Ordered our pizzas 1h 40mins ago. They’ve just turned up. Restaurant lied to us multiple times about food being on the way and then stopped taking our calls. Never again.

No jalapeños but everything else was lovely

They used to be really good, however recently things seems to have changed. Since a change of management (I believe) orders have consistently been wrong to the point it's a bit of a roulette as to what will actually turn up. There's some other pizza places along the same stretch of aigburth road that are better.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had, cheap ingredients, doughy bread, rubbery cheese, soft wedges, mozzarella sticks awful. All of it totally tasteless and cold on arrival. Delivery driver from takeaway rude and telling me my address doesn’t exist but standing outside my address.

Stay clear of this DIRTY TAKEAWAY that lacks good communication and hygiene. Was greeted to a lovely hair in my pesto pasta, I rang them up regarding this and the man on the phone was indenial, and trying nothing but to argue with me. This place will close down eventually!

Kept delaying order, wouldn't answer their phone, they cancelled order after 2hours 20 mins with no reason or contact.

I've been ordering from Ottos Pizza for over 10 years. Khaled, the previous manager was a perfectionist and his pizzas were absolutely superb. I know Otto, personally, and whenever there is anything substandard, I always used to write to him and suggest improvements instead of giving negative reviews. Ottos recently closed down for a few months and when it reopened, I thought that they got their act together. The new manager (Daoud) is probably the rudest Arab I've ever spoken to. One of my most 20" pizzas looked like this (see photo). I was told I could have a replacement but when I called to reorder, I was told by Daoud that a) I would never be allowed to order from Ottos again because I asked for a refund (I never did) and when I clarified, b) he said he'd send me a replacement for 1/2 the price, not free as originally told. A few weeks later (today), I tried to order a new Pizza and I found that my account with Ottos had been suspended with no explanation why. This is after spending thousands of pounds over the past decade. Enough is enough.

Could it be that the Ottos we all know and love is back? I think so. Just ordered for the first time in ages - given previous attempts were pretty awful. They claim to have gone back to the ‘original management’ and in a welcome suprise, the food was great! Hope this continues for the future.

Ordered ottos mighty burger an spicy chicken pasta with fries The burger was terrible , meat quality was poor, salad quality was non existent, the burger sauce was like water which made the bun to wet an soggy an fell apart , no chicken in the chicken pasta just pasta an chips portion size was tiny , waste of 16£

Great pizza 🍕 sometimes. I've been eating ottos pizza's for some time now. But lately I've ordered a Mexican as I always do , and the spicy beef has been skimped on . Virtually none existent. If this continues I'll be looking elsewhere in future.

Worst pizza I have had in the last 10 years! The cheese was like rubber the chips were over done and they never gave us the sauce we payed for. The best thing about this meal was the can of coke.

Wish they did the Mac & Cheese pasta again it was absolutely unreal, used to get it all the time, haven’t been able to find anything like it. 💔

Menu describes quality ingredients like kalamata olives, provola cheese, sundried tomato, mozzarella bites etc. You get bog standard el cheapo black pitted olives in brine, tomato purée and the cheapest cheese and veg bites from iceland. Cheap pizza falsely advertised.

Looking at the menu they used to be competive and did a meal for one Fry's, drink and a 10inch pizza not any more. Went in there and the staff and the driver's where more interested in interacting and speaking to each other than me so walked out and went to Steve's chip shop which is always top notch. Last I heard it's owners are new and looking on here the reviews reflect it sadly another lost customer.

We have ordered from Otto's for years; however, last night was the last time we will be ordering from them again. The food quality has continuously been getting worse, they completely missed our order once after confirmation online, and last night their driver was extermely rude after waiting one minute for us to get outside - he left with the food and didn't return for another 15 minutes. Worst takeaway in Liverpool. Foods freezing and looks disgusting. Staff have got terrible attitude on the phone. Majority of reviews on website are fake, multiple created on the same day.

Ordered food via Just Eat at 18:30. Was advised that delivery would be between 19:15-19:30. At 19:30 I received a text to advise that the food was on its way (I live less than a five minute drive away). At 20:00 the food arrived - it was barely Luke warm. Last time I use this place..

Best pizzzaa, they do vegan options and are so friendly. They are so busy so yes sometimes you have to wait but they TEL YOU, it's your choice weather you wait or not. Thank ya'll for always being sound. 🍕🍕

My mate has ordered from here Its been a hour and a half and nothing has shown up with no contact from the place I hope they know they are doing a terrible job with there business and if they don't refund us by tommorow morning if nothing shows up then I can say I hope you Pizza place gets shut down you do absolutely nothing to communicate with your customers

Food was disgusting, we ordered chicken burgers which swimming in Mayo, chicken was gristly, chips under cooked. My husband ordered a pizza which said tasted of chemicals. Will definitely not be ordering from there again.

Waited nearly 2 hours for a small pizza, garlic bread and a pasta dish. Firstly ordering at 19:50 and having to call the resteraunt 3 times to ask where it was. The driver went to the wrong address and when the food finally came at 21:30 it was freezing cold. Disgusting!!! Pasta was cold so had to reheat it and it was tasteless. Very very disappointed in the quality of the food and the service. Ordered with just eat, and got account credit for the whole order. I dont recommended this takeaway!

Food is always exceptional however what let's them down is missing items . Several times now drinks and other items have been missing from the order

I tried here about 3 years ago and it was absolutely shocking!!! Disgusting!!! I could not believe this place had stood the test of time, especially through Covid, and when I saw it had yesterday, I bought again. Unfortunately, it was shocking again for the price!!! Small, nothing portions! The delivery driver was without the most appalling driver ever!!! Literally banged on our front door like he was the bailiffs and laughed when I suggested he didn’t!! This is a local business under atrocious management but could be good!!

I'm surprised by some of the lower reviews on here. I've had two pizzas from Otto's (both times collection) and they were quick to make, hot, and delicious. This last time they even had to cook by torch due to an electrical fault that was being fixed and it was just as nice as last time.

Heard people talking about this place, I'm very optimistic when it comes to trying new pizza places but got to say what i heard was true, it was lovely I'll be going soon

1 hr 40 to deliver a pizza. Called after an hr and was told it was out with the driver and would be 5 mins. Called back after another 20 mins and was hung up on. Pizza arrived 20 mins later, was stone cold with all the toppings stuck to the roof of the cardboard box. I showed this to the delivery driver who said someone would call me to arrange a refund. No one bothered. A truly dreadful experience. We won't be ordering from here again.

2 stars for the food quality, but they're virtually incapable of getting an order right. EDIT 9/9/20: Lost a star as we found a piece of a metal dish scourer in the food.

If you imagine the amount of toppings you would expect on a pizza, then divide by 4, thats what you get from an Ottos pizza. It's also expensive, comes lukewarm and the staff are rude.

Actually I was in Steve's next door, which does an amazing fish and chips. But, if you want pizza I recommend Ottos pizza. So much nicer than other more well known pizza places. I live very local and can recommend both places.😁

Called to complain about my order, the employee who took my call was not helpful at first, then once he knew i wanted to complain, he fixed his attitude My food was cold, items ordered not delivered, I have ordered from otto's in the past and there food has always been nice, but tonight's food was very disappointing, Manager called and expressed his apologies,

on deliveroo they showed up for the 'vegan' option search. i go on it, seems good. but there's no (VG) label dishes anywhere. i scroll through and find a vegan-sounding thing or two. i ordered a verde pizza. here is their description: Broccoli, green beans, peppers, spring onions and spinach. sounds f*n delicious. i order it, and it came with cheese?? every other pizza mentioned some type of cheese, so maybe this was a mistake. delivery guys didn't mention anything. either way they were closed soon after they delivered it to me, no way to contest it that late at night. all in all, it seems ok for vegetarians. but not for vegans lol. watch dominion

if you're not going to sell gluten free pizza (or accept any orders for it ever) stop advertising it.

If you're looking for a life changing pizza experience, you're going to be disappointed. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, satisfying pizza with average ingredients then you'll be a very happy customer. I want Otto's to be good and it's halfway to being really really good, but the cheese and toppings are very 'kebab shop'.

Absolute joke waited over an hour and they showed up with a meat pizza and said they had ran out of vegan food. So now I have no food and would have to wait another hour for a vegetarian pizza, with no compensation not even an apology. Really disappointed as I'm used to be a regular, only would of took a phone call to resolve when they received the order. And the meat pizza was cold. Nice one!

I was very disappointed - the delivery took an hour and a half. Not only this but they got the order wrong and gave me sweet potato fries instead of the vegan pastry rolls that I was looking forward to trying which. Their 'cheesy' chips had about a teaspoon sized of sprinkle cheese, I had to add my own and heat them up. The same went for the pizza, very little cheese, chewy dough and very limp looking and tasting veg. Do not recommend.

Ottos is my favorite takeaway in Liverpool. They have a load of choices for everyone (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, meat lovers) and all of their food is incredibly tasty. The staff are always nice and helpful as well. Definitely recommend.

The food from ottos is one of the best out of anyone takeaway around here. The Creamy smoked salmon and Spinach Pasta is 10/10, and the pasta passion deal is great value. However, sadly, my last few orders have put me off from ordering from ottos again. The website specifies a 50 minuet delivery time and shows you each stage of preperation. However I have had to wait on one occasion for 2 hours and the other 2 1/2 hours. With no communication from the restaurant. Leading you to believe the food is not coming. On both occasions I received no apology and when ringing was told 'the food is out of the shop'. Very disappointing as the food really is excellent. But I will not be using ottos again of recommending it due to it's poor customer service.

We preordered food for a later delivery but received it straight away. The bully boy driver refused to take it back to deliver at the correct time. He insisted it had been ordered for immediate delivery despite my showing him the time required clearly printed on the receipt in his hand. The Mexican chilli fries had no Mexican chilli on them just sweet chilli sauce and were gross.

First and last time I will every use this Pizza parlour. The pizzas were dry and the toppings were vile. No flavour a shear waste of money. NEVER AGAIN.....

Ordered through ubereats rang after aswell to ensure 2 of the burgers did not have cheese and requested this my partner rang and was hung up on disgusted in how he was spoken too I rang after and politely explained d the issue that 1 was the wrong burger and 2 had cheese which i was told wouldn't and thst i was left with food one of us couldn't eat said to call the drinker and complain to uber which has made it harder and ruined the evening very disappointed in the way it was handled been a regular customer but after today never again :/

Food taste better than it looks, is abit pricey compared to normal takeaways but worth it if you want a good quality pizza. Would advise to try strong 8/10 , best pizza in liverpool definitely

Ham and mushroom, extra cheese. Two gluten free. Gluten free the dough half cooked bricks. Ham was spam, I mean spam, like from the 70's. Extra cheese... No you pay for it and get less than everyone else. Really. Had been a regular customer but it gets worse to the point I won't use anymore.

Regular customer. came 15 mins late, cold and an item was forgotten. i was promised to receive this as soon as and it's now an hour later and still has not arrived and i have not even been contacted.

On the whole the pizza is like eating carboured top with chewy cheese and with metal gratings. for what the price is it not good.

Quality is hit or miss here, which is a shame considering the menu has such potential. Toppings on the pizzas are stingy and not always as advertised. At times it's like the staff have deliberately done the opposite of what has been asked just to spite you.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Progress tracker was stuck on 22 minutes and then an hour later they cancelled our order. You wouldn't get that kind of service in-store so it's not acceptable. Terrible.

Really great quality pizzas, and a great range. The pizzas where done quickly and staff friendly. I have just moved to the area and will definitely be coming back. I should say this a review for collected pizzas, I only mention this as some of the other reviewers seems to have had issues with delivery.

Was really looking forward to a nice hot slice of pizza n an ice cold glass of Coke after a 12hr shift but what I actually got was Cold hard pizza that arrived an hour late with a drink l don't even like, gutted, next time l won't bother n just go to bed hungry rather than hungry n disappointed
