Order from here most weeks but the last two weeks the food has been shocking hole chicken ment to be hot no favour what so ever dry chewy really sub standard food fed up now will not be going back after this shame as it used to be really nice

We were waiting for the food a bit more than 1.5hrs. After the delivery we noticed the plain chicken stripe are not grilled, apparently they ate steam cooked. The wings with hot sauce have almost no sauce and are still almost white, barely grilled. I have thrown them into the oven! I have contacted the restaurant with a complaint and the lady on the phone said I'm entitled to my own opinion but I should look at the great reviews!! Her tone and words were not helpful at all and rude af!

The delivery driver was amazing , really polite , tasty Crunchie waffle , would recommend and I would definitely order again

Had a takeaway delivery of chicken fillet burger in pitta bread, with chips and salad. Absolutely delicious and the chips were still crispy - never had a takeaway that managed crispy chips before! 10/10 brilliant

Shocking service ordered at 8pm to receive a text at 9pm saying it wouldn't be later that 9.30pm as there was a delay on the order, 9.30pm comes and goes so I decided to give up and cook my family something, tried to contact them no answer and then the delivery turns up another 15 minutes later, but this time I had given up and sent it back, absolute joke!! It doesn't take 1 hour and 45

I ordered food delivery was due at 9:40 didn't come until 10:15 food was great just not the delivery process I had to phone to see where the order was. I think in the future if you come into issues contact the customer

my family and i order from here maybe twice a month , the food is good but there’s always a hour and a half - 2 hour wait on food , even on week days , i work in the hospitality industry myself and just don’t understand the constant wait unless it was a tiny kitchen. only wrote this review so it could be improved.

I have ordered from here a number of times now. Every time it has been efficient and has arrived early and always piping hot. The portions for the chicken could be better for the price but the waffles are always generous and well made. Never a bad order.

Had a plastic wrapper with a gold strip in the waffle ! Horrific my child could of choked on it so binned all items totally wasted 77 quid ! Gutter is an understatement !

AVOID! Disgusting. Hung up on me when I phoned about my order. All food cold. Chips tasted of cardboard. 4 SLICES of garlic bread for £3.50? Are they mad. And disgusting red pepper chicken, NOT peri chicken strips, that was undercooked.

Always order from here. Food is always great. Chicken is sometimes fresh or sometimes chewy. But overall great food. Delivery is always a problem. Usually wait atleast an hour.

I absolutely love the food here! My favourite being the chicken. and chips are I personally think tastes similar to nandos! Very well cooked and tastes delicious!. Im completely inlove with there waffles and they are not shy on portions neither 🤗. I tried the kinder Bueno tonight and it was just amazing. Delivery have never been a problem and when i do pop in its a very friendly and professional service. Thanks ☺️

Gotta say this as a real peri peri chicken lover, this was nothing but a boiled chicken with tomato paste on it, what a shame.

It was an hour and 15minutes later than the latest time they gave us for delivery. When we got the order almost everything was crushed and the waffles were cooked so long before that they started to go cold. It’s a shame because the chicken and everything is so good

Absolute joke of a meal, to think I paid money for that. asked for a grilled chicken burger to be given that. How this place is operating I’ll never know. Do better job in my own kitchen. Save your money. Don’t buy from this place

Delicious food. The medium spice was good. The chicken and chips were great. Only complaint was that the garlic mushrooms side didn't taste of much.

Ive ordered from here a few times now. The first time the chicken burger was a bit dry, no big deal. This time my chicken breast burger is just ripped up chunks of dry cold chicken. I give them a call as thats not acceptable and I get told "ye thats the shredded chicken one", like I'm some fool. Its clearly not, you're not kfc and its not even on the menu. I tell the staff member that thats not what I ordered, she replied with "its still chicken, its the same thing". At that point I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere. Never again for me

Food tastes OK, but portion size was tiny, ordered a quarter chicken and it was about the size advocado. 20mins late despite being ordered 3 hours in advance and had to cook more food as everyone was still hungry. Will not order from here again

Food was a couple minutes late but was superb, both burgers were to a very high standard at a good price for the meal, and the milkshake was so good! Definitely recommend

I expected normal fish and chip shop standards but found the food much better than average. We enjoyed the food a lot and will be going back.

Honestly the best takeaway in town. Living here for the last 20 years, I’ve tried a lot of takeaways. But this one is the best one. Hands down. All fresh ingredients. All fresh baked waffles and freshly made milkshakes! Not only the perfection of the food, the price and value for money is incredible. Would 100% recommend

Best chicken in town staff are fantastic and are dog lovers so had a very good conversation about her beagle will be useing every opportunity.

Food was good, but didn’t have the rice. Said would refund but haven’t. Delivery charge was a bit much. Forcing £18 spend and then adding £3 delivery charge on top is a little naughty. I’ll probably order again to give them fair chance as the food was ok.

Not impressed. You come to expect the long wait, but the wait AND getting the order all wrong? Toppings on the two sandwiches were all mixed up; no option for salt, vinegar, or sauce on chips; and ordered milkshakes, but they came as waffles. Chicken was dry, but drowned in so much sauce that the bun was falling apart, and again, it was the wrong sauce, that I don't eat. Bean burger was alright, but again, wrong toppings. Oreo waffle (ordered Oreo shake) was not good, and not made with Oreos, but instead chocolate digestive crumbles and white chocolate, which I don't eat. Kinder Bueno waffle (ordered the shake) was just okay. Told delivery driver we ordered shakes, not waffles, but ended up keeping them instead of waiting indefinitely for the right shakes. Not wasting our time bothering to give Periasta another go.

Understandably late tho as we had ordered late into the evening, plus the food was really good and great for the price.

We ordered from here as was told it’s “like Nando’s” yet it’s really not ordered half a chicken it was like 2 small legs tasted plain and there prices for the portions are terrible honestly if you have not had food from here don’t.

And we was missing a drink and chips!!

The food was amazing as always, so fresh and so clean. However when I ordered it was giving me a time slot of 20:30 I ordered it for 20:45 and it was still 10 mins late. But still great 👍🏻

Ordered many times and always been lovely. This time was no different. Absolutely delicious. Given the hot weather and it was dinner time on a Saturday, taking 60 mins to deliver is reasonable.

Over priced and the food quantity was terrible, items missing and the food had no flavour what so ever. The burger was gone in 2 bites. Appalling, I will 100% say that I will never be ordering from hear again.

The food was absolutely shocking I couldn't eat any of mine the chicken was like it was boiled and then had some nasty sauce poured over it. The bbq chicken strips was disgusting again boiled bits of chicken dunked in nasty sauce. Such a shame as was actually looking forward to a good peri peri but will never order from here again the only thing that we got that was nice was the drinks which says a lot

The food is average at best. Chicken is dry and won’t hit the mark of you’re wanting a substitute for Nando’s. The wait for the food is ridiculous, hour and half on a Monday night for two people. The customer service is the worst part. No concern for the delay, avoiding answering the phone and actively trying to end the conversation without giving an expected delivery time. Won’t be returning.

The chicken was so bland (I ordered medium sauce!) and cold by the time it arrived the halloumi was barely even cooked and the chips were soggy. I understand it might have been a busy night but I would prefer to wait for good food than have a bad meal.

Delicious food, ordered and wasn't sure if we'd made it in before closing time. Messaged the restaurant and had a fast and polite response back. Food was pretty delicious two - two vegan Moving Mountains burgers ordered and enjoyed 😋. We weren't sure if the mayo was vegan so we didn't add it and added our own - a small bit more transparency in JustEat just for the animal product dodgers would be appreciated, but it's not a complaint more of a suggestion, everything else was great. Hot and tasty, delivered early. A great NYE food choice! 😍

Chips are only just cooked. The tower chicken burger is just 2 bits of chicken no cheese no hash brown. Nothing extra so what’s the point.

It was a Friday night so we weren’t that bothered by the delivery being 10-15 mins late. Food was still hot and very tasty as always. Everything was great but if I had to pick fault I’d say the halloumi wasn’t grilled enough but that can be personal preference. The price, the quality, portions and flavours are all fantastic.
