Really bad customer service order a chicken and rice meal didn't give chips drink and sayces rang back up and they said wait until the next day and come and get the remaining chips drink what was I supposed to do leave the food till the next day to eat

I order a mf burger meal and yara they give me a sh*tty wrap meal I come home all the way from Blackburn to Accrington I get ready to much on my shi and I realised they got my order wrong the guy on the phone goes you said it wrong and started waffling he goes come back we give you your burger come give back the Wrap like imma go all the way back just for that 💀

Absolutely filthy, I’m surprised it’s not been shut down. Won’t be going again. Food was cold, but probably wouldn’t be too bad if it was warm. Service slow even though we ate in.

I honestly have never received such a bad service from a food place before. Me and my friend had ordered from Pepe on just eat and rang them to give them specific instructions. The take away was getting late so we called them again to see why it was taking so long, they reassured us that it’s with the driver and it will be with us in 10 mins… I had reminded him about the instructions to which he said he will do. When the takeaway had arrived, the driver did not follow the said instructions so when I had got the food I was really angry. I rang pepe again and asked them why they didn’t give the instructions to the driver, they had said they did so I rang the driver to see why he didn’t listen to the instructions, he had claimed that he wasn’t told anything. At this point me and my friend were extremely confused. The driver had told us to stay on hold and rang Pepe to show us he was telling the truth. The guy from Pepe had answered the phone and said sorry to the driver for not telling him the instructions. The driver had revealed we were on the phone and the guy had said sorry he had forgot, despite telling us before that he did tell the driver. I am honestly disappointed at the level of miscommunication and lies we were told. Our experience with this takeaway was awful and we will not be ordering here again.

Never had a beef burger as bad as pepe Blackburn beef burgers disgusting we paid £16 one bite and in the bin it went never again will I go Pepe,s Blackburn

Very disappointing bordering on criminal. I went and ordered lunch at this establishment for myself and colleagues, the total cost was over £30. I ordered chicken and rice. Do not be fooled by the pictures, the portions are measly. The rice seems to be the main bulk of the meal, there was hardly any chicken in the rice. I was extremely disappointed with this experience. I rang to complain manager was unsympathetic and, in my view, completely unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs as all you will get is measly portions with no chicken and an abundance of stale rice.

Seems like a nice place such a shame its not HMC seems like they want to sell dead chicken !! So did not get anything !! Other pepes are HMC ONLY THIS ONE IS NOT !! BEWARE!

There should be another rating: DISGUSTING. Visited Pepes Blackburn yesterday because have visited their franchises in the south. Its probably the smallest Pepes I have ever seen! Sadly couldn't see the seating area upstairs. There was no semblance of customer service: just grunts and no thank you or please! of After ordering and going upstairs found the place to be dirty and the floor and tables cluttered with rubbish. the salad was minuscule and not fresh. The chicken was not cooked - just heated up! Wouldn't recommend. AVOID like the plague. Just drive further up the road to McDonalds at the roundabout to the M65. How are people allowed to charge for this garbage! DISGUSTING

If I could give ZERO stars I would. What on Earth has happened to Pepes?! I usually visit on a weekly basis, after not visiting for a few months, decided to have a takeaway tonight. Called the restaurant to ask where our food was and they said it would be another ten mins which we didn’t mind, so 20 minutes late in total. Then the food came, my prime pitta meal “with salad” came with disgusting, brown soggy lettauce inside (as you can see from the photo). My partner had a Chicken Tasca Meal, took a bite into it and the bread was like a rock, literally inedible I’ve never known anything like it how the person preparing it could serve that is beyond me!!! To top the whole experience off, got to the last bite of my pitta meal and pulled a long black wirey hair from my mouth. Never been so disgusted and repulsed in all of my life. I will never be returning to Pepes EVER again and I will be informing people of my horrific experience. I was ALSO charged 29p for a CHEESE SLICE... A CHEESE SLICE!!!!! And it didn’t even come!!!!!!

They are absolutely ridiculous and liars. Qouted 50 mimutes for delivery,i called them 1hour15 minutes later, i was told 10 minutes. Called back after 20 minutes to be told he should be with you any minute now. It is now 2 hours 5 minutes. Ohh by the way it is a typical burger we ordered.not some fancy flying chicken which will deconstruct itself upon reaching our doorstep.. Then these people will complain that business doesnt work.when you lie and try to fool people it makes complete sense that your business doesnt work and it shouldnt work aswell.

The wait is ridiculous - over an hour for a few simple meals. Im not sure the management understand the concepts of fast food or customer service and the seating area is always dirty and messy. With a change in management this place could do really well - I think this store tarnishes the Pepe's brand. I'd say you are better off at Kebabish.

It's a shame these guys can't sort out their delivery times, they take ages. The food is ok, but a little expensive for what it is, they seem to have done well initially due to being a Nando's alternative however it's just not the same thing and to charge similar prices is a bit flawed.

Needs improvement. Waiting time is ridiculous! Food portions are quite small, delicious tasting food though. Can not fault the chef! Home delivery has you waiting around 2 hours. Food is piping hot when arrives which is great! Quite expensive when you get individual meals for a family, however family deals are worth the money. Great quality tasting burgers and chicken. Order on the phone and pick up!

Waited a good 10 minutes at the counter to be served, only to be answered by a very rude staff member who tried to make it look like it was my fault. Haven't been since and will not be going again anytime soon.

Never ever get home delivery. You'll be waiting two and half hours! They do have nice food but I would highly recommend that you pick this up!

burger's are tasty and juicy. would recommend to all. new items are on menu are worth a try. a+++++++

We ordered meals of chicken wrap, nacho burger, bbq wrap and wings.

A nice, clean and tidy place to eat. Shame about the portion sizes.
