Fantastic food and lovely staff.

Food, service, atmosphere was good BUT .....A 10% service charge was added to my bill without notifying me! I didn't check until I got home. Very cheeky and a bit dishonest hence the 3* rating as a matter of principle.

The Iranian food is very tasty. We tried the Iranian cuisine for the first time. The chef of this restaurant deserves all the praise. Very helpful and friendly staff. We will definitely come back here.

Both me my wife and son went to this restaurant for lunch today. Small cosy atmosphere with nice quiet music playing. We had Baba gounoosh and bread with very fresh tasty olives for starters. Main course was the tastiest I’ve tasted in ages. The food was flavoursome but not overpowering with spices etc. great food, service and price for the quality of ingredients and food. Would highly recommended. I said to my wife it was like having home cooked food from mum when you was a kid.

Let me tell you - as Iranians - without a shadow of a doubt one of the best we’ve had!! Considerably better than most Persian restaurants we’ve tried down south as we come Leeds. An absolute gem of a place. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and wonderful food!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Persian restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend trying a variety of dishes; each one is a masterpiece in its own right. To top it all off, Hadi, our host, was amazing. His warmth and hospitality made the experience even more special. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making us feel truly welcome. Me and my girlfriend came here as it was my and we did consider a Persian restaurant that was pretty well known in twickenham initially as we had a great experience there . However , being a week day we decided to try somewhere closer to home and this came up on the local search with a good rating . Initial impressions were a Very relaxed atmosphere , warm and cosy with pleasant background music which adds a touch of elegance to the occasion , perfect for dining in . The Waiter birthday very friendly , nice demeanour and very easy going whilst being attentive . The food I would say was excellent and lived up to the reviews . We both had lentil soup for starters . This is very different to the traditional Turkish lentil soup . This had the full lentil and was hearty and fragrant . The mains was superb with the rice being cooked to perfection . Fluffy - nice consistency unlike many other outlets . I would definately return and recommend to anyone wishing to find decent home cooked cultural cuisine at more than reasonable prices in the local area will be happy . Great experience . Was a pleasure to eat here .

The food here is absolutely amazing! I tried the stew with aubergines, and it was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The service was just as impressive—the staff were attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a delicious and fresh Persian meal. Persian tea- totally recommend it too😃

I ordered take kebab rice and hummus with nan. Food was very generous big portion and very delicious. 10/10 I highly recommend. More over delivery was made with in given time as food was still warm.👌👌👍👍

Great food and great atomsphere

We decided to go out to eat upon New Years Eve 2024, yes only a week ago and we called the restaurant in the afternoon to check if they could fit us in for that evening.. A table was reserved for us immediately and the manager said to come for around 6.30-7pm.. We arrived to a very calm, relaxing and warm environment with friendly, welcoming staff upon our arrival. We sat at a cosy corner despite it being quite small, it has been designed to create privacy where we were seated. A very modern, clean place but comfortable and relaxing. The manager came to greet us, take our drinks and food orders and from there, we were served delicious starter, main meal and tea, plus a very nice house red... As time went by, the restaurant started to fill up with pre booked diners and the atmosphere grew ,with the relaxing music and relaxed vibe.. Being the manager had accepted our booking last minute, despite being fully booked previous to our call to book, we had finished for around 8 pm and we paid the bill and left. This lovely restaurant with very tasty food and a good atmosphere proved to be the start of a lovely New Years Eve where we went onto a few pubs in Highgate.. We will return back very soon and good to know of such a lovely restaurant that serves really good Persian food.. A very friendly manager too whom came to talk with us throughout our visit... Excellente..!!

I recently dined at Persian Taste in Potters Bar and was thoroughly impressed. The menu offers a rich variety of authentic Persian dishes, each bursting with flavor. We visited today . Really impressed with amazing food and friendly staff . Oredered platter for two . Starter was tasty . Plater was cooked properly and tasty . Ice cream at the last was out of this world . Five stars from me . We will definitely visit again soon. Thanks guys

Lovely service and amazing food !

I've been to many fine restaurants, some even have stars from a well known guide. I've eaten at this restaurant more than 10 times since it was converted from a takeaway and I've never been disappointed, lovley food, great service and value for money. The Khoresht (Stew) and Pilau rice are exceptionally good.

We have eaten here many times and the food has always been excellent. The owner is very friendly and always happy to give advice on the food. The menu is varied and can cater for most tastes including vegan diners. Decor is modern and very nice. Nice atmosphere and excellent service.

It was my first visit to Persian Taste, but won’t be the last one. We ordered some appetizers (mast moosir, baba ghanoush, salad Shiazi) and mixed grill. All portions were nicely designed and amazingly delicious. The service was perfect, and the host was super friendly. The price was fair considering the good quality and atmosphere. I will definitely recommend

Outstanding Dining Experience at Persian Taste! If I could give Persian Taste more than five stars, I absolutely would! This gem of a family-run restaurant exceeded all our expectations with its incredible food, warm hospitality, and delightful atmosphere. We started our meal with halloumi fries and baba ganoush, and both were perfection on a plate. The halloumi fries were golden and crispy on the outside, while beautifully soft and salty on the inside. The baba ganoush was an absolute standout—smoky, creamy, and full of rich, authentic flavors. It was the perfect way to kick off what would become one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. For the main course, we opted for the mixed grill platter, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Every single item on the platter was cooked to perfection. The chicken wings were succulent with a smoky char, the chicken on the bone was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the chicken shish was beautifully marinated with spices that danced on the palate. The lamb shish was juicy and packed with bold flavor, and the koobideh was a melt-in-your-mouth delight, seasoned to absolute perfection. This platter was a masterclass in Persian cuisine, showcasing the love and care that this family pours into their food. Beyond the food, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making our experience memorable. Excellent restaurant. Our group of six really enjoyed the food. Good range of Persian dishes, including grills, stews and amazing ice cream. Very comfortable restaurant and relaxing background music. Best restaurant I've been to in a long time and hope to go back soon. I recommend it highly.

I am Iranian and this is one of the best in London I have had, specially the starters! The owner is a lovel chap as well...I live in Ealing and will for sure come back. It's definitely worth the 1 hour drive....

This restaurant has 100% been my favourite this year . The food is absolutely delicious and so unique as you don’t see a lot of persian restaurants. The prices are amazing compared to the portion sizes . As a chef myself i am very impressed, i have not a single bad thing to say , everything from the service to the food and to the atmosphere was impeccable. I would very much recommend dining here but just keep in mind that the portions are very generous.

If you love high quality, skillfully constructed Middle Eastern food I cannot recommend Persian Taste enough. With no exaggeration, one of the best Koobideh kebab taste I have tasted in London in a long time. Tenderness, spice, texture, everything about it was so special. Also we had Chenjeh kebab with Saffron rice which was very delicious. Atmosphere of the restaurant is very friendly and family oriented. Very recommended.

An amazing little gem of a place. GREAT price for the portion size and the quality of the meat was top notch. Of course the bread is fresh and authentic. Even better than others further in London (Ealing etc)...good friendly, relaxed service and will definitely be coming back! Edit: went back again and still just as good as the first time!

First dine in last night, and really enjoyed my meal, the decor is amazing and service was outstanding. Really enjoyed the boneless chicken with rice, first time trying usually always go for lamb when previously had take aways. We will be back 🥰

Having a persian boyfriend I've eaten at quite a few iranian restaurants but sadly I wont be going back to this one. Firstly the starter I had was Salad Olivieh which was pretty bland and served with shop bought bread. A persian restaurant should make it's own bread. My partner had Gheymeh Bademjan. This is traditionally served with fine shards of potato but his came with a few french fries thrown on top. The stew had been batched cooked and frozen (confirmed by owner) then microwaved. It was awful. My partner could not eat it. It was changed for Ghormeh Sabzi which was ok but far from restaurant standard. After dinner we had 4 small glasses of tea which were a hefty £2.50 each. On receiving the bill a service charge was added which I find irritating at the best of times. We did not pay the full amount and the owner came back to tell us. I replied as a discretionary charge I would decide how much I'd pay and not told what tip to give. All in all a disappointing meal.
