Palermo Pizza Moston in Manchester

I placed an order at 13:26 and was estimated to arrive between 14:11 & 14:21 and my food didn't arrive. I won't be ordering from here again

Absolutely terrible, got the wrong food and what I did receive was uncooked and tasted awful. Not happy. Will not order again

Poor delivery food waiting 2 h but when usually take 20-35 min , the driver not delivery food to my I try to ring no one pick the call I hope I have I refund

I ordered one thing and they have given me something different and it was the cheapest on the menu as well. Not impressed at all

The area is a bit rough and one feels unsafe, although the food was not to my liking it was average I wouldn't eat it again, the shop and surrounding area wasn't very clean, on the day it was convenient but never again.

Made an order and paid on their app, heard nothing, no number to call them on to find out what was happening. I hope I get my money back.

Ordered thorough food hub 30min passed and had no confirmation of the order. Rang up and they tried saying that foodhub has cancelled it and we should take it up with foodhub. The person on the food was really blunt and rude. As we was on the phone to Palermo they cancelled it as we got the notification whilst on the phone (obviously just never accepted it) and not foodhub cancelling it as he tried saying. So no food the last bit of our money gone for 3-5 days lying to us and awful customer service. Do yourself a favour and avoid this joke of a takeaway!

Ordered food from here for new years eve,prices have gone up not sure why because the food is about average and is not a proper Italian restaurant 😑. Its based in a normal location and not in a fancy area of Manchester. Not sure i will be ordering from here again.

Made an order at 00.20 last night and at 1.50 they still hadn't delivered and wheni phoned they blanked my number numerics times after taking. My order joke

Ridiculous service from restaurant, refused to refund the delivery that never arrived and wouldn’t resend the order, spent £30 on food that never arrived, they told us the the phone number provided was incorrect and that our address was incorrect neither of which was the case. Staff were rude and uncooperative. DO NOT USE.

We ordered late at night and we had a little trouble with the food. However I left a review about this and the restaurant took it upon themselves to bring out some free food and some vouchers for my next order and this food was lovely very happy brilliant customer service. I think the first order was just an unlucky order.

Food still hasnt shown up 40 minutes after delivery time, so expecting it to be stone cold, restaurant wouldn't answer the phone either. Never ordering from here again.

Found a hair on my food. Checked the Food Standards rating website and found out they have a 0 rating, no hygiene standards at all which shouldn't be surprising with the strand of black hair found in my chips. Just-eat is shameful for not putting FSS hygiene ratings for takeaway shops on their website. Not ordering from this dirty place again.
