I had a kebab it was absolutely delicious 😋 Great food and service

Really poor curry. Ordered a malayan curry from here this evening and the consistency was water, after happily waiting for the order, this was disappointing. The flavour was poor and the pineapple hard. The naan was average but could feel the texture or whole garlic cloves as we ate. Usually had decent food from here but this time was not great.

About the only local takeaway that knows how to make a decent pizza. Swift delivery and good comms.

Good stop off after a night out

Was looking for a place to eat as we arrived in town quite late and this was the only place serving food. But it was AMAZING! We ordered a chicken bbq pizza, chicken tenders with chips, a garlic cheese bread, and a 2 piece chicken meal thing. The pizza was amazing, the chicken tenders were hit and delicious, but the garlic cheese bread was absolute perfection. I've never had better anywhere else.

I used to order from here and stopped because it always took hours to arrive and the food was mediocre. I wouldn’t have bothered leaving a review if it wasn’t for the fact that ever since, they’ve been spamming me with text messages. I can’t stop them. I’ve blocked so many numbers now and still they keep coming. For the love of god don’t let them get your phone number.

Delivery pizza perfect will be having again next week.

We have had delivery's from Pappas on several occasions and have been very satisfied. Tasty food - we have had curries, kebabs and pizzas. Always delivered within estimated times. Now our favourite takeaway in Belper

Food was good, ordered a hot and spicy 12inch pizza and hot wings. Hot wing was very very spicy.. not complaining just saying left my lips tingling for a while, 4 stars due to late delivery.

The food was edible. Certainly nothing to write home about. Pizza felt really cheap, kebab was very average and the popcorn chicken was quite tasty if a bit gristly. Also had cheesy chips which were indeed loaded with cheese. Would use again if I couldn't find anywhere else.

Awful food. Cold, tasteless and such poor quality meat. Ridiculously expensive for what you get. AVOID.

Arrived over 1.5 hours late, so came at 10:30pm, was grim and the order was wrong. Zero apology for delay, or even a hello at the door.

AVOID The guy who took the order was ignorant. However, I placed the order and due to his ignorance and arrogance the order was completely wrong - he obviously couldn’t be bothered to listen. Called to explain my disappointment and was again faced with rudeness and him hanging up. The food I was delivered, eventually after 1.5 hours after ordering was dry and unedible. Due to some of the contents of the food I have reported them to Environmental Health where they are going to take samples and follow up on their own due diligence. AVOID

Best kebab I've had in a while.

Lamb was very overcooked, however, it was the hot Tuesday and they were open and very pleasant. Would I go again, yes. Would I have lamb, no.

Terrible from just eat order took 1.45 mins to arrive we ordered dessert unfortunately they where cold stale and not eaten milkshakes arrived wrong and when called to then be told we was the ones in the wrong terrible service!!!!!!

I love this place. Delivery drivers are polite. Good selection of food. Mostly arrives before time stated. Would recommend ordering off there website and not just eat purely because the delivery charge goes up on just eat, still worth the extra charge though

Ur food is amazing however when I order a mega family kebab I expect a mega kebab not enough 4 3 people if ur lucky sort it out please should have ordered 3 small donners would have more and the same price dissatisfied big time with the portions not with food 😊

I’ve just been to collect my order I ordered pizza garlic bread chicken nuggets and chips pizza was amazing had loads of filling and toppings on garlic bread was perfect. My little one loved her chicken nuggets and chips. X

Quick, fast and easy delivery! Ordered deserts at midnight and was amazed they would deliver. Made my night and it was very yummy - ferro rocher cake & bureno waffles with chocolate sauce 😋

Collecting rather than receiving deliveries, but the food is great. Never has a donna kebab with salad seemed like such a decent meal! Crisp salad, light naan bread and tasty meat. None of it too greasy... Have returned in more than one occasion.

Pizza burnt,. Garlic bread ineadable, couldn't speak to anyone as they didn't answer the phone. Poor poor service. Will think twice before ordering again

Id give 0 if it was possible. Pizza was just slop bland. Worst pizza ever. Order came with dips spilled out over everything. Complained and the manager said he was going to make it himself. Delivered exactly the same slop utter garbage do not use.

Nice cheesy chips, plenty cheese. Recently passed health inspection too.

The food is awesome although some items are not avaliable despite being an option on the app items such as the boiled rice dish as the member of staff said "we dont do boiled rice so I dont know why it's on there..." hmmmmm

Great Pizzas. Full of flavour and plenty of toppings

Not that bad. But not that good. Ham and mushroom wasnt very nice and the base was still doughy had a weird taste. The pepperoni was ok but overly greasy. The chips , onion rings and mozzarella sticks were nice. Over all i wouldnt recommend as there are nicer places also took a while to come.

I must go once or twice a week, never been let once, food is always great, the customer service is brilliant and I've never had a problem with the deliveries, way better than the other local ones. would highly recommend.

This place i thought was fantastic food was nice but delivery is awful iv had food and had to wait nearly 2 hours and 15mins i rang up at half 7 its now 9.20 and still not here every time i ring up i get excuses after excuse saying the car has broke down or someonr has been ill well im sorry but im orderin a service for you to bring food.im getting to the point were i will no longer order food from this place again absolutly shocking

Have ordered from here before and loved the mega kebad. Tonights kebab went in the bin though. Nan was not cooked properly and the chicken was inedible\dangerous. Waste of money and time. Disgusting.

Ordered through there website waited an hour and ten minutes before ringing them only to be told there website wasn’t working and it would be another 15 minuets before our food was delivered 25 minuets later it turned up and was soaking wet out the bag and tasteless the complimentary cake they sent us was frozen solid.

Place is a joke. Over 2 hrs to receive food. I cancelled the order through just eat to receive a abusive call from someone. We had kids waiting for food and ended up making them toasties instead of the treat they were supposed to have. Food was ordered at 19:10 And turned up at 21:20

We have had several deliveries from pappas. The last 2 deliveries have been awful. The first one made me ill and the most recent was very late and half of the food was missing. Rang pappas and told them they said that they would send the missing food in 15 Mins. Well 45 minutes later and we are still waiting. Very disappointed

Absolutely amazing! Better customer service than you'd get in a restaurant, they go out of their way to make the food to your taste and never let us down!
