we were excited to try dining in after their recent renovation. We ordered two kebabs: Koobideh and boneless chicken. Both were delicious and nicely cooked. While the portions weren’t huge, they were just right for the two of us. The atmosphere was cosy and warm, and the owner was very welcoming. His excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. We were greeted with a welcome salad, which had a unique and tasty sauce, and the Baklava and tea at the end were fantastic. A highlight of our visit was that we brought along our golden retriever, Lara. Not only were we allowed to bring her in, but the staff also warmly welcomed her and even petted her. Although dogs aren’t allowed on the sofas, which is understandable, the way they treated us made it clear that we will be returning often with Lara. Overall, a wonderful experience with great food and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

We had a meal in the restaurant on Wednesday night. Our first experience at Persian Taste. We went by the owner’s recommendations and our dinner was great. We finished our dinner off with a lovely saffron and pistachio ice cream. Very tasty indeed. We highly recommend a visit to Persian Taste.

Our first visit was good but after that it was downhill all the way. We couldn't believe that we has such a poor meal on our return visit. There are plenty of better restaurants than this in Potters Bar.

Best persian food, and the guy that was looking after us, I forgot his name he was brilliant - nothing too much trouble and took time to assist my mum’s dietary requirements.

The Food was absolutely terrible, I got food poisoning from the seasoning and the oils in the foods. I have been vomiting since 4 AM. Do not go here.

Excellent Iranian food. I live in Kensington, West London where we have many Iranian restaurants, but this one - Persian Taste, was better than all those in West London that I have visited over the years. The lamb was beautifully seasoned and tender, the rice, both saffron and the dil one was perfectly cooked, the yoghurts and dips lovely, the chicken succulent and moist. I could go on as we had other dishes, all excellent and the service attentive and mature. Persian taste is highly recommended, and a rarity nowadays as so much else out there is poor, well done to the owners and a real bonus to have in Potters Bar.

I wanted to recommend a Persian restaurant that I recently visited and really enjoyed. If you want to taste some authentic Persian food, I suggest trying this place. It was definitely worth the drive from Reading and I found it to be different from other Persian restaurants I have tried.

I recently dined at A Taste of Persia and it was fantastic. The welcoming atmosphere and soft Persian music created a perfect setting. The menu is diverse and full of delicious options. We started with a trio of appetizers: creamy Hummus, the refreshing Salad Shirazi with cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions in a light lemon dressing, and Mast o Mosir, none Sanghak. Each dish was fresh and flavorful, setting the stage for a great meal. For the main course, we tried several types of kababs. The Koobideh Kabab, made from seasoned ground beef, was incredibly flavorful and juicy. The Joojeh Kabab, featuring tender pieces of marinated chicken, was perfectly grilled and bursting with flavor. My favorite was the Barg Kabab, with its tender, marinated slices of beef, cooked to perfection. Each kabab was served with fragrant saffron rice and grilled tomatoes, enhancing the overall taste. The service was excellent. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about the food. The restaurant's decor is elegant and cozy, making it a perfect place for any occasion. We came as a couple for our anniversary and it didn't disappoint. There was excellent food and plenty of it. We shared the mixed platter for two which was delicious and flavourful (we had to take some of it home).The owner was lovely and polite always checking in. Enjoyed the ambient piano music when eating. The service was quick and accommodating. I would definitely recommend to others and we will be returning again soon.
