Foods great and the staff are helpful I never had a bad meal (update) the food is still good and the website makes ordering so much easier for me and it's quick the only problem I have is the sweet and sour sauce tastes like ketchup and the BBQ sauce could be thicker but that's just personal

Great service terrible food I can safely say the worst chinese I've ever had undercooked flavourless chips soft mushy undercooked chicken balls the spring rolls were not crispy very soggy a few bites and it went straight in the bin I wouldn't even give it to the dog as it was that bad

Deserve 5 stars if not more! Good quality, great portion sizes and never had a bad meal from here. Meal parts changed as and when needed to suit preference.

Best prawn dishes in the area, try their unbattered kingprawns, always fresh large and plenty of them.

Nice food. Cooked is a reasonable amount of time. Staff are nice. I only get mild chinese food such as chips. Curry. Fried rice. Soft noodles. Salt and chillie chips. The curry is on the spicyer side but not 2 hot. Salt and chillie chips are lovely but can sometimes be very spicy 😁 would defo recommend. Portions are reasonable compared to others in the area

Worst Chinese I've ever had curry like water young chow fried rice was tasteless waited 1hr 20mins and most went in the bin wont ever be back

Food was ok, but found a human hair in my chicken chow mein. Won't be back in a hurry.

I am really grateful for receiving a delivery of delightful hot food from here, I sadly forgot about this place. I can promise I will be a returning customer, highly recommended hot well prepared Asian style food. Thank you for the new menu and gifted curried samosas 👌😁😘

The best Chinese foods around, you always get a lot. Usually quantity doesn’t mean quality but happy to say at the Oriental Palace it does! We have never had a bad meal. we have had curries, noodles, the sausage meal (my favorite) beef meals, chick beast is huge! we usually never finish!! A++++ everytime you sometimes have to wait about an hour for delivery but if you know order in advance, it’s definitely worth the wait x

Professional staff with a friendly service. The chow me in was one of the best I've had and the chicken balls were spot on. The egg fried rice was a little soggy though.
