Been getting food for ages from here never had any issues, until this time food came cold sauces all over food when ordered them in tubs met with cheeky staff talking over me trying to justify there mistake phone put down on me won’t be ordering again will take business elsewhere 👍🏻

I have been going to Papa Mafs since it opened and can honestly say they do the best deep pan pizzas in Middlesborough. I go at least once a week for my weekly pizza fix and the Tandoori Hot pizza is divine, lovely and soft, full of flavour and packed with toppings. This week I tried the Chicken Tikka, Donner Calzone and what can Si say it was delicious, everyone loved it. Try it and you won’t be disappointed!

Great pizza had the tandoori hot with no complaints took 10 mins and staff was friendly

First time we have had a parmo from the place it originated. This was delicious good clean cooked food. Would highly recommend this place. The pizzas are lovely too!

How does food turn up cold when it arrived on time. If it’s arriving cold on a Wednesday night I wouldn’t even bother on a weekend. First and last time here

Wow! This place is amazing. Ordered Donner and Tikka Calzone and Hot Shot parmo... both were the best i have tasted in a very long time. Keep it up Papa, I will be back 😃

Poor quantity for the money payed £6.80 for large dinner kebab that was in a 7inch pizza box half full of chips little bit of salad and small potion of meat god knows what they put the small donner kebabs in

Food always top notch - however change your delivery driver - twice now food turned up cold - your literally 5 min drive from me- having to put the pizza back in the oven

Excellent, non-greasy mixed kebab. Rare to find a takeaway that puts some effort into their chips.

Stopping in the travel lodge opposite and read some of the mixed reviews but I thought I'd give it a try, food was absolutely delicious, staff were really friendly and I'll certainly be ordering from here again whilst I'm working up in Middlesbrough, thank you 👍

My opinion is non halal is better like divine greek.supreme Greekgolden GS or golden fry.this is why I go to Italy or Greece for authentic pork pizzas.middlesborouvh pizzas not match the real Italian experience .Italians make better pizzas now matter how halal it's.halal pizza doesn't work

Stayed at the travel lodge last night and ordered food,honestly it. Was totally disgusting!! The pizza was the worst out of all we ordered, it was just vile and too top it off burnt. Don't waste your money here. Yuk!!!!

Ordered food driver went to a different town an then rang me to ask were my house was food finally came with chips missing the chips I got with the burgers weren't cooked properly the burgers are chewy couldn't even pull them apart with you hands phoned twice to complain kids answering the phone an they can't here you food and servicehas gone right down hill since last year won't be using this shop again shame it used to be a great pizza shop

Food wasnt the worst. Tasted ok. But seen how it was made. No gloves even though he was handling cash. And completely MAN HANDLED my burger. He even tapped and placed his finger on the burger when asking if i want salad on it. I would give a zero for hygiene if i could. But food is a 2. So 1 star overall.

The initial pizza ordered wasn’t really pleasant looking however i called and told them and they made it exactly how i wanted it their pizza is amazing service was more amazing

My all-time favorite chicken tikka pizza🤤 . Soo good with Meyonis. Overall good for quick bite.

Burger was made with no effort . Cold and very below average alongside with the tasteless chips that almost felt like I was getting choke slammed and pinned by the undertaker . In summary if you want to get a bad stomach to miss a day of work this is definitely the place . Respect to Papa Mafs though for trying

Tried for the first time after reading great reviews and couldn't have been happier. Great parmo, best I have ever had in a takeaway plus awesome chips that were hot and tasty. Will definitely return next time. Highly recommended

Collected an order and the staff are polite, friendly and always smiling. The food is fantastic value for money. Chops are cooked to perfection. The chips are crisp and the parmo is on another level. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be using again. 😍👍

Best food ever.....Lovely quality and quantity.

Tried the Ellie’s special and it was to die for, don’t usually like parmo but that was gorgeous too. Can’t wait to try the lamb chops next as I’ve heard the grilled section is spot on. Would highly recommend if you are in the area, customer service second to none!

First time trying here pizza burnt and cheese topping took of 2 slices of pizza but parmo was lovely and kebab and chips may try again

Ordered for the first time tonight - very good, cannot fault it! The food came after 30 mins, piping hot and absolutely gorgeous! Decent size portions too. This tasted better than just a standard takeaway, very good quality food. I couldn't pick a single fault. We will definitely be ordering again :)

Cracking takeaway, the pizzas are lovely and the dough is the best I've tried. Last time i ordered I was chatting to Papa Maf himself and I can tell you the guy has got high standards, the ingredients are quality and the hygiene is top notch. Always willing to accommodate an order to! Definitely recommend

Food is always lovely and a added bonus is the free pizza, as there’s 5 of we always look forward to it. Tonight it didn’t even turn up, how disappointing, why offer it if you aren’t going to send it. They read in the box to put less bechemel sauce on one parmo so why not the free pizza.

I have heard so much about this take away, and thought I would give it a try. I have to say it reached more than what l I expected. The food was delicious no word can describe the food. The delivery driver was very polite and friendly. I will be using this place all the time.

First of all, the customer service from this take away is exceptional, nothing like I have EVER experienced from a take away (I have eaten from a lot of take aways). All staff I have had the pleasure of communicating with have been very polite, happy and pleasant. Secondly, the food, WOW!! It is exactly as it looks in the menu, it is cooked to perfection with very generous portion sizes (which is very important). The food is tasty and and filling, with little to no grease. Papa Mafs is now my take away of choice and recommendation, I will not be going anywhere else! We are now a very satisfied family of take away lovers. Thank you Papa Maf and the team.
