Arrived cold and pizza was both incredibly dry but also chewy. Flavour of the sauce was too salty and the meat was gristly - couldn’t finish it.

I ordered this as I had heard good things about it. Waited the normal amount of time for delivery but.... OMG it was like eating cardboard so dry and curled up I have put a picture of a slice so you can see it!! Tough as old boots! Horrible won't use them ever again... Was like a 99p pizza from Tesco yuk! Don't waste your money! I heard they were good obviously not anymore...

I have always used olive because it’s reasonable, delicious and never had a problem with delivery, well last night was something else! I placed an order at 6.30pm and delivery was estimated for 7.10, that time came and went and I called at 7.30 couldn’t get through for about 10 minutes. When I did I was told they were very busy and my order was out for delivery, 8.10 arrives and still nothing. By now I’m getting hangry, called again and was told they were going to contact driver and call back. 10 minutes later no call received, so called again to basically say cancel the order and was told I’d get a discount and my order should be with me imminently but I really did not want it by now. Then he became very rude and put the phone down! The food did eventually arrive at around 8.30, cold and no tuna on the create your own!! So so bad, I’m gutted really as I know they’ve lost my custom now 😔

Best pizza around. I don’t understand any of the negative reviews. The sign of a good pizza is when you can happily enjoy the crusts alone because the dough is freshly made and delicious. I am now getting into a habit of a weekly delivery during this lockdown

I used to use this place when I lived closer and though I’d give it another go - big mistake. I’m not sure if it’s because I used to collect and this was a delivery but it was terrible in comparison to what I remembered! We ordered a takeaway and the pizza didn’t turn up until 40 mins after the estimated time - 1hr20 after we placed our order. We had tried to ring (over 70 times) but couldn’t get through so had actually ordered another pizza from another place in the meantime! When the order eventually arrived, the pizzas were burnt, the chicken nugget side we have ordered was soggy and vile and the driver didn’t have the drink that came with our meal. Disappointing - we won’t be ordering again; very sad as I had always considered Olives to be a good local business.

Worst service ever. Ordered online and got 40mins ETA. Called after 1 hour to check in status was told that they will start processing then! And need 40 more minutes.

Poor staff very rude. Found a fly on my food and he told me “it must have landed on the pizza when I opened it” thought this place was very nice, but after this experience was disgusting. Will never go again

Great pizzas, generous with the toppings and ridiculous value. At the end of the day it’s a take away pizza, but it a bloody good one at that.

Pizzas here are always well made and tasty with keen prices. They are a cut above the average take away and served by very friendly staff. We don't get a lot of chance to use this place but do when we can!

As the title says, every time I order from here, they provide quality food. You can tell it is fresh dough, which tastes delicious. Far better than any chain pizza eateries. I do love a good weekend Olive!

Ordered directly from company for takeaway, it gives an option to select time. So we selected a time for later in the evening to avoid having to go back to site to order later on. It seems pointless to offer this option if this will not be followed as pizza arrived over an hour earlier. Attempted to speak to the company directly but they were unable to understand what had happened. Pizza was good but just a shame about the service with the ordering

Felt like a new pizza joint. Looked up olive pizza and saw good reviews. Online it suggested the app so tried it out. Was easy to set up and fun to use. Most importantly the pizza was excellent! Defo will use again.

We’re used Olive a few times now and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Quality of the pizza and toppings are very good and very reasonable compared to some of the other well known chains. Staff are friendly and we normally order a large pizza and have half & half toppings which is never a problem! Wouldn’t use anywhere else now.

Nice tasting pizzas and sides great value on the deals with discount Delivery alwAys spot on We make Olive our first choice nowadays Beats the other majors !

Taste, temperature, everything lovely, but a little on the greesy side, I'm hoping it's just the pepperoni. Would order again, great value.

paid £12 for a 10" pizza and drink. got given a 7" pizza and no drink.

Late by 28 minutes on a Monday evening. I ordered at 8.50PM and the restaurant said the food would arrive by 9.30PM. Good portions but the quality of the food (lasagne garlic bread) was no different to ready-made meals. Asked for the restaurant to let their driver know to knock on the door and not to ring doorbell. Driver rang the door bell twice... waking up the baby. So clearly either the restaurant did not inform the driver or the driver did not comply.

The pizza was nice, the cheese on mine wasn’t as melted as I would have liked but was still nice. The restaurant did not keep us up to date with the delivery time though and it was 20 minutes early, luckily we were in. The dip for the wedges was forgotten though despite paying for it.

Don't say it's delivered if it isn't delivered yet.

the worst pizza I have ever seen and when I tried to call them and make a complain they didn’t answer my calls!!! you should learn how to make a pizza first then open a business!!!

Food was running 15 minutes late after waiting over an hour we called and they said driver was around the corner, I don't know which corner he meant but it took him another 30 minutes to get around it to deliver the pizza

Ordered a deal and the desserts never arrived - rang to complain and was told they would be delivered at some stage during the evening. They never arrived. Poor.

Had a number of good takeaway pizza's from this place over the six months(hence the average not poor rating). However in the last month their online site has failed to deliver a couple of times. The site is run by "an industry leading restaurant POS and online company" not Olive themselves. The excuse for the first missed order was "your address was not one we could deliver to", interesting as how did you manage to deliver to it for the last five months? Anyway two more failures after a couple of successes, so off to another takeaway that can deliver.....

Perfect place for me, close to my house, the pizza are prepared quickly, always smilly and friendly staff! Great to have it in the neighboorhood and check the pizza around once a month never been disappointed!

The pizza was swimming in grease and the pasts dishes were not fresh. Almost broke a tooth on the chicken and mushroom pasta dish! Cheap but lacking in quality.

Crust was burnt but it was too late to call restaurant as it was closed.

Unfortunately the pizzas delivered were not thin crust, and were stodgy the garlic bread was in fact tomato and garlic on guess what a thin pizza base we could only eat a third and threw the rest in the bin

I have given this restaurant chance after chance but each time they fail. I ordered chicken and mushroom pasta, I got a lasagna. What if I had an allergy to tomatoes or beef? This is the amazing thing, they did call because they didn't have the ice cream flavour I ordered, so if they knew the main part of my order wasn't available they didn't tell me. This stuff happens all the time with Olive, things missing from the order, turning up with Coke instead of Diet Coke and to be frank the food quality has gone downhill too. Do I have anything positive to say? They open early...that's pretty good.

Forgot our drink, and took about an hour to arrive. Pizza was cold. Chicken wings were still hit and very tasty.

my sister enjoyed her chicken pizza, and we both enjoyed the chicken strips and mozzarella sticks however, i had ordered a margarita with spinach, pesto, red onion and an egg. the egg consisted of only white no yolk which was kind of disappointing (that's the best bit of the egg!) and the spinach was watery and had permeated the pizza with an odd taste. i was happy with the fast delivery time and the driver was very friendly. i just don't think i'll be getting spinach or an egg on my pizza ever again!!

I usually don't bother with reviews but this was THE WORST pizza of my life. Absolutely tasteless and didn't do what I specially requested. Very small and not worth £8.99. The garlic bread was an absolute mess at best. It was drenched in some sort of gelatine beshemel sauce... like something you would see on Ramsey's kitchen nightmares and I'm not even joking. Not what you expect garlic bread to be like. Even the salad was awful. All my lettuce was red or had a pink tinge and was clearly gone off, hence why they also didn't give any fresh green leaves as they would be black by now. The olives were out a jar but wouldn't really expect anything less, even though if you're going to call yourself Olive Pizza you would expect the olives to be fresh at least. The mozzarella sticks were dry, burnt and tasteless. Everything was luke warm. Everything disappointed. I can however say that it was not greasy like most pizza takeaways and that is a positive. But I wouldn't order again even if you paid me to

Easily one of the best pizzas around the area. I always order from this place as the quality is always spot on. Great service too. Can't fault them.

Very fast delivery, food was a good value for money however specifications of what is on the pizza isn't detailed clearly on the website. Taste could've been better and was pretty average, same as every other pizza place, did taste fresher though.

Me and my husband literally walked in waited for our pizza to be made... it was made in 10 minutes and we kid you not it was better than any Domino's or Pizza Hut in the area! So much that we went back for a second day a row the next day to try something different! It is definitely our new local pizza takeaway! Thank you so much xxx

On time, hot (as in warm) and excellent quality of food. Ingredients seemed to be fresh and of good quality, and it wasn't oily, which seems to be an issue with other restaurants cooking this style of cuisine. Will definitely reorder from these guys 😊

Esto es sólo una pizza, y una increíble relación calidad-precio. Yo vivo a la vuelta de la esquina de estos chicos y ha sido un cliente habitual durante varios años, de hecho, no vayas a ningún otro sitio. Todo es siempre tan fresca, las coberturas siendo muy generoso. Mención especial sobre la base de masa fresca para los aficionados al pizza: la corteza delgada es auténticamente italiano, con excelente estructura celular (ok, ok, tengo que salir más). Sartenes profundas están igual de bueno y satisfactorio. Esta es simplemente la mejor pizza para llevar, hacedme caso... y he tenido unas cuantas en mi tiempo.

3 pizzas, todos ordenados con corteza delgada! Por desgracia la corteza era suave y bastante pesado con una capa de grasa por debajo de ella. Sabía horrible, también demasiado queso! Enfermizo, tenía dos piezas, devolvió el resto! Mi hijo de 12 años dijo que fue la peor pizza que ha tenido, y eso es decir algo!

The service was fast and ok, but I ate better pizzas and the Greek salad was mostly onion.

Decent lasagne and salad. Mozzarella sticks were not good. Kinda stale. Order arrived almost 30 minutes before I wanted it to which was a tad frustrating.

I was really disappointed in not only the delivery service but in the food as well. My order arrived 15 minutes late and was pretty much cold when it came. The pizza was not very nice, dry, too much cheese and the dough itself was thick (when we ordered thin) overall disappointing.

Awesome presentation and well made pizza, not too greasy with evenly spread toppings would defo order again.

Food came a little later than expected, it tasted ok but our Hawaiian pizza was mostly cheese and dough though we appreciate the amount of pineapple.

The pizza was ok, but very greasy and soggy. The chicken nuggets we ordered were very chewy and song (not crispy as expected)

Had the vegetarian hot pizza with extra Jalapeño; absolute great in hotness. Ingredients are fresh and they are not shy to add cheese too. The stuffed crust with cheese and herb is delicious too! Defiantly will order pizza soon again.

They deliver almost one hour ans 20 minutes after I ordered. And it's not Italian pizza at all...

The service was horrendous. We received a confirmation that the order was being prepared at 1215 only to get a call from someone at 1250 who was not comprehensible at all. The call was to say that we had ordered too many toppings despite the offer for being with 2 toppings and the fact that you cannot complete the order without adding the 2 toppings. Surely this should have been picked up well before the 35 minute wait we had to wait to get it sorted plus the extra time it then took to get here. I have a team of hungry people who are not impressed especially when paying over £50 for an order. Would not recommend this service.

wasn't as good as previous orders. Food was lukewarm and sauce on chicken wings a bit gloopy. Pizza could have had a bit more topping (no olives) and it looked as if it had been dropped in the box.

This was our pizza place of choice but it went downhill. Thought we would try it again tonight. Huge mistake, delivery took ages. The pizzas were soggy, luke warm and horrible, won't bother again.
