Honestly fuming. We usually order from here twice a week… last couple of times have been absolutely awful. Asked to label food because we have two different heats in the kofta mega mix… both times not labelled - annoying because I can’t have spicy food. Also tonight, I receive the smallest piece of chicken in my pitta I’ve ever seen, literally like a 1/4 of a piece of chicken. Used to be really decent hence were very frequent orderers… joke of a meal tonight and earlier in the week.

Sadly three out of the items I ordered arrived incorrectly. I ordered two lamb burgers and beef burgers turned up. Members of the household don’t eat beef for religious reasons and the food was bitten into before the mistake realised. The donner meat did not have the peri peri we ordered on it was plain. Restaurant did offer a refund but I was told to go through just eat. Have had issues repeatedly getting just eat to refund the order contacting them multiple times and just getting a stock email response. They are only offering a credit for some of the order and not covering the whole mistake. The quality of the food we did receive (and were able to eat) was average.

Thought give these guys a try. Ordered whole chicken... got 4 very dry breast pieces?! What chicken has no legs and thighs and only 4 breasts? Never ordering again.

It may seem a small thing, but I ordered a large bottle of Pepsi and received diet coke instead, this is not a like for like swap if they had ran out and I was not called to ask if this was OK. Also, the burger came with mayo and lettuce on it, occasionally I understand this is standard, but I expect it to be listed on the menu and to have an option to remove these as I cannot have mayo. When I called the store, I was just hung up on as well, so they could not rectify this.

Came very early. I ran a bath and was about to get in but the food arrived. When i brought the food in, it smelled and tasted too good to resist. So the food and service was great but my bath was cold. Would definitely order again.

Tasteless chicken so flavour at all. Chips were soggy and tasted like the box that they came in. Very very disappointed

First visit since the refurb , friendly staff chips chilli and garlic mayo were spot on , only critique less peppers more sauce in the chicken pitta please I'd give them another go 👍

Long time customer but to be honest now prices have increased by 45% and now they charge £3 for delivery, I'm not sure I'll order again. Previously I didn't mind the fact that it generally would take at over an hour for delivery, and I always thought the food was great quality and value for the price. The food is still great, but for the added costs, I'm not as understanding about the very long delivery time and it's no longer good value for what you get. The guys that run it are lovely and always go out of their way to accommodate any special requests. In summary, nice food, nice people but a bit expensive and slow delivery.

They got the whole order wrong. I waited over an hours also for my food. When I called them they ignored all my calls. I called more then 30 times! Very poor!

This was an excellent service and food was delivered even though I made a mistake for collection. Was impressed with the quick change 👏 I however have messaged a couple times regarding Old China, Milton Keynes, where I require a re- fund, because my order was never received, after waiting for 2 hours and the resturant listed as delivered. Which never happened

I visited peri peri as it was the closest to mine, they served me old and cold food hotwings were so old tasted horrible I couldn’t even eat one.he also over charged me as the price was different on the menu and when I told him he goes its the old menu.never going back there again they probably cook once a day and leave it for the whole day please everyone avoid going there, dirtiest one you can ever find.

Great food! They rung within 10 mins of me ordering to advise they ran out of what I originally ordered. I went for a cheaper meal but didn’t get offered the difference in coat. It said 30-50 mins wait so purposely requested a time an hour later and it was still late, slightly disappointed but food was very good

Peri peri original have never let me down in terms of food quality however last night they took over an hour n half to deliver ,then driver had no change for £20 .meal was 11.99!!!! Meal sent back.

They sent a pretty awful looking burger instead of 8 wings, and also sent the wrong drink and sauce. Basically 3 of the 5 items I ordered was wrong

My Orange drink was missing? My Cheeseburger didn't look freshly cooked. Tasted like a reheat Cheeseburger. Food wasn't that warm Rice very dry.

The food was extremely spicy i couldn’t eat it This is including the lemon and herb Shame because it smells amazing but i had a few bites bite and my mouth swelled up and gave me a noise bleed from how spicy it was

Last time I waste my money here. The Ben and Jerry’s (for the second time in a row) had clearly melted whilst laying on its side/upside down, leaked and then been re-frozen. As for the wings - you don’t serve wing TIPS when you sell wings. Cut them off. There’s no meat there, they’re just fried (and sharp to the touch) leftovers that you should keep for a stew or stock. Gross.

The food quality was just not what I’ve previously experienced, the chicken was so dry and the GIANT chicken burger had a thin piece of chicken that was well over cooked.

Ordered my food to be delivered for 7:50 specifically and it arrived at 7 ocklok.. furthermore ordered 2 meals and got no sauces to go with them? Usually these just come complimentary. Although food was amazing, correctly cooked and spiced as requested (Had the peri breast burgermeals) although the spicy rice was a bit dry so I would avoid. The burgers however were amazing!!

I received food which was all hot, however the order I placed wasn't all received, we ordered cake to top up our order to get free delivery and it wasnt in the bag. Order was placed on 19.12.2020 at around 9.20 order was delivered at 10.10. In the past we have ordered rice and received chips, I think a little more attention to detail would be an advantage to a great takeaway restaurant. We are more disappointed than anything as we enjoy the food we get but we would like to get the food we ask for.

Very long delay, I have young kids who needed to be fed and put to bed. The food was okay but portion size was smaller than what I remember and the hot peri peri tasted mild. Also, no chilli sauce/mayo was included, whereas this used to be included as standard previously. The can of drink had popped and soaked the bottom of the bag. Really disappointed, will not be ordering from here again. Standards have gone down greatly.

This is not for fist time when I’m ordering from this restaurant, but today I’m very unhappy with your service, i been waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes for my order, i can understand that it’s busy and i can understand a 30 minutes delay, but 1 hour and 10 minutes it’s too much, the food it’s good and tasty, but the service is absolutely horrible , and in top of that the delivery driver couldn’t come up ? How come’s that the others deliver drivers can come up to my door? , and last thing the food it’s hot that means the food was prepared recently not 1 hour ago

Order was due to arrive at 8.10pm. When it hadn’t arrived at 8.15 I called to double check and was told it hadn’t even left the restaurant yet, due to the driver being late, and it would be delivered in 15 mins. The driver arrived at 8.30 and gave us the wrong food - luckily we managed to chase him down out of his car before he drove off, and then were given the right food. Thankfully the food was still hot by the time we did eat.

Absolutely shocking. Order took an hour and 45 mins to arrive. We asked for mayonnaise in only two of the burgers and the other two with burger sauce - fair enough they didn’t have, but they could have rang us and told us - and they put mayonnaise in all 4 burgers which my partner can’t eat. Rang the restaurant, basically told us it was our fault because “the order wasn’t clear enough” and read the order note back to us. The note literally said mayonnaise in two of the burgers and burger sauce in the other two which quite frankly isn’t that hard to understand as we specified which burgers we wanted which in. Service was abysmal. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Usually order from this place all the time and the food is usually good !! Last order I placed with them they forgot my regular and large chips I didn’t say anything to them as mistakes happen ! The guy called raz said to me next time you order I will give you a Meal for £5 I thought ok that’s a good way of saying sorry I accepted.Today I wanted to place an order and I usually order through just eat . Raz said I will give you a free meal but you have to make an order for £15??? Ok . I said to raz why don’t I order as normal on just eat and you give me the two chips you forgot last time ? He said let me make it less complicated you order with me £15 il give you free meal . No remorse of the mistake he made last time just thinking business that’s disgusting !! That’s not how you run a business if you carry on like this eventually people will stop ordering from you even if your food is nice ! As customer service is very important! I am a regular I order once to twice a week but won’t anymore well done ! Also there are so many good takeaways now in Milton Keynes don’t have to put up with bad customer service who don’t care when they make the mistakes.

Seriously good value and very tasty. We got a family selection with a whole chicken, chicken wings and chicken strips. All really nice. 100% using these guys again. Thanks.
