Pasta Delight in Copeland

Don't like to be negative. Ordered a family meal very disappointed ! Just supermarket aldi I'd say bought food and boxed up ordered mac and cheese and with it saying baked on the menu thought great ! It was anything but it was in a cheese sauce real mac n cheese should have toasted crumbs and baked cheese on top. The garlic bread ordered I expected it as pizza form just shop baguette. The chicken on kids meal was a aldi burger sliced not even home made batter gougons, very disappointed and a total waste of money. Also me and another family member has a bad bowel shortly after eating it. Nothing like the pictures on the online menu which was the reason I decided to order

Seriously not good, in fact I'd put it up there with the worst I've eaten and I have been all over the world. Not sure what it is but Italian its not. The guy that runs it has a serious attitude problem with customers that raise issues, he says he's got 27 years in the business but the food suggests otherwise, unless that 27 years was in a Prison Kitchen. The food is pre cooked and left, you might be buying food that was cook a week or two ago. Please save your money and buy the ingredients yourself to cook. I will give credit where credit is due, but not here, this place 1 out of 10

Food was not nice at all went into the shop there is a dog running about staff using bair hands to transfer the food into packaging one of the chef very rude

Rather go hungry than go there again. Awful, expensive food items mostly from a cash and carry or supermarket, doubt he even makes the sauces or can cook chips !! Very aggressive owner, with a serious anger and attitude problem. Very bland, tastleless, luke warm food. Total waste of money. He even has a dog in the shop ( against food, health & hygiene rules).

This place is now at Frizington. We ordered off food hub which said 60 mins delivery, after an hour and a half I phoned up to be told it would be at least another 20 minutes, I said they needed to let food hub know and it was a ridiculous wait, I did swear as I was starving. I cancelled the order and will definitely not be ordering again! He wasn’t very professional telling me to come and pick it up, I was only 2 minutes away… not the point of getting a takeout delivery 🤬
