Paid for extra sauces but they didn’t give them.

Who starts cleaning the grill hour and half early

Absolutely poor food and poor delivery, I ordered extra chicken it was the same and the chips was absolutely disgusting

Also the lemon and herb wings and strips were too spicy for the kids

1hr30 mins waiting for delivery of fast food chicken and chips

Missing 80% of order, chips were old bitter, chicken was burnt and not marinated as normal,

I was there I employed told me cancel the Oder and now ready to pick up it’s 1 hours up

my phone did not go off and the person didn't come to my door and the app told me he wasn't here

Ridiculous service and very rude staff. The customer in front of me was lied to as the customer asked the staff if a large item was in the bag and the staff member said yes but it wasn't as customer thought the bag was light for the order placed (thankfully the customer checked and realized - staff then said sorry half heartedly and tried to blame the customer as came in on time to collect the order). Several customers were checking their orders as some had items missing. The staff on the phone even over heard that they would replace a missing item for customer on the phone than heard the staff member say in native language "they won't even come". My order a drink was short as had ordered 3 meals and received 2. Also asked for cans but they said cans only for delivery orders (will be reporting to trading standards). The drinks were clearly not right as no syrup therefore tasting of soda water mostly (absolutely disgusting). Ontop when I asked to be given a moment to check my order the staff said to move to another table and check which I didn't do as I was not going to rejoin the line to be served again (it was hard enough getting staff to acknowledge me when I came to collect the order). This place needs some serious staff training and organisation. Won't be visiting this branch ever again

Worst place I’ve ordered food from. Waited over 1 hour 40 mins still hasn’t arrived tried calling them 10 times and they won’t pick up the phone. Disgusting service I don’t even know where my money is gone.

Extremely poor service ! Placed an order only to be notified that it was cancelled an hour later with no reason given. These guys can’t organise a piss up in a brewery! After reading the many reviews, I am surprised they are still in business.

I bought a whole chicken for collection. After unpacking the food, I noticed the chicken looked halt eaten. I was upset that I had to drive all the way back to return it I showed their manager the chicken and he apologised and said they'll change it. I waited for 15mins for them to prepare a new whole chicken. When I got home, I noticed it's exactly the same chicken I returned to them they packed again. It looks awful and I had to bin it!. Shame I can't be asked to drive back yo their shop again. I'm so mortified.

ordered at 18.10 , arrived 18.45 , was told order will take another 20 mins. I said on app it says ready to collect. The manager started shouting at me as if I was at fault. Telling me we are very busy and you can complain to whoever you want . Just not acceptable

Delivered in good time, thank you! The peri salted chips was not salted in one of the bags, the chicken and rice was not as hot as expected. But overall a good meal. Thank you

Took forever to make stood there for at least 15 mins. The food wasen’t the best quality as the rice box wasen’t full because usually the box is filled. The loaded fries were just disappointing and I got a regular drink when I had ordered large

Food said it was delivered but it wasn't and we went around houses looking and knocking for it. Tried calling, no one picked up. Then had to wait another hour for the food to come.

I had to drive to the restaurant and ask where my order was. They then informed me it had just been despatched. The rider was romancing the estate despite my proving the exact location. I had to find him. The food was cold when I opened the bag and there was also a missing item. Why they didn’t call me beggars belief. A terrible experience. To say the customer service was non existent when I got to the shop would be an understatement. Bonkers.

Not only was it late, the order was missing its drink

when I recived my food the whole bag was wet. All the sauce has dropped in the big plastic bag. it was such a mess that I never seen before. I am very dissapointed 😞

Food with chimical or poison, I order yesterday on 22nd September 2024, after 30 to an hour I started to be very sick, stomach hurting, fogy brain, the whole body started to tremble and to have chills, really low energy. Even today ( next day on 23.09.2024) still lots of stomach disconfort, not feeling well at all, so powerless, can't think clearly... I call them, the person who unswer the phone was really harsh, didn't care about it, and said that they've got so many customer per day and to call tomorrow When the manager will be there. That's so unfair 😒 The order it's was a chicken box meal with rice , vegetables and fries, the fries was so dry I didn't eat them at all. I hope to get better, and never order from them again 😪 😕 Look for your health, don't order from thise *Pepe's piri piri* this was from Northwood hils!

I placed my order around 6pm, and it got delivered at 7:45pm. when I called the restaurant, the guy on the phone Just kept saying "the delivery time is 7:50", wouldn't tell me why, and hung up on me. when I asked for money back through the app, the restaurant refused, stating that the rider was stuck in heavy traffic. we order from them every week, and it's never this delayed. plus, motorbikes weave through traffic, they dont get stuck. got notification of rider leaving at 7:20. ordered at 6pm.

Terrible customer service, attitude is everything!

Quality has gone down, we have made lots of orders from this establishment and there’s always an issue with our order.

There is a guy called Saklani or something he is so lier and unprofessional we have to submit an official complaint to Pepe’s itself their food are rubbish plus people are lier

I don’t even know what to say about this place. It’s so horrible and the food was terrible. We walked in to dirty tables with sticky chairs the food was served in disposable white plates with what seemed like vegetables that had just come out of a steamed bag dry and horrible. We did not finish the food and left just a short while after getting our food. This place I would not recommend to anyone they really need to up the management and the service this was not nice. And also at the time I was visiting staff behind the counter were very rude to delivery drivers.

Asked for plain chicken sent me a spicy hot dried out pc of garbage..rotten!

Horrible customer service. We tried calling 3 times, either they don’t pick up or put us on hold. Also, rice is always dry and has no flavours. It doesn’t taste as good as Harrow’s Pepe. They charge extra for the dip here whereas in Harrow, it’s all included.

The only Pepes I know that doesn't accept the polite request to kindly turn down the music when its not even appropriate for kids. Restaurants are usually very accomodating to this request

Not amazing said we couldn't sit in and eat 30mins before store closed.. so are the opening times correct? Doesn't seem like it.. the guy is rude aswell. They also didn't have BBQ sauce although advertising it as a flavour which happens often.

Honestly, my first time I waited 30 mins, but the food was defo worth it and then I came for my second time and the guy apologised about the long wait, he service was really nice and my food was ready in 10 mins, it was rapid and once again it tasted so nice, I just got the chicken salad but it’s so damn worth it. Great Vibe when it’s not too busy as I can dine in, but overall great food.

I bought a Chicken n' Rice Meal in Northwood hill Pepe's store on Wednesday eve (12/06/24). The rice was very dry and I couldn't have it. Seems, the rice was not even reheated properly. The food quality and service in the Harrow on the Hill Pepe's store is much much better than Northwood Pepe's store.

Pacificly ask for no lettuce on burger came with it didn't eat

drinks never arrived. no way to contact restaurant to rectify

Not happy with the really dry chicken they’ve sent through. Also very cold when it got here. always have to call them to make sure they don’t so this which is annoying. Probably will rethink ordering again after being ordering from here so regularly. Very unhappy today.

I started a new job as a gym manager across the street from this branch 2 months ago and have been going here for lunch frequently for both eat in and take away. Great food each and every time and very kind/ thoughtful customer service.

Worst costumerservice ever !!!!

This place has really deteriorated in service under new management. Staff is rude. Delayed my order making me wait for collection 20 min after the time mentioned. Abdullah the manager was very rude both in taking the order and while explaining the delay. They also messed up one of the food items. Better to go elsewhere

NOT very happy with my order that I received. Chicken is Burnt, dry and not juicy at all could not even felt the flavour. Extremely disappointed from Northwood hill Pepe. Seems like management did not provided enough training to their staff, having the restaurant clean and located in Porsche area does not mean their food is always excellent to the taste. Pepe being my favourite since childhood would highly recommend Harrow and Greenford. Will not been stepping in Northwood Pepe anymore. Waste of my time plus money!!

Forgot the drink but the restaurant offered to send a driver back out, top service !! And obviously great tasting chicken

Really dirty, they were sweeping the floors aggressively whilst food is being cooked and a young man was cleaning the bins and used the same gloves to cook our food! Please avoid

Disgusting food and disgusting mannerisms from staff. Given them 2 chances, the first time they’re refusing to serve tap water to young kids, basic human rights aren’t a thing here. A bunch of the staff just messing around shouting playing music with profanity. Order Uber eats yesterday sent wrong order, food tastes like cardboard and when I called to say i got the wrong order, I was told to take it up with Uber no apology no solution no nothing. Go to Tams down the road, better service and proper mannerisms and respect for customers.

They refused to serve us tap water, there were no napkins and they had not wiped down any of the tables. Disgusting!

there was a toe nail in my chicken, when i informed the staff of this matter they started to laugh in my face at the fact their toe nail was in my chicken. Following this one of the members of staff punched me in the face and followed me to my electric scooter parked outside. when i confronted this man he replied "ill bang you in the willy" i was astonished that this individual had just said that to me. not happy!!!

Ordered food for delivery multiple times and they alway send incomplete orders. Never send the full order and then lie that they sent it.

I usually get Pepe's for lunch if I'm eating out at work. I usually go for the peri peri rice box and it is always consistent. I avoid going for the meal as the chips are never fresh, always cold and as if they've been there for a long time.

Great food and staff very friendly. Loved the place.

We ordered Panner rice Panner salad fries and side ( mozzarella stick ) it was stale Panner… I do eat form many places it’s always grilled and Panner is always soft, since I ate it after few hrs I got stomach cramps…. That guy asked me if I want 50% off on sides I have to go large on my meal pls have a look at images what was large in our meal….!!!!!!!!! AVOIDE ORDERING FROM THIS BRANCH…!!!!!!!!!RUBBISH

Absolutely horrible customer service. The lady in another customer review is what is wrong with this place. She has absolutely no manners and speaks to customers so condescendingly. I asked for extra sauce (which I was charged for) and just wanted to confirm that there would be enough because every time it’s the same amount even after paying extra for it. She starts yelling and saying ‘do you want me to put the whole bottle in’ and other rude remarks for no reason. Yet there was practically no sauce in my order. She’s absolutely horrible and I’m not sure how she still has her job with so many complaints against her.

Used to be really good. Nowadays no flame grill about the chicken, sides are stale and cold. A shame

Went in for lunch with a friend and it was amazing. We opted for dine in and ordered our regular spicy Chicken rice with lemon and garlic sauce. It was served in a disposable plate and the rice was topped with loads of lemon and garlic sauce. It was super tasty and moist !! The chicken was nice and moist. Not dry. Please remember that if you opt for eat in you will have to pay extra £0.50p for a small portion of garlic mayo if u like that on the side too.

Food was OK. But my sons order was wrong. Instead of plain chicken strips he was given some thing spicy. So he ended up having only chips for dinner. So not happy about that. Food xame early so that was the only good thing about this meal.

The chicken burger is average. The half chicken had no flavour and smelt awful. The waitress was not interested in hearing my feedback. Customer service is not great at all.

I am a massive Pepe’s fan. I have eaten in and taken out in many branches. The food is consistent. Only the service and the atmosphere varies.

Best chicken shop you’ll find. Better than all the other pepes shop! I live local to a different pepes but still come 20 minutes out my way for this northwood one! Staff are lovely. Food so good I come here everyday. Better than Nando’s in my opinion
