Pausa Coffee Shop in Wrexham

Once again My sister,daughter and I went for a snack and drink in the pusa cafe wrexham.The service is excellent nothing to much trouble.

Ordered jacket with chilli con carne and cheese for two of us. Waited ages and when it arrived and we started eating it, we realised there was no meat in it just loads of beans. Went to check if they had made a mistake and was told they only had one sort of chilli. We decided just to eat it and when we went out, I checked the menu on the wall which clearly said 'Chilli Con Carne'. I challenged the chef and referred him to the menu and he just said, we didn't have any, we ran out. I suggested he maybe should have told us it wasn't available so we had the option to cancel but he just so 'sorry'. Not good enough, Pausa. Very disappointed.

the best cafe ever and fast at bringing you your drinks over i went on my 31st bday with my mum but missed this year on 32nd as covid going around but amazing staff there so lovely and this is the best store and the best cafe ever thank you guys

The service was incredibly slow, the staff didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing and were easily distracted by everything. They were shouting across to each other and didn’t seem to have any form of management. The food me and my friends wanted wasn’t available so our orders had to be altered quickly, one of my friends didn’t even receive her meal and was refunded by what seemed to be the manager, who then left as quickly as they came. Rather disappointed in Pausa today

I stopped for lunch with my parents. The pre-packaged sandwiches were lovely and fresh and had lots of flavour. The variety was good. The coffee was a bit too strong for me so if you don't like your coffee too strong ask for weaker cup! It was quite clean and they cleared all the tables while we were there. It was a bit cluttered around the area to enter the cafe but that is Dunelm's fault not the cafes. Nice location at the top of the stairs so you can watch shoppers as you eat :-)

Staff do their best with apparently limited resources and sometimes too few on duty. Drinks, sandwiches, cakes etc available.

The food is great and the staff are lovely but the service is very slow. Also, be aware that while you're having a break eating your food and enjoying your coffee, you had a photo taken of your car on the way into the car park and they are timing you. I took my disabled mum for a bite to eat before we shopped in Dunelm, then I moved the car nearer toanother shop on the complex so my mum could do more shopping. I had no idea there was a time limit to your stay. A company is now trying to charge me a fine for parking there too long, they can whistle for it!! They have had lots of people with this but also be aware, they cannot enforce that fine, so don't pay it or even contact them or they'll hound you. Ignore them and eventually they give up. But to be honest, I'll never shop there again knowing that this kind of harrassment can happen when you stay longer than your 1 1/2 hour allotted time.

Have been here several times,everything is always very nice and fresh,staff are friendly but the service is very slow,often one member of staff on their own.Would reccomend anyone trying it but don't go if you are in a hurry.

When I went to get some new pillows, my daughter decided she was hungry so we stopped at Cafe Pausa. We were surprised at how good it was! I had some carrot cake and an espresso, and my daughter had some caramel shortbread and a glass of milk. Friendly staff, great prices. 👍!

Good coffee, clean, relaxed atmosphere, selection of tasty eats. Staff are excellent and provide friendly service with a smile.

This is a great coffee shop. As is the service, particularly server "Dale". So obliging always a pleasure to call in for one of their breakfast deals. Thank you.

We stop off here quite regularly for a coffee. The toasted fruit bread is really delicious.Staff are friendly and the cafe is very clean and tidy. We have not tried the sandwiches etc ,but the fillings sound very appetising and look good.Prices are very reasonable. Definitley a place to stop off for a coffee when shopping.

the staff working 26/05 deserve credit they were lovley, food was fab although only a small option it was delicious will deffo visit again good value for money on portion size too. thankyou
