Very Disappointed as it was a celebration meal, disappointed in the taste the food lacked a lot of flavour but fresh, it was both of our opinions not just mine, especially when spent a decent amount of money, I have ordered from here before and the food was nice, I’ve also recommended to others. I feel let down especially when you look forward to eating a specific food dish, don’t think I’ll order from here again. I like to leave good reviews but I just couldn’t.

Food as always, is excellent! Always on time and piping hot. Definitely recommend them.

Was a lovely takeaway, but received a korma that was incredibly hot which was obviously not correct but mistakes happen, once I contacted just eat problem was solved. So I do recommend the establishment

Curry was nuclear in colour a pastie and my chicken was dry and rice was hard threw it all away.. only nice thing was popadoms !will not return.

Food was ok on the whole and was hot at least when delivered. The lamb/meat dishes were very fatty/gristly and lots went to waste. The chicken dishes seemed to be better. A lot of money spent on a very mediocre take-away.

portion size was fine but the food completely lacked any flavour. We had tikka masala and so much food colouring was added that it appeared bright red .

All good apart from the vegetable curry was missing from our order

Always good here, only takeaway we order from now. Great value, good quality and very consistent. Driver was very friendly too.

Food late, cold, split into bag, bag split and food leaking, wrong drink in order, driver rude and dismissive, had to argue with restaurant for refund and told not to order from here again, not a problem !!

Food was awesome. Meat was tender, non-greasy and very flavoursome, also arrived perfectly on time. Best takeaway Curry I have had for some time. Will definitely be back.

The worst meal I’ve ever had. Samosas were cold, and look very much like the small shop brought ones from tescos.

Food was cold and late restaurant took on too many orders for firework night and should have said on ordering that they couldn't cope I chose this restaurant because it had good reviews, massive Shame very dissapointed

Korma doesn’t have much taste and is too watery. Tiger prawns weren’t any bigger than the regular sized prawns even though they cost more which is a big shame

I ordered popadoms but didn’t get any.

The curries we’re all so hot - lamb sagg and rogan josh and bombay aloo couldn’t even eat it. Korma and naan bread was nice Rices we’re crispy. Not happy with this

This has been our regular for years. I haven’t ordered here in awhile as I just had a baby and have been eating dinner very late therefore, I’ve missed them before they have closed. Last night’s meal was such a treat and it was just as delicious as I remember. Never disappoints! Thanks :)

Delivery time was good - meal wasn’t great. Sundries we’re nice but the chicken tikka dansakh tasted absolutely nothing like a dansakh.

Food arrived quickly, but was not enjoyable. Rice was clearly left overs as it was hard and crunchy, chicken tikka had no flavour and some pieces were chewy, sag aloo was swimming in far too much ghee. Will not order again.

Popadoms were stale, lamb tikka was chewy, Ceylon sauce was good but chicken inside bland.

Should not have bothered - asked for the food not to be spicy and it was overwhelmingly hot. I found a large piece of bone or a piece of wood in my food which was disgusting and I couldn’t eat anymore. Delivery was 10 minutes late so everything was cold and we couldn’t reheat it as one of the dishes contained chicken and rice

I only trust this curry house's Chefs to cook my curry just the way I like it and fresh and hot and not reheated like some and I know they will deliver it on time with a sweet, friendly and very complimentary delivery guy; I might add. Sometimes the owner himself delivers it to make sure it gets here on time and hot, now that's what I call customer service. I've eaten around the menu and it's all very good. I always ask for just two poppadoms and they always give me extra. If you don't have your curry from poppadoms then you are missing out on good food. It's not the cheapest curry house around. But you get what you pay for because curry ingredients and real meat, especially breast chicken and lean lamb, are not cheap right now. If you choose a curry house because its cheap you're in for a poor quality eating experience. Trust me pick Poppadoms you want be disappointed Maxine
