Papa John's in Greenwich

It is good pizza. But for whatever reason, they lie consistently in respect of the delivery tracker. Have ordered 4 times or so and each time delivery tracker says it is with me a good twenty minutes minimum before it arrives. I don’t know if they have central targets or something they are fibbing to meet, but it’s clearly dishonest. When you call they fob you off as well and always say “five minutes”; which is also annoying.

Would give no stars if possible, we will now not order again from here as have had bad experiences each time we order. Ordered direct through Pappa Johns and our food took an hour and 1hr 15mins to arrive! The restaurant staff where horrendously rude and even hung up on me more than once telling 'they are busy man!' Also multiple lies saying they have tracked driver he is 2 mins away followed by we can't track driver.... and of course when food arrived was stone cold... restaurant refused to refund me, have contacted online and still waiting for money back... Do not waste your time or sanity using this place.
