This is a great Persian place in Potters Bar. It is the only Persian restaurant for miles. Food is good and reasonably priced. The fesenjan and chenjeh are good.

BECAUSE OF AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WE CHOSE THE SET MENU: ( THREE KIND OF APPETIZER AND THREE KIND OF KEBAB WITH RICE AND TOMATOES FOR EACH PERSON). - APPETIZERS AND MAIN FOOD WERE EXCELLENT. -SOFT DRINKS WERE PROVIDED AS NEEDED. -PERSONAL WERE VERY CORDIAL. - ATMOSPHERE WAS WARM AND HARMONIOUS. - PRICE WAS RIGHT. Today was our first day at Persian taste it was a 10/10, everything was delectable the jujeh was very moist and tender, the koobideh was very soft, the interior was very fancy with nice classical music, I rate Persian taste a 11/10

my new favourite place for kofta ! The chicken kofta and the lamb kofta are amazing here so tender and juicy. Would absolutely recommend getting with the persian rice as it’s cooked to perfection and the portions are great! Will always be back :)

as soon as we walked in the staff were so welcoming, the restaurant is layed out so nicely and the atmosphere is 10/10. i didn’t get the name of our server but he was the nicest gentlemen ever, so polite and friendly and answered all of our questions so clearly. all of our food was served perfectly on time and up to standard and it was the NICEST persian food i’ve ever had. easily 10/10 experience and i highly recommend for anyone to come and visit the restaurant. made my week being here

Absolutely phenomenal 😍, I rarely find restaurants that good to be suggested but this one is my first choice whenever I'm looking for some Persian taste. I'm going to mark a day as "Ash Reshte" day on my calendar 🗓️ and never miss it. The Ghormesabzi taste like traditional Persian home 🏠 lovely. The place itself is enough to spend hours there it's beautiful. For sure I'll be back ASAP.

I recently dined at this Persian restaurant and I had an amazing experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. This place was amazing! We had a 29 people for a surprise birthday with close friends and family. The food was so nice and service was brilliant. They really looked after us. I would 100% recommend this lovely gem. I would definitely return for the lamb shank dish as it was simply delicious !!

So, after reading a post about Persian Taste that was negative, I was a bit apprehensive to try. Well! It was perfect! I even liked an aubergine dish - and I can't stand aubergine usually! Everyone really enjoyed their meals, very well priced and very tasty food. Will we go again? Absolutely! The people are really nice and full of good recommendations, the place is clean and smart and it is just the right size restaurant for me. I can hear all of our party talking. Yum! (The Persian Soup was amazing!)

Visited Persian taste with my family and it was one of the best Iranian restaurants we’ve been too. We normally have to travel into London but it’s great fo know that we now have this on our doorstep The service was quick and all the staff were attentive of our needs , a big thank you to Hadi for making us feel so welcome The food was 10/10 , the starter selection of dips and bread were so fresh and the mains were seasoned well and you could tell made with quality ingredients. We will definitely be visiting again !

Excellent service. Clean. I had “Ash Reshteh” which I highly recommend. Delicious. Also, my wife and I had the mix grill for two. Very delicious. Yogurt drink was thick and a bit tangy, just the way I like it. Free salad shirazi and tea as well. One suggestion I would make to them is to make the koobideh longer. I would definitely go back again.

Wow! We popped in for a take away but ended up eating in, a great decision! We were warmly greeted and lucky to get a table as it was a Saturday evening and very busy. We shared the Kaskhe Bademjan with flatbread to start then ordered Baghali Poo Ba Machiche (lamb shank) with steamed rice and the Loobia Poo (steamed rice with spiced minced beef)with a Shirazi salad. All the dishes were superb. The soft jazz music paying in the backround was a classy touch which matched the elegant decor and service in this restaurant. We squeezed in dessert and even the Vanilla ice cream was amazing. We heard people on the table near us say how impressed they were with the food and like us it was their first visit and they too would be back! If you appreciate good food, great friendly service in a nice environment then Persian Taste is a must. Tip: book to avoid being disappointed.

The food is fresh and always so tasty, the service is immaculate, they are honestly so accommodating with whatever you may need. The delivery service is nothing short of excellent too. One of the best Persian food in London. Authentic food, and excellent customer service, very clean. Ordered kashk e bademanjan and it was finger licking good. The maine were mixed grill, jojeh kebab, koobideh and Ghormeh sabzi everything was topnotch. My picky eater kid loved chicken wings and chips.Traditional Persian Ice cream and faloodeh was amazing for dessert. The tea and baklava was on the house and it was such a great gesture from the staff. It was so worth the one hour drive. Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent service from one gentleman named Harry. The food tasted very good and arrived quickly it was also good value for money. Would definitely recommend however booking is a good idea on busy nights as it is not the biggest space. Overall great atmosphere.

Some of the best Persian food I have had, in the past couple of years. I prefer Persian stews to kebab, and I loved their Ash and Fesenjoon, but I did try some of the kebab and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. Also if you love traditional Persian ice cream they have all the flavours.

We visited this Persian restaurant in Potters Bar this Sunday for a late lunch. Having ordered takeaway from them in the past, we were excited to try dining in after their recent renovation. We ordered two kebabs: Koobideh and boneless chicken. Both were delicious and nicely cooked. While the portions weren’t huge, they were just right for the two of us. The atmosphere was cosy and warm, and the owner was very welcoming. His excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. We were greeted with a welcome salad, which had a unique and tasty sauce, and the Baklava and tea at the end were fantastic. A highlight of our visit was that we brought along our golden retriever, Lara. Not only were we allowed to bring her in, but the staff also warmly welcomed her and even petted her. Although dogs aren’t allowed on the sofas, which is understandable, the way they treated us made it clear that we will be returning often with Lara. Overall, a wonderful experience with great food and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

We had a meal in the restaurant on Wednesday night. Our first experience at Persian Taste. We went by the owner’s recommendations and our dinner was great. We finished our dinner off with a lovely saffron and pistachio ice cream. Very tasty indeed. We highly recommend a visit to Persian Taste.

Our first visit was good but after that it was downhill all the way. We couldn't believe that we has such a poor meal on our return visit. There are plenty of better restaurants than this in Potters Bar.
