Great place to visit with great choice of food. Plenty of seating & even better that it’s dog friendly too. Looking forward to visiting again soon

Went as a family on a Sunday lunch, got there at 12.15 and very quiet but within 30 minutes it was really busy. Drinks were reasonably prced and served quickly after ordering via the app. You order food in the same way and we had a variety of foods from three different vendors. I had a very good chicken burger with pulled pork which was good, I had a lrge portion of roast potatoes which only cost £3 to go with it. My wife had some type of Greek gyros and a feta cheese salad which she really enjoyed. My daughter had some form of noodle dish with beef and her partner enjoyed his burger, The market makes for a nice atmosphere with music and also screens showing the football

Fantastic range of options here for food and drink, and as a repeat visitor I will definitely be coming again One of the benefits is the multiple options for food, and the variety of food you can get; the quality has always been great here too and we have sampled multiple options The nice relaxed atmosphere is great also, with again multiple areas to site and enjoy (bar area for watching sport, and upstairs bar focussed area too) Using the app also is a nice easy way of ordering and having food delivered

Went for the pottery painting event but unfortunately it was cancelled on the day due to circumstances out of anyone’s control The manger was lovey super helpful gave me and my friend a full refund for the painting event and then on top gave us free food and drinks for the inconvenience Lovey customer service from all the staff We also attend the weekly quiz on Sunday which is great night out 😁

I don’t normally leave reviews but the market has become a family favourite since it opened. We come at least once a month and it’s always great. Staff friendly and courteous even when busy. We normally come on a Friday or Saturday, which is great atmosphere. I’d like to mention the small blonde waitress in particular but unfortunately have never had the chance to get her name. She is always very smiley and bubbly. Sad to see cake corner has gone now, but great to see new deserts at some of the other restaurants. We tried the Greek cheesecake and it was great. Thankyou for giving us another perfect monthly visit !

We booked the mezzanine for our daughter’s special birthday and I’m so glad we did, it was a fantastic night! The space is perfect for a gathering such as this. We were able to decorate the space and Stacey organised for us to have welcome drinks on the tables for our guests. Everyone loved being able to order their own choice of food and Shaun on the bar did a fantastic job making sure everyone was served promptly. There was a live band on which was a great addition. All our guests were really impressed and we have great memories of a fantastic night! I would definitely book the mezzanine again for a celebration it was ideal!

Visited here on a Saturday lunchtime and it was pretty busy. However, we decided to go and find a table away from the hustle and bustle, at the back near the barm whoch suited my teenage son as he could watch the footie on the big screen! Even though we both wanted food from different concessions and drinks from the bar we could order at the bar for everything in one go. My chicken gyro, served with chips and salad arrived first, but only a few minutes later my sons pizza arrived. We decided to share out the fries and I hot a piece of pizza- all was delicious and good value for money.

Not the best of Food Halls, lacking in atmosphere and real quality. Trying to brand themselves as a market which clearly they are not.

I was here with my Fiancé and 4 weeks old baby. My fiancé wanted to sit closer to a television and carried our baby to see if there was a table available. When he realised there was he rung me to bring our pram and belongings over to the new table. I was struggling to manoeuvre pram with our drinks. Sian was straight over to assist me in carrying our drinks for me and then helping me to lift the pram up the steps once she had taken our drinks to the table. So kind and just what I needed as a new Mum adjusting to this new life with a baby and all the belongings it's brings too.

Great little find with many different style cuisines all under one roof, so that everyone in your party can find something that appeals to them. Big and airy old warehouse style dining. You place your order via an app and then everything is brought to you….. only downside to this is if something is wrong with your order, then it’s down to you to try and flag it up with a staff member (sadly we did experience two issues and it’s annoying that our meal had to be interrupted twice whilst we went to try and rectify the problems….. staff could therefore be more attentive, making more eye contact with people and asking in general occasionally if all is ok), but otherwise great food in nice surroundings so I’ll certainly give it another try

Great Guiness and the food was great quality . Service was quick and served with a smile . Polite and attentive staff and loads of options for food . Would definetey visit again

When we got there it was very busy but managed to find a table , used the QR code on table to order drinks and they arrived within 2 minutes. We then ordered food from 3 of the vendors again with the QR code , all items delivered to table within 7 minutes of us ordering , food was hot and very good. Prices where not extortionate , would definitely recommend a visit

Had a fantastic time! There are tons of various food and drink options for anyone and everyone. Great and friendly staff. Liv, in particular, was wonderful and very attentive. We had everything from cappuccinos to margaritas, and bao buns to ramen bowls and churros.

Ellie and Mia were our bartenderesses... And we're so helpful. We had our two girls and our dog with us and were probably a little bit in the way, but they made us feel like we weren't. We stayed longer than we intended to as we were made to feel so welcome. We love it here!!

Good idea and atmosphere spoilt by the food - lasagne seemed to resemble merely a bolognese sauce and the gyros was very short on meat content

We went here after looking for somewhere local to eat. The coffee was really good but I'd get a take away next time as the whole place smelt damp and musty. We decided to stay as we'd heard some good things about the place. We ordered the chicken gyros and the spaghetti meatballs. The portions were small but ok for lunch but I'd want something more if it was an evening meal. The chicken gyros was very tasty but very minimal amount of meat. The gyros was packed with salad and fries and a few pieces of meat. The meatballs were very pale and the spaghetti was very well cooked and tasted like a ready meal.

Awful. Honestly, even my dog rejected the steak. Cold fries, plastic cheese and enough tinfoil embedded in the steak wrap to make you think it had fallen off the Apollo Lunar Module. You know what? It’d probably be cheaper to go to the moon too. Won’t be returning.

Great food, I had the Steak stack burger from Meatello. Possibly one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Friends had Gyrosophy platter for two that was huge. Drinks and food arrived very quickly. Place is very popular and busy, with people queueing for tables. It is very noisy inside though and toilets could be cleaner.

I'm 66, went with my younger brother just not my scene,I am an egg+ chips man, so how they call it speciality food,I used to deliver to Vauxhalls canteen in the 90s it was like that, but it was full on a Saturday so, it must be good for some....

Went in managed to find a seat eventually , ordered halloumi fries, a coke and loaded fries . Drink came after 15mins and halloumi fries came after 20mins then waited for loaded fries . Once got to 40mins and no staff were around to ask so I gave up and left .not happy and won’t be returning.

Lovely little place in the town centre of Ormskirk 👏 like the Baltic markets in Liverpool it has a range of different foods and alcohol too. Great for friends or couples and it’s even dog friendly. Highly recommended

My first visit and went with my daughter,really enjoyed. We had a good selection of food including, burger, pizza and chicken and rice with some amazing chips and curry sauce. Not the cheapest place but the food was very good.

A small group of us ordered from a number of food stalls. My sister received her food 10 minutes before the rest of us and was finished her meal before the drinks came to the table. The QR code for the menu is not accessible for all, particularly the elderly. There should be physical menus also available at tables. The food and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was lively, a good spot for friends but not family or older people.

Lower the prices. £13.25 for a pint and a gin and tonic in a glorified hut. Quite a good atmosphere and the staff are fine but we'll overpriced. Won't be back at these prices. Sorry.

EXPERIENCE: A few weeks back myself and a couple of friends decided to visit the recently opened food and drink market in Ormskirk! It did not disappoint, and even though we went on a busy day (Saturday) the service was great! We did have to wait for our food and drinks, but it was to be expected as the place was packed out! (Side note, this place is dog friendly 🐶) we each got different things, but the Mac and cheese bites were the clear winner from all of us. There are lots of little food markets like this popping up around the North West, and it’s a brilliant idea as you have multiple eateries to choose from when making your order, so there is something for everyone! It was a delightful experience, and we will certainly be making a return! You could easily make a day of it here, shopping in the centre before making your way here for food and drinks. PRICE: prices vary from vendor to vendor, but all is reasonably priced. PARKING: there is a pay and display facing (in a m&s carpark) that is super cheap! We paid £2 for a few hours.

New favourite place. Loads of different street food offerings all ordered via an app from your shared table. Good value....great choice.....tasty food......we will be back.

This is a newly opened premises In Ormskirk. It’s the “Food & Drink Market” the tag line is “Eat, Meet, Play” Maybe it should say “Wash your hands!” Ordered food in here, well from what was available… and whilst I was waiting you causally people watch. I was interested in the businesses were. I was watching the chefs/cooks operate. I instantly regretted doing that. I saw one of the chefs at Salmo steak & seafood pick up blue roll and blow his nose. He was wearing gloves, I thought surely he would remove the gloves and wash his hand… NOPE! He just carried on working. It was the guy with side hair shaved and a pony tail wearing glasses. So won’t be eating there! I was just about to eat my food when one of the chefs in the unit next door (Meatello) with no gloves pick up some blue roll and blow his nose, did he wash his hands? NO! So what the hell is going on?? If there is a sudden bout of Covid in Ormskirk, ground zero could be here… hygiene is not great and it’s a newly opened enterprise. Awkward to say the least!!
