Ore-bank Cafe in Fife

Popped in on the off chance there would be space, thankfully squeezed us in. Brilliant home made food, very reasonably priced, so filling we had to have our cakes to go. Cheery, friendly staff even though they were super busy.

Food was very disappointing, mushroom soup tasted of to much veg bullion, battered fish was more like chewy not crispy. The only thing I would recommend was the young girl who served us, she was very attentive, and the place smells of pee

Chips with brown sauce. That is all 🙌❤️

Tasty.... My friend and I visited here fir the 1st time. Very pleasant surroundings, equally pleasant staff. We sat through the back which was very nice. The coffee was really nice but the Rhubarb Loaf.....well!! It was amazing! I'll definitely be going again

Food was okay, nothing to complain about. However, after just finishing our food we were told that they needed the table back asap as there was people who had booking that had been waiting 15 mins for our table. We had been in the restaurant for one hour at that point, so did not understand why we were being rushed out as the booking confirmation claimed we had the table for an hour and a half. Also tables that were in before us were still sitting and we had waited a while to get served/ receive our food.
