Just had the best ever home made flapjack and perfect coffee. Lovely fresh homemade food and great ambience. A little gem above Mostyn Art Gallery

Third time I’ve eaten here and to be honest the food is disappointing. Doorstep sandwich is all bread and very little filling , crispy chicken salad was dry and overcooked. Have given it plenty of opportunities now i feel so wont be eating there again alas.

Absolute Amazing experience. We were lucky enough to celebrate our Wedding at the Oriel Cafe . We could not fault anything. The Room looked absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere was really good. The Staff couldn’t do enough for us throughout the day. The Food was to die for . Not just the chicken Main course but the dessert Buffet and the Beef Stew in the evening with homemade Rolls was sooo good. Anyone that is looking for a Family celebration i can only recommend the Oriel Cafe.

My husband and I go frequently to the cafe during the lunch time period. Always lovely food, great variety on the menu and excellent friendly staff. This evening we decided to go to the special dining evening experience. The theme being French food. We are so glad we went. The food was delicious and the presentation was so lovely. The menu was interesting, varied and creative. The staff are so dedicated to ensuring their dining guests have a very enjoyable experience. All in all a wonderful evening . We will certainly be returning soon.

Das Positive zuerst: – Das Essen kam relativ rasch und war offenkundig auf Bestellung zubereitet. – Das Essen war sehr ansprechend angerichtet. – Das Ambiente ist angenehm. – Das Wifi funktioniert gut. Allerdings: Die Qualität des Essens war nicht den Erwartungen und dem Preis entsprechend. Bei Fallafel und Humus Produkte aus dem Supermarkt bzw. dem Großhandel weiterzuverkaufen, ist einfach enttäuschen. Entsprechend schlecht war auch der Geschmack (künstlich, Essig-geschmack imi Humus). Zudem war die Portion für den Preis einfach viel zu klein und kaum sättigend. Insofern insgesamt leider in der Kerndisziplin enttäuschend.

You can tell as soon as you see your food that every care has been taken over its preparation. Interesting menu, and tastes great too. Staff are ultra nice and friendly. Lovely open space with a view of the town, and the gallery is always interesting...

What a Gem of a Cafe in the heart of Llandudno. Very unexpected to find this hidden away upstairs at the Art Gallery. Avery spacious Cafe with a modern and relaxing vibe. The Coffee is really really good and the Staff super friendly. I ordered a Falafel Halloumi wrap, it was superb. Nicely toasted with a hint of Sweet Chilli Sauce. The presentation was lovely too. Very modern looking matching the surroundings. My Partner just had a piece of Cake with her Coffee. It took her a while to decide as there was such an extensive choice of which looked like homemade cakes. What we did realise that this Cafe offer’s a lot of Choices for Gluten Free and even Vegans. We can only recommend this Cafe and we will definitely be back when we are in the area

Popped in for coffee/tea and cake with kids. Lovely atmosphere and great range of gluten free and other dietary options. Lovely food and the main menu looks worth a return visit. Staff super helpful they even brought my daughter her own espresso cup of cream, as her brother had cream on his cake after overhearing she wanted some of his!

Went to the Oriel Cafe's special Valentine's evening. My husband and I had such a delicious meal - first class. The food was delicious and the presentation was wonderful. It was such a lovely evening. The staff are really nice.

Me and my wife have been here a number of times and the place just keeps getting better and better. Delicious food, friendly and professional staff, and the best coffee in town. The menu is full of exciting homemade dishes and caters for a wide variety of tastes and dietary requirements. Nothing's ever too much trouble for the staff, they make you feel truly welcome and you can tell they put their heart and soul into what they do. Can't wait to see what this place becomes. If you haven't been yet I'd endeavour to change that if I were you. I'm looking forward to returning when I can!

Enjoyed a really lovely lunch: appetising and very tasty meal ; freshly cooked to perfection; accompanied by excellent hospitable service from the proprietor and staff. The cafe has a lovely relaxing ambience AND great coffee!! I’ve now been several times for cakes and crepes as well as lunches: always great food, service and ambience.

Had a fantastic experience, the staff are friendly and go above and beyond. The food was excellent, I am vegan and was well catered for.

Spent a lovely afternoon with friends enjoying the spectacular birthday afternoon tea. The cakes deserve a special mention just on their own, there was a beautiful selection of homemade cakes, the mint chocolate roll was my favourite with the red velvet a close second!! Visited today with a group of friends for afternoon tea to celebrate a birthday. The table was beautifully set and the service, from start to finish was friendly and spot on. The food was amazing with vegan, vegetarian options. A gem of a cafe.

Had a fabulous meal at oriel cafe staff amazing so helpful and always so friendly even when really busy. We arrived at a busy time a large table of visually impaired guests we’re dining couldn’t help but notice how brilliant all the staff were with them one particular male server stood out very caring and patient with great personality. Food was great served hot on hot plates. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Ordered toasted wrap, caponata, husband the houmous. Both shown a panini press but soft. My filling was hot the wrap kept splitting. Burned my thumb and lips. Thumb purple/red for 6 hours and next day, lips and mouth still sore. Mentioned to server, he was sarcastic saying of course it was hot..it's a hot wrap. It was dangerously hot and an apology was expected. I received none. The server spoke to whom I was told was the owner/manager and still no communication. Left feeling like I had done something wrong. The food is lovely but overpriced..and when it is dangerous, I take this seriously even if they will not. I am local and have supported this business since day one, Happy to go somewhere else now where the customer is treated with respect. Perhaps they thought I was a tourist? VERY disapponted!

I adore visiting the Oriel Cafe. It is so welcoming by the beautiful owners, the food is devine,and beautifully presented. Just love the atmosphere with background french music. So relaxing. Have recommended a visit to many friends as I am confident they will enjoy. We have enjoyed lunches , mid morning snacks and afternoon desserts. Always consistent Delicious!!!! Love Liz x

Visited here first time, beautifully clean cafe with friendly staff and a great menu. Chose the Caponata Salad which was absolutely fantastic and great value for money, would totally recommend this cafe and looks very child friendly

First time here but a pleasent surprise. Bidder than I thought beautiful decor, calm atmosphere. My grandson is autistic and he was really calm in which is a big plus for us. The food was brilliant no faults at all.
