Delicious Turkish food with great service and price

Incredible food, welcoming staff and lovely interior. I came today by myself and have been here with a big group years ago with friends. Had a great time on both occasions and will definitely be coming back asap

I usually order through Uber or Door Dash however on this day i decided to go and order my food at the restaurant. It was a Monday, everything was fine, the food was cooking. But then what I saw, was shocking. I could see a man in the kitchen through the door, mixing something with his bare hands, and then he just grabbed a yellow cloth, wiped his hands, went to my food and started touching it. He did this without washing his hands and while arguing with the staff. I didn’t like how angry and unhygienic this man was. His uniform was very dirty, especially his t-shirt. I’m never going there again! It’s a blessing I saw this and didn’t eat my food. Old and grumpy man!!

Every meal we ordered was perfection! Complementary bread and sauces, Halloumi and mushrooms, Lamb shish, Chicken wings, Mixed grill, Lamb ribs, Baklava and even the Icecream. The drinks were also nice, but we were provided with the special offer menu only to be told it wasnt available that day and the special menu was provided just to make us aware that there was a special offer on other days. And our mains did take a little long to come, just a communication issue. Overall, we loved it, and will be back.

Rude staff wouldn't let my daughter go to the toilet. Manager hears the full conversation then when I complained pretend med he didn't know what was going on. No integrity rude idiots do not go here if you have children.

Best place to eat in Hemel. Excellent professional service, feel humbled each time we visit. We popped in on a lunch break and knew it was where we wanted to celebrate valentine's day. Fresh and authentic food. Cocktails are beautifully presented, especially with the dry ice, wow! Looking forward to our next dinner.

Me and my friends came here for our colleagues last day at work. We had some cocktails and some starters and chicken platter. The manager and the team are all great. They looked after us very well. There is old man working there. I don’t know he’s Chef or cleaner. he is very old man has a glasses.as well ,He just went to smoke outside and then he just came back from smoking, I was watching him. he didn’t wash his hands after he finishes smoke, he just back to the work, but he didn’t wash his hand. But there is a manager he is very nice and kind. Thanks to him. He make my family and very happy after it’s happening. Thanks to you.

The food is so little,the meat undercooked…for the price I don’t think it’s worth it

Awful experience. You call them as the delivery was missing stuff and the guy that answered the call either pretends he doesn't understand English or he doesn't understand English. In the end we got there after explaining him what's in the menu and what I received. The good is delicious but the customer service is bad.

Friendly staff, prompt service and really tasty food for kids and adults alike. Their lunch menu provided really quite good value for money.

Best Turkish ever in Hemel! Food was outstandingly amazing so flavourful and delicious and the customer service was great! However the service is also super wonderful I did have an issue with on of the waitress. She could not understand me very well and I had to repeat myself a lot she also took very long seating me. Other than that this place is very good I recommend.

The highlight of the meal was the San Sebastian cheesecake, which was hands down the best we’ve ever had—rich, creamy, and absolutely unforgettable. Generous portions (dishes “for two to share” enough for 3, especially if having starters). Food and service of a high standard, great ambience especially after dark. Takeaways are also well worth having.
