Parmo was lovely, although the chicken nuggets and chips are a disgrace the chips are just frozen chips reheated and the chicken nuggets are quite clearly frozen nuggets reheated

Order from these a lot however this one time shed light on the dogshit customer service they provide. Order was delivered to the wrong address granted it’s just eats issue but I’m sorry the way the worker spoke on the phone to my self was shocking.

The quality taste and value for money was exceptional. As good takeaway food we've ever had. Got a little box meal, everything was done nicely. Margharita pizza was enjoyed by all, 3 chicken strips were succulent, small hotshot parmo was really delicious, donner meat was tasty and the chips were crispy but fluffy inside and must've had some kind of invisible speciap salt on them that was an unexpected bonus. Really tasty. I should've ordered a garlic sauce but it wasn't missed as everything was restaurant quality for only £11.19 collected. Small discounts for 1st order. Usually £12 lol We had been to Boro (from hartlepool) and decided to pick something up for getting home. I'd definitely make the drive to go again. Can't speak highly enough of Papa Mafs

My husband called for a Pizza and left his wallet . The people working there had kept it safe . We returned to pick it up , the staff were very polite and helpful Thank you all - lovely that people are so kind . ….and the Pizza was excellent too !

Food came early but was fresh and hot and delicious. Clicked pay cash by accident instead of card but they helped and let me pay by card still. 10/10 for service and 10/10 for food. Highly recommend these I will be definitely back. Thank you again for amazing service and food 🙂👍🏼

Who ever made the parmo needs a raise, the food is fantastic with great service. The delivery guy asked for my name to ensure it was delivered to the right address which deserves points in itself. The garlic is amazing and the pizza looked and tasted amazing. This is always our go to pizza place since we discovered them. 10/10

No salad in my burger but it was tasty

Too much bechamel sauce on the Parmo and the chicken was burnt underneath. Chips were cold and soggy

Had the wrong pizza at first but this was quickly resolved and a fresh new pizza was sent out. Can’t complain about the service as these errors do happen. Thanks for sorting this out straight away. Food was delicious also. Will be back :)

Driver took food to wrong house, cant fault the restaurant, rang them up explained, they apologised over and over, said they'd redeliver fresh cooked food in 10 minutes and 10 minutes later they brought fresh piping hot food.

Didn't get my chips cheese and garlic i payed for. So now I'm a bit stressed out at the moment because you're services told me to ring the restaurant which was no help what so ever, saying that they knocked on the door twice, when they never as been stood near the front door this entire time and now apparently they had been left outside for someone to take the.

I order from yourselves and I'm never disappointed until this order. Ordered half pound cheese burger no cheese in it. Ordered a large kebab parmo which the kebab meat was burnt to a crisp and parmo was burnt. It went in the bin. I have never had a bad parmo from yourselves and always rate you to people. You omly need one bad order to stop and this was the one.

Delivery, first time using, never again. Food was luke warm, felt like store bought pizza base, store bought burger, not fresh..and sauce on parmo was not bechamel...so bland too. £30 wasted...

Been getting food for ages from here never had any issues, until this time food came cold sauces all over food when ordered them in tubs met with cheeky staff talking over me trying to justify there mistake phone put down on me won’t be ordering again will take business elsewhere 👍🏻

I normally love ordering from here and is my go-to place. However, the past couple of times I ordered, I feel as though the sauce quantity on the tomato garlic bread has gone down and doesn't give the same kind of sensation of sauce to bread ratio.

I have been going to Papa Mafs since it opened and can honestly say they do the best deep pan pizzas in Middlesborough. I go at least once a week for my weekly pizza fix and the Tandoori Hot pizza is divine, lovely and soft, full of flavour and packed with toppings. This week I tried the Chicken Tikka, Donner Calzone and what can Si say it was delicious, everyone loved it. Try it and you won’t be disappointed!

Best takeaway parmo I’ve had cooked to perfection and great taste. 100% be ordering again. Only issue with doner kebab was everything thrown together and sauce added so pitta salad and meat all drenched in sauce. Next order I would ask for sauce seperate otherwise great

I don’t like using just eat but your website was so complicated I had to do this , food was nice and warm very tasty and well presented .but I do have to mention that the parmo was very small and it was more like kid size than a medium. Hope they can fix that

Food arrived cold (but just about on time at the end of the estimate) Chips soggy & wet Garlic & Chilli Dips were forgotten Parmo was ok (after 45 seconds in the microwave) Salad was ok Wouldn't order again as was overall disappointing
