WOW, WOW, WOW.... Had my family over for tea this evening, tried a selection of various 12" Pizzas plus the selection of home made dips, garlic butter is the most delicious butter I've ever tasted. Highly recommend it. Smoky Joe with tomatoe and a touch of chilli for the base with added pineapple and garlic butter YUM YUM . Quick service as I placed a collection order due to how busy they are which takes longer for a delivery. Looking forward to our next family pizza gathering.

Quick service. Brill.chep no the one up the road cheaper. I had 5 chips with my meat and chips. They said ohhh got more meat. Thats More expensive.

Omg, this pizza shop is the best. I am not a Gorseinon resident, visiting friends. Best choice of an evening meal all pizzas , sheish kebab was out of this world. Will definitely order again .

Food is cold and soggy when arriving, ordered here a few times and always disappointed, won’t be rushing back.

2 and a quarter hours for a £70+ delivery and it was all stone cold. Been ordering food from you for the last couple of years but you've let yourselves down tonight guys 😕

Great service, really kind staff and the customer service is excellent hugely recommend.

Waited over 2 hours for my food. When calling the restaurant I was told I couldn’t be offered a refund and it was inconsiderate for me to ask for one. The reason I couldn’t receive a refund was because the food was on its way, which frankly doesn’t make sense to me when to my knowledge it had “been on its way” for the last 2 hours. The manager was incredibly rude, I explained I didn’t expect a full refund, but the only thing I was being offered was a discount for the next time I order - as if the service I’ve received is going to make me want to come back. I am completely understanding to being understaffed and having a busy night but 2 hours for something that is a 5 minute drive away is ridiculous, and the way the manager dealt with the situation was appalling. When the food finally arrived it was underwhelming and had clearly been left for a while.

Prices are high and Portions are tiny, food was dry cold and didn’t delivery our drinks. Tried ring they didn’t answer. Never again !!

Food always lovely but tonight they made a small mistake (which I didn't notice) and left the diner meat off my pizza. I had a phonecall after delivery telling me they were bringing me a new pizza. I said no worries, no need at all but 10 minutes later it was at my door....and with a mound of Doner meat. Now that is customer service! Amazing.

Been using Pepinos pizza for about 20 years, always had great tasting pizzas for them.

Ordered Pizza and burger online, the delivery person left food on doorstep and phoned from their car to say it was there???? whilst I get covid as a part I thought even leaving hot food outside for even a minute would cool down food, sadly I was right, to make matters worse the pizza had toppings slide off the base to one side and didn’t appear or taste like it was long enough in the oven. I haven’t ordered from here for a while as I had a similar bad experience last time. As another reviewer stated they used to be good. Real shame I won’t risk using them again

Ordered a burger with doner meat. ( it comes with Salad and sauce as standard) Added Cheese and bacon in the extras selection box, and i did not click coleslaw because i cant stand the stuff! My burger turns up with a great wad of coleslaw on the bottom, when i phoned up to explain that i didn't order coleslaw, the staff on the phone tried to say that it says on the website that coleslaw is part of the salad (it doesn't! i've looked), then why is it on the extras List?? So i ended up with a Burger i couldn't eat as the coleslaw had saturated the bun and i could get rid of the taste. Staff were less than helpful and basically said it was my fault??? despite me ordering many times from them it'll be the last time I order I can guarantee that.

Buy one get one free pizza way better than the chains

Used to be nice but seem to have gone down hill lately. Kebab meat kept warm (ish) and served from a bain marie gives a rubbery texture. not even bothering to cut the pitta bread and put the meat inside anymore just slapped on top. I've given this take away a few chances now thinking I caught them on a bad day but is the same all the time. Management and kitchen workers need to step back and think about how they're doing this. Like many others I would rather wait a few more minutes for hot fresh food put together properly than a rubbery greasy mess they're serving now. Please let me know when you go back to how it used to be and I'll give you another go and maybe rethink my review.

Absolutely love pepinos but their Uber eats page is almost unusable, letting you select a 3 topping pizza but then not allowing you to select the three toppings or even making you select a pizza of every size to be able to pick just one pizza to put in your basket. Unfortunately this means that although it is our favourite place for a takeaway we do not get to enjoy it often as it is so incredibly difficult to order!

Excellent service. Generous portions. Delicious food. The best in the area and beyond. The 'Pepinos Special', is worth trying: it is mouthwatering good.

Stodge. Paid 20 pound for this food. Could cook better. Utter fattening stodge. 8people working there and seven of them had facemasks under their chins. No gloves at all and handling all the food with bare hands. Constantly touching their noses. Seemed a very unhealthy place to order food. Dont risk covid as no distancing behind counter and masks under chins. Sorry I went there never again

Good delivery time, arrived sooner. Regular crust godfather pizza was lovely, lovely base and crust was really tasty. I added garlic butter but wasn't heavy give it extra added subtle flavour. Was nicer than dominos and would order order!

2 hours late only to arrive missing the pizzas! When we rung was told they'd send them....why would we want them after the rest of our food and god knows how long that would of been so asked for the money for the pizza was told no!! Went to shop and asked for the money and was told we'll have to go through the just eat website even though I ordered through there own website. Was still trying to give us the pizzas. Laughed in my face shocking customer service!!! Finally had money back. You've lost a customer who buys very regularly.

Awful service which is a shame as it’s nice food. Second weekend in a row they have got our order wrong. First time I ordered online and stated what salad we didn’t want. To our surprise we received our salad with only the things we didn’t want. Second time I asked for two chicken shish kebabs and was sent donor kebabs. Iv been ordering from them for years be wont be using them anymore.

Absolutely appauling service had mine and my familys food delivered upon opening them it was swimming with grease chicken undercooked doner meat undercooked and childs pizza cold and chips cold and hard upon arrival at pepinos I told them that this food is not cooked properly the chicken is pink and the doner meat is not cooked the person took the food off me and inspected the chicken and argued with me that the chicken was cooked so I said no it wasn't it is pink there for it was not cooked so he had accepted that and made another one but again was swimming with grease and as the doner another one was made and was overcooked I do not recommend second time giving them a chance and it was certainly the last

Nicest Stuff crust in the area. Not a fan of much else they sell but the Stuffed Crust is unbelievable.

Always have problems ordering from here, the last order took over two hours to arrive , this time they claim they didn't even get the order from just eat, so after giving the my postcode and street sumber and order multiple times, the. Giving them the order number from just eat they still say they couldn't find it now I need to get a refund from just eat! Customer service is shocking, and the man who answers the phone will always make excuses!

Good if the girl answers the phone she needs a pay rise so fast, If she is off its like ringing for a doctors appointment, engaged and the when you do get through the last meal has gone to some fat bastard who didn't neeed it.

Phoned up at 11:30 asked for delivery to be told to hold for one moment (which turned into 10 minutes of them talking in background while we shouted hello?) for no one to return to take the order. Hung up and called back 3 times, but no answer. Clearly they didn't fancy delivering even though website states delivery up until 12 o clock.

Best pizzas from gorseinon to italy

Totally disgusted with peppinos pizza 1 star is being too generous. Ordered a pizza over the phone and after asking about the "weekend deal" we confirmed £6.99 for the first pizza then £ 1.99 for the second and completed the order. Once the delivery driver arrived he asked for £17.50 when questioning this he got very frustrated and stormed off in the car. After this happened I phoned the take away straight away only to be met with arguments claiming that the deal was never confirmed something that was heared by multiple people and advertised on there website.

was either overcharged or their website is completely wrong - according to the website our meal should have come to £14.98 but when we went in to collect our pizza they were adamant on charging us £22! Very disappointed, on the bright side the pizza was nice.

Amazing pizza large variety of choose lovely burgers well worth giving it a try you will not be disappointed trust me.x
