Got the bacon cheese burger it was good but there was more cheese in the box than on the burger and it had 1 bit of bacon however it was good the korma pizza is always amazing but the chips were so stale I haven’t had more than a bite because they are so bad tastes like they were cooked a day ago and reheated multiple times

Just had the most disgusting munchie box ever, chips, veg pakora and chicken pakora were burnt to a crisp (probably reheated a few times) the chill sauce was thinner than water and the donner meat was stone cold, will never use them again

Zero stars. Hoggie wrap was just some ingredients slapped into a tub, donner meat was stale and crispy. I couldn't tell if the chips were overcooked or if they'd been sat for days but either way, I wouldn't even feed that to a dying dug. Rancid is an understatement.

Ordered quart pounder and a half pounder got charged for them didn't revive what I ordered called to complain got the brush of would not recommend this shop food is rubbish

Food took an hour and a half, the box was bashed and split and the food was all over the lid, so looked like it had been dropped, i also found a hair in my food of questionable origin, absolutely sickening, worst delivery i have ever had in 20 odd years experience of ordering takeaways, this has completely put me off and i will never be ordering from here again.

Bought a 10" pizza not only has the price went up I got home with the pizza it's the worst pizza I've had in a long long time very disappointed wouldn't eat from here again .

Ordered a pizza said that it had been delivered so I phoned the shop and they said it is on its way no it's not so where is my pizza

In terms of value for money, papa pawans is literally second to none. The portion sizes for the money you pay are ridiculous; you will pay very little money for a lot of very good food! I usually order for collection, but in the few times I've ordered delivery, the delivery times are ridiculously quick - I stay in Kirkcaldy and the delivery time has never exceeded 20 minutes. 5* service and 5*food!!!

Terrible ....worst I've ever had. No vested interest either. Just so dissatisfied. Kebab was horrible and chips ..not spicy just inedible and disgusting. Never been so disappointed ..

Ordered 2 pizzas last night on the 2nd for £1 deal, have to say they were both god damn amazing! Ordered from a few places around town now as only been in kirkcaldy for a few months but 100% will not be going anywhere else for pizza! They ticked every box a pizza should need ticked and the delivery was fast! On top of that the £1 for the 2nd pizza deal was unbelievable value for money, especially when the pizzas were to such a high standard! They were so good I actually called the restaurant to say thank you to whoever had prepared it. If your looking for exeptional pizza, this is where you will find it! Thanks again to Papa Pawans!

They do the best pizza deals in kirkcaldy i love the carbonara and the roma pizzas biy one pay a £1 for the second one and they are the best pizzas in kirkcaldy in my opinion x

Just ordered two pizzas, one pepperoni and one vegetable with no onions. One pepperoni arrived with another pepperoni and sweetcorn. Not the end of the world so both pizzas promptly tanned and extremely tasty, as always. So forty mins later my door goes. Guy from the shop standing there with a vegetable pizza, with no onions, no charge and an apology for sending the wrong pizza in the first place. Fantastic customer service, food, price and delivery. Don't go past or anywhere other than these guys. Thank you very much.
