It is a small and very intimate theatre, which makes it so much more special. It is a true testament to "less is more". The production of "Saga of Forsyte" I saw on the weekend (both Part 1 at 15:00 and Part 2 at 19:30 same day) was a marvel. Amazing cast, fantastic production, absolutely flawless performance! Absolutely loved it. Theatre has two bars, lots of restaurants nearby. Very reasonably priced tickets. It is now officially one of my favourite places to keep an eye on!

Lovely intimate theatre with a similar layout to the Donmar Warehouse. There are two auditoriums. Our play was in the Park 200 auditorium, which I guess seats 200. There is plenty of front-of-house space, with two bars and plenty of seating. They serve pizza.

An intimate venue that has so much character. The staff here were friendly and helpful. We were seated downstairs, and it seemed that wherever you sat, you had a great view of the stage. We were at the back in the 4th row, and still, we were very close to the stage. The stage is in the middle of the room with seats on all 4 sides, but because the stage revolves slowly, you continually have a good view of all the cast. We loved it here. The theatre is located very close to Finsbury Park station, and if you fancy something to eat before visiting the theatre, there are a number of restaurants very close by

Small theatre close to Finsbury Park tube station. We saw a play about Marilyn Munroe 'in the round' which had a turntable covering most of the stage, so the actors didn't have their backs to anyone for long. There is a quite large bar upstairs (which we didn't notice until too late) so you don't have to wait in the tiny bar on the entrance level.

One of the best theatres imaginable. Small but not cramped, with two levels of gallery, and seats are allocated spaces on comfy benches. Went to see Kim's convenience which was excellent and would recommend to anyone but unfortunately cannot say the same about the venue. The staff manning one of the doors was clueless about where the seats were which was unhelpful and meant most people were walking across the sides of the stage to their seats. But most appallingly my partner was denied toilet access during the play which is humiliating and meant she suffered from extreme pain and embarrassment unable to enjoy herself. There was no mention verbal or written warning that there would be no exit or interval during the play. Shocking display of zero humility and respect for the needs of other people.

A Heartwarming Experience at Kim's Convenience, Park Theatre, Finsbury Park! Just saw a performance of "Kim's Convenience" at Park Theatre in Finsbury Park, and it was truly a heartwarming experience. The play, explores the dynamics of a Korean-Canadian family running a convenience store, offering a delightful mix of humor and poignant moments. The cast's touching performances brought the characters to life. There is humour and very touching moments adding drama to the narrative and drawing the audience into the Kim family's world. Park Theatre's intimate setting definitely enhanced the overall experience, allowing for a close connection with the characters, More importantly I love this seating arrangement so much, and no human head is in anyone's way. The set design was truly impressive and stunning, creating a believable convenience store backdrop that added to the play's realism and sheer excitement! I loved it and wanted to go down and stack the shelves and explore the shop. The lighting and sound was fantastic!! "Kim's Convenience" succeeds in delivering a universal message about love, acceptance, and the importance of understanding one another. In conclusion, "Kim's Convenience" at Park Theatre in Finsbury Park is a must-see for those seeking a well-crafted, emotionally resonant theatrical experience. The talented cast, thoughtful storytelling, and intimate venue combine to make it an unforgettable evening of entertainment. Please go watch it and support this beautiful modern relaxed theatre.
