Avoid This Place – Worst Breakfast Experience! We had breakfast at Park Way Restaurant on Sunday morning and it was the worst food experience of our lives. We ordered kaleh pache, and it was absolutely disgusting. All five of us ended up with diarrhea after the meal—clearly, the food was not fresh or prepared properly. I would never recommend this place to anyone. To make matters worse, after we paid our bill (and even left a £5 tip), the staff had the audacity to come back and demand a 10% service charge, claiming they had “forgotten” to add it to our bill. Service charges are optional, and a business should never chase customers down for extra money after payment. The service was terrible, and to top it all off, this is a cash-only business—no card payments accepted. That alone is suspicious, especially when they insist on charging extra fees. Avoid this place at all costs. The food is unhealthy, the service is appalling, and the way they operate is completely unprofessional.

I had the special pizza (makhsoos). it was a bit greasy but still delicious! The atmosphere isn’t very family-friendly, so it might be better for adults or a casual night out.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was served cold, which completely ruined the meal. To make matters worse, it took 45 minutes just to receive one starter, which is unacceptable. The staff were also incredibly rude and dismissive, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

we waited over 25 minutes for chips and it was barely busy so i don’t know what took so long.Also when the chips came they were cold and when we confronted the staff they js said that they would heat it up? we left after that as its the 3rd time we’ve had a bad experience here

It took a very long time, about 40 minutes just for chips, and in the end it was very cold and tasteless, and the staff there were very rude and arrogant.

Having been here a few times and liked the food, myself and 6 others(guests from out of town) wanted to book for new year’s eve. I called to enquire and about spaces and if there was availability. Someone answered the phone and took my details, explaining that they would check the bookings system and call me back in a few minutes. I completely understood and obliged. 30 minutes passed and I still hadn't received a call back, so thinking maybe they had taken my number down wrong, I called back. Someone else answered and I explained I had called earlier and made my enquiry again. The lady said that she would call me back within the hour to confirm. 90 minutes later I still hadn’t heard anything. Considering the children in our group like their food, and our guests wanted to try persian food, I thought I would call one last time. I called again, gave my name, and the same lady who had answered my second call was so unbelievably rude, suggesting that I should have waited for her call. I explained that considering the date of my booking (NYE) I wanted to ensure my guests had a good time and that if they are full, to start looking elsewhere. She again, with a raised voice and rude tone, suggested I look elsewhere as they were still, 2 hours after my initial enquiry by phone, unable to tell me if they had availability. 3 hours later they were advertising space for NYE dinner on instagram. Truly, the rudest woman ive ever spoken to in hospitality. Book elsewhere, avoid the disrespect.

Excellent experience in here. I tried the pizza burger and it was an Iranian dish which I've never had before. The Persian kebab was like no other. Soft and tender and just melts in your mouth 🤤What a lovely atmosphere and very very kind and generous staff. The chef and the owner are such amazing people and they were always whenever we needed anything. This will definitely be our regular go to restaurant 👏🏽

Absolute pleasure to be welcomed in Parkway! Name doesn't do it justice! Best Kobedeh in town and a magnificent foot long hot dog - this is no ordinary hot dog traditional sausage and sauces Now onto the cake selection made locally Napoleon coconut heaven, Pistachio slice Need I say more

Even the bread that comes with the meal is charged. Everything is expensive. Not recommended at all. It is not worth the money

Zero,terrible ,today is 2th June 2024 ,I bought chicken sandwich,chicken was not fresh,burm awful and not fresh .I never come back again.

This place is amazing. Specifically I want to thank SOMA for her kind hospitality, you really make us feel home , such an amazing person. The food is just perfect and delicious. Service is remarkable. They come to you without asking them and check if you need anything. The dishes are super clean. I don' know anywhere else with such amazing sandwiches. The atmosphere is one thing I need every week, recharging me for another week with great music and games. I have checked and tried similar restaurants in Manchester and this is the only place I visit every week since I found it. Thank you guys for being around. Cant wait to come back again next week.

Been there on a friend’s recommendation on a Saturday evening, the atmosphere there is so relaxing and the food was nice, was served by Soma such a lovely girl that served us with a beautiful and welcoming smile, definitely recommending this and will be back!

We had a The Bandai sandwich, it was completely cold . Not delicious at all. And 40 minutes waiting to make it ready. Never go again . 👎

Poor service, rude , only care about vip table.

Unprofessional service. Low quality food where we paid over price for a sandwich and another meal. Also ordered a hamburger which had cheap old bun, patty that was of low quality and chips that were cold. Left more than half of the food all hungry and needing to find another restaurant. Didn’t accept card payment and had to pay cash.

I ordered a cheese pizza, but after waiting an hour they gave us the wrong pizza!!!!and this shop isn’t good they are literally very weird and not good servers!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found the customer service fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. The owner is very helpful and approachable and down to earth. Was a fantastic experience felt like I was in a shisha bar in Iran. Food is good, service is great but it is very slow! Some starters arrived after the main course and some arrived 30min before the main course. Apart from slow kitchen, food is a good takeaway standard. Be aware, it is a smoking area.

Honestly avoid avoid, they serve alcohol and I doubt if they serving halal food, bad food bad atmosphere

Coming from Belgium, The sandwiches are absolutely delicious, the pizzas are not persian type.

Our server Armin gave the best service, welcoming and happy to help. It was our first time and he was happy to advise what we should try on the menu. Food was 10/10, defo get the hot sandwiches👌🏻. Will be coming back⭐️

Rudest and unprofessional owner ever! I ordered a take away worth of £40.when I went to pick it up, I asked for spicy sauce and the owner was giving me bad eye and clearly was not happy about it. Then he came out of the restaurant, looking for my car and he was staring at me looking for trouble. The food was sooo soggy and poor quality. Never back again!

I’ve been here three times and unfortunately every time I’ve been disappointed. Im the type of person to give several chances and im forgivable person. But 3 times is not a good enough. The past 3 times I’ve been here I’ve found hair in my food. The owner took the food back and brought new ones just to find hair in it again. I suggest anyone going here give your food a good look just in case. If you like curly hair with curly fries this is the place for you

For some reason they think it’s acceptable to let there customers park up and down the road on double yellow lines, taking over the paths. You are buggered if you have a pram/wheel chair or are blind you’d have to walk into the road to get round them. You see the manager/ owner waving the customers into park in the places they do along the double yellow lines like he’s a parking attendant.😂

Cheap greasy takeaway food, we ordered a good selection from the menu and was disappointed in each and every one of them, I'm surprised it's got this many good reviews, wouldn't go back!

We've eaten the best burger in our life this weekend in ParkWay. There is two different menus. In the irianian menu you have burgers you never had chance to try. Everything we've tried in this place is super tasty and fresh. The owner is always there and look for everything to be perfect. Staff of this restaurant take care of you as soon as you enter. We highly recommend for everyone.

If you want to try authentic and nostalgic taste of persian fast food, this is the right address. Ordered persian style pizza, it was spot on. All other sandwiches were amazing too.
