Very good food. A waiter brought dry ice to the table and the steam spread all over the table there was so much and it was so cool and we loved it 🥰. You can even change the colour of the light to many different shades. Definitely worth it and definitely coming back here.👍

Amazing food, amazing service! The tea was exactly as in Türkiye, food was very tasty also for me very traditional. The kitchen is a little bit open, nice too see how they prepare everything. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience from start to finish. Celebrated my partners 30th with a large group. The manager and waiting staff were so attentive and happy to help with all requests.

Made the mistake of ordering through Uber Eats and hadn't realised that it was not the more reliable Opuz Kitchen in Watford. Driver delivered the food in a soggy bag that broke with half of the food falling on the floor and splattered over my hallway walls. The food that was not contaminated was stone cold, inedible and seemed of poor quality to being with. Have tried multiple times to be refunded by Uber Eats, each time receiving the same bot (or just lazy, cut-and-paste customer service response of) "Thanks for reaching out, ‍ We’ve taken a look into your order and the concerns you’ve raised and unfortunately, we will be unable to provide a refund on this occasion. While we appreciate this wasn’t the experience you were looking for, we hope you understand our decision." Avoid this "restaurant", especially through Uber Eats, at all costs. Edit. The below response says it all. The restaurant does not give a **** about poor quality delivery of poor quality food. Absolutely avoid!

Lovely food but just quite disappointing that after we finished our meal we were very swiftly made to leave. We were sat enjoying our conversation and immediately here’s your bill, here’s the card machine followed by okay your time is up please leave. I could understand if there was a queue of people or it was really busy but it wasn’t. I just felt it ruined the experience. We would’ve ordered more drinks had we not been rushed out.

Great food, great atmosphere, superb service.

Absolutely stunning place, service and atmosphere. Food as well as drinks were excellent, service was the best we have received so far (and we have been in many high standards restaurants around the world). Waitresses were so pleasant, conversations with them were genuine and not forced, oh wow, it really did not feel like we are in our town, a mile away from home. The show with drinks and the way they are served was fantastic! Mind blowing experience. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I don't think you can expect much more from a Turkish restaurant. The food is all straight off the coals, presented well and of excellent quality. I appreciated the ability to get extra bread for the hummus and additional dips without asking, and free of charge. These are the things that make the difference. The service was also some of the best you will receive. Kamal and the rest of the team did a perfect job of being attentive and useful without being overbearing. It's always more of gamble when not going to a chain restaurant, but this is one to put high up on your list.

Good service food was lovely arrived quick and was hot.

Excellent atmosphere. Staff are always ready and willing to help. Food was amazing. We were a party of 5 and everything served was fresh and prompt.

We were served by a lovely gentleman named Kamal. He was very attentive, helpful and informative. He gave us exactly what we needed. The food was 10/10 and the service was also amazing. 100% recommend. Very pleasant team! Thank you Kamal.

First time trying out and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was amazing and recommend the hot mixed starter and the platter for two as plenty of choice and so much flavour to all the food. Cocktails were also amazing and a great two for one offer. Also had to try some Baklava which was a brilliant finish to an exceptional meal. Great food, great atmosphere and the staff couldn't do enough which made it a great dining experience 😃

Food was overpriced for what it is and automatically service charge added which I didn't like of £4 . Staff were excellent though to be fair but I didn't think it was value for money staff looked impeccable

Food was excellent, I had the lamb cutlets…. I didn’t take a photo as they were so nice I just had to tuck in, Belgian Chocolate Sponge was nice (we shared between two of us) Complimentary bread for starter was also a nice touch Adam 35 🇬🇧

The food is amazing, the staff couldn't do more & the special attention they gave our daughter as it was her 10th birthday was out of this world. My daughter has had the best birthday. The staff were also careful with my dairy intolerance. Thank you for a perfect end to a great day.

We are from the netherlands and found this restaurant on google. This is the best restaurant in hemel hempstead!! Good turkish food and very nice people. We Will come back tomorrow on our last day!

Easily top 3 meals I’ve ever had, food was beautiful and tasty from the lamb, chicken, rice and salad. Will absolutely eat here again, would recommend and one of the best meals I’ve had.

Having travelled to Hemel many times over the years for work I can honestly say that this is the best meal I’ve ever had the pleasure to enjoy. The rice and salad with my main tasted so fresh. A pure pleasure!

Very friendly and helpful staff; delicious food. Spectacular entrance to the washrooms! We were there for an early lunch, but stayed until nearly 4 o'clock; the place became busier after a quiet start.

Food was good , prices are a joke to be honest and portion size doesn't justify it £19 for a shish ,rice and salad? . They only had bottled coke and bottled water no draft . £3 for a bottle of tiny water . They won't do half chips half rice so had to pay £4.90 for a portion of chips . Then had the cheek to add £9 to the bill for service . It's good but no better than a kebab shop to be honest. Over all it was good but prices and portions need improving and they really need to look at the prices on their drinks .and add draft coke or Pepsi in my opinion

Pure excelence!! Rafined food, refined service, refined people. Besides the food which is absolutely delicious you get the experience as well, with buble gas and everything, which makes you feel a litle star. :). I higlhy recomend it!!

Incredible experience and ultra friendly and professional staff, very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing food, so tasty and mode than plentiful. Doggy bag offered! Manager amazing and interested in every aspect of service spending time talking and listening to Turkish travel stories. Will be going again soon with friends and family over from Australia in November. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough and so impressed having been in the business at the top end ourselves. I recently hosted a birthday celebration at Opuz in Hemel Hempstead for a group of 35 people, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. Kamal, who served us throughout the evening, truly went above and beyond. Managing such a large group, including several young children, can be challenging, yet Kamal handled it with grace, patience, and professionalism. Despite the non-stop requests, he remained attentive and friendly, serving us with a smile until the very end. His outstanding service is a credit to the company. The food was another highlight of the evening. Every dish was prepared on time and was absolutely delicious. It was clear that great care and attention were given to both the quality of the food and the presentation. From the warm service to the impeccable timing and delightful cuisine, everything about the evening was perfect. Opuz exceeded our expectations, and I look forward to returning. Thank you for making our evening so enjoyable and memorable!
