Pepe's in Falkirk

The place was clean and the food was good but the drink provided as part of the meal was flat. When I tried to change to a can, they said I would have to pay as I drank some of it. When there is an issue with the quality of something, more effort is needed. The server was polite.

I know everyone goes here for chicken...but I love their lamb burgers. So juicy...delicious...yumm. staff are always really friendly and efficient

Being a regular customer at pepes in falkirk, the food is fantastic, always maintain a good level of consistency and punctual with timing, staff are very friendly and welcoming, would highly recommend to anyone.

Really poor food, especially the wings.

Came in and placed a big order and paid for lots of sauce and then I got home and it was under cooked and was bone dry phoned in and they were very ignorant and they refused to do something about it I wouldn’t recommend to eat out here

The quality of the food has really gone downhill since the refurbishment. The chicken is constantly chewy, grisly bits found throughout, and tonight my husband found a chicken bone in his Chick’n’Rice box! Food arrives cold and needs reheated and the drinks are warmer than the food. Avoid if you want quality food.

Welcome On Arrival, staff helpful, kept pushing for upgrades. Promptly up selling. Clean and well organised. Good feel.

Went to order from here via just eat app but was immediately put off because initially one price was displayed but once you click into the item, the price jumps ups (not selecting extras and before just eats fee is added).

Food was good as always but charged extra for periperi chips only to drizzle the peri peri salt on the top portion. Extremely strict with the token system which is unusual in contrast to Edinburgh stores. Not impressed with the visit overall.

We order here at least twice a week probably the best place for food In the falkirk area and pretty healthy too as its all grilled chicken .. I usualy eat the same thing for a month or so then go onto something else for a change so I never get bored with the food .. been addicted to the Prime pitta with the extra piece of chicken for over 6yrs now extra hot 🔥 LOVE IT

Nothing special, food was nice. How does a fast food business run out of chicken. When you offer rice instead of chips, we would like more than 2 spoons in a tiny box. Get more staff when you're busy.

Food okay, but absolutely scammed ordering through just eat and not their own app. Almost £10 more expensive each item priced up plus just eat service charged. Shame since I won't order again from them

Got pepes for quickness on friday night as i had to pack suitcase for flight the next again morning. Woke up with the worst food poisoning you could ever imagine, day 2 on holiday and still cant leave the bed

The food can be excellent but on occasion, the worst bits of chicken are used and it is truly revolting.

I was over charged today. I checked the price of the food when i got home and it should have only come to £9.79 i was charged almost £12. I believe the staff added a tip on for themselves . Also on your receipt it doesn’t have a breakdown of prices and you have to hand it back when you collect your food. Very strange.

Brilliant food, with a good menu selection & excellent atmosphere. All very reasonably priced as well👍🏼

Food and atmosphere is always good. It can be a little pricy for a fast food restaurant, I usually go for a burrito meal which is around the £10 mark, I guess you get what you pay for and the chicken and food is always good quality so there's maybe a wee trade off there, some of the add ons (wings / strips) feel like they could be slightly lower than the £4.49 charge, it would make it more affordable for more regular visits in the current climate.

I’ve been going here years today I ordered a chicken box I got my order and turns out to be a chicken rice box called them and the unprofessional staff told me to she can’t do nothing coz she needs to go home and to bring my meal in tomorrow and will replace it..?? How unprofessional also she den proceeds to put the fone down and not answer!

We have visited this place many times. Used to be our regular however over the past year the standard and quality of food has declined. Staff not very helpful. Not been back for a very long time and don’t plan to go back.

Underrated. Pepe's have an excellent choice on their menu, yes a bit pricey but the food is never a disappointment. I usually eat this as part of a large order from my work (6-10 people eating) the order is always correct and the wait time isn't long. The food when we get it back to work is still perfect and hot.

****If ordering on the Pepe's app, it asks off you would like to tip. Please note that the tip doesn't go to the staff! So basically as well as being charged 50p to order online, they are also scamming any tip you add******* I'm a creature of habit so always order the chicken 'N' rice meal since they no longer do the rice box on its own for delivery. Food is always delivered really quick so is aways piping hot. I tried Maeme's in Falkirk last week but won't be returning. It's Pepe's all day long for me. Only thing I don't like is that they only deliver using Just Eat who are rip off merchants.

Very disappointed with the service in this particular pepe’s branch !! I asked for a can of irn bru,with my meal which was clearly in the fridge on display and was told I can’t have a can by the supervisor, the reason she gave was the cans are only for online orders , when challenged that stock should not be on display if not for sale,she started arguing with me !! Totally unacceptable and above all very unprofessional attitude towards customers, I’m hoping Safdar will be taking the appropriate action as in teaching staff how to deal with customers respectfully …..

Fantastic food. I'm not usually a fan of chicken on the bone but theirs is delicious. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. 5 stars for the food. 3 stars for the prices.

The young boy at counter fairly new staff member got my order all wrong when I was trying to ask for my order to be changed he threatened to spit in my food. He shouldnt be working around food and with public with an attitude like that I will definatley not eat here again!

Been going here for years and they are consistently amazing but their half chicken was the best Ive ever had in my life. Proper quality in this place. Puts all other Pepes across Uk to shame 😆 Thank you!

Prices increasing, quality dropping. I've noticed the sauce is getting thinner, watery. Also they are adding less of it, a few times I got almost dry wings. I used to love it, but it's not what it used to be.

Ordered my meal at 1800 for delivery at 1910, at 1935 no sign of meal so rang shop to be told that they had run out of half chicken so it would be late, didn't bother ringing me to let me know, anyway. When it finally arrived 25 mins late no apology, and although I'd ordered the meal deal with a pepsi, no drink with the meal. Won't bo using them again

Texas burger, doubled up and upgraded to Lrg. Was absolutely rotten and so so dry. No salad no cheese for nearly £14. Chicken wings...tiny. and chicken strips dry and cold. Chips also cold. Wouldn't recommend.

Staff are amazing. Pepe's food is chicken products made different ways. The chicken is cook on open flame grills. There is a variety of flavours and different strengths of heat for the food. Meal packages with chips and juice. Absolutely perfect food. A bit pricey however the meals are very filling and are more like cooked food than just a quick take away.

Terrible had to drive all the way back to shop for a tiny box of rice. Nothing given in good will after gentleman on the phone saying he would add in more chips. Used up precious fuel due to their F Up. Not the first time this had happened and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Also family platter is tiny portion sizes are laughable here. Rude staff after travelling back also

I placed an order with friend worth over £23.00. The said order never arrived and we never got a refund or any reason. They told us to get in touch with Just Eat who also didn't want to know. Terrible way to run a company.

Zero star.. Hair in the food and he wants me to complain it to environmental health department instead of giving a new order..

This was absolute ridiculous I found a large hair or 2 in my burger also they were talking there Lanuage and I translated as I study and they said haha I spat in he’s food

Nice wee tastie chicken... Some time difficult order as it's quite noisy at the till, get wrong thing ordered. Not many good halal chicken 🐔 around so can't complain much, still have to go back here... Every time something different so I suppose could keep trying that...👍

Actual thieves; charged me but I didn't receive my order at all. Don't give them your money. I called up to check after waiting an hour (this is a Monday night) because it was getting close to closing time. They said it was sound, they were just waiting on a driver. 20 mins after closing the driver calls me and tells me the shop is shut. They didn't call me to let me know, or even warn me this could happen when I was already on the phone. They just shut the shop without refunding me or even letting me know. I imagine this left the driver out of pocket as well if he's with deliveroo or justeat.

Ordered wings tonight and the food was raw. Extremely poor customer service. Wanted us to return the food that was already in the bin when we live over 30 minutes away. Why should we travel and waste more of our time on food so poorly "cooked". Awful service. Won't be back
