The food and service were great especially a young lady there Jade she made the room light up with her smile and she was always ready to help and answer any questions patiently she really made us want to come back again.

Caitlin is so attentive friendly approachable and her customer service goes above an beyond

I rang up and spoke to Matt for a last minute table on the quiz night. Matt was so helpful and said we have a table and when arrived he ensured that we was sat down in quick timing. When ordering Matt was at the bar and he was so helpful and polite and made us feel so welcome as a returning customer.

Booked a table and the staff was quick and efficient with sitting us. The staff at the bar was really polite and the food came out in a reasonable timing and hot. The staff warned us of the plates being hot and came and checked to ensure everything was ok.

Friendly service always and decent food. Good value for money.

it was absolutely lovely, food was delicious and to die for. My sever Mia was so amazing, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed while enjoying my meal, she kept checking up on me and was so sweet throughout, she gave the food super quick and there wasn’t a problem with waiting times. She got me seated right away. I highly recommend this restaurant as it’s so comfortable and close to people living on the outskirts of wellingborough. I would like to thank Mia as well for being so helpful and kind to both me and my partner.

We go here as a couple and also a family. The children's favourite day is Friday, which serves buy one burger get one free...I like the halloumi strips as a side with my wine. The staff are all so friendly and can't do enough for you. The boy's are both autistic and they always look after us with special seating. Jodie was great today, along with Brooke, Brad and the team. Good pint of stella and good sauvignon wine for me. Highly recommend a visit for good food&drink along with friendly staff.

Very draughty where we were sat. Otherwise all ok.

Competative prices and great atmosphere have always made every visit.

On this occasion some of the food was poor, reported to the manager, but she was to busy to care.

All staff (Brad & Jane, on this occasion)...excellent customer experience and service. They are always polite and their happy disposition contributes to our meal. We tried the mix it up menu. Absolutely gorgeous.

Always have a great time at the Ock & Doe. The staff are always friendly and courteous. Food always comes out quick and is tasty with deals on each day of the week. One of my favourites is the buy one get one free on burgers yum. Lots of entertainment on throughout the week too.

Me and my partner often visit this pub and It’s because of the service. Particularly when we get served by Bradman. He’s a very polite and ambitious young man who’s doing an amazing job and has multiple times demonstrated his professionalism by resolving any issues/complaints we or other customers might have. Very impressed and will keep returning 👍🏻

Came to the ock for some lunch and I had brilliant service from Bradman, quick and really nice food, and the service even better. The best pub in Wellingborough.

Waited 2 hours for our food chased it up twice, no one ever came back, we had already paid for it and never even got a refund. When someone was finally found was told the kitchen was closed and we must of already got our food despite us telling them when others received their food and twice afterwards.

I went for a family meal. food was delicious. service was great. Zoe was lovely

Was even kind enough to recommend some non spicy food options for one of us. Attended to all our needs, very bubbly and friendly service. Can’t thank her enough for her hard work. I had to shout out Zoe Lawrence as she is always a ray of sunshine and gives the best service to her customers. The ock n dough is a better place to be with her in it. I came in with my baby and didn't have any food and she went out of her way ro get some baby food and warm it for him. Always smiling and passionate about her job. 5 star x

Done a last minute trip here for a meal and wasn't disappointed. We tried booking a table online for 8:15pm and were told that wasn't available which wasn't a problem as 8:30pm was but when we got there it was almost empty. We were served promptly by friendly staff and the food was amazing. It was our first visit here and will definitely go back again.

Sunday dinner? Not great, not terrible… This place was a bit of a mixed bag. The food wasn’t great being mostly low quality and low quantity. The furniture and decor is a little worn out and the experience just wasn’t anything to write home about. Just ‘meh’

The customer service was horrible the worker accidentally dropped my food on the table outside and refused to replace it telling me to pick it up while saying the f word the food wasn’t even nice to top it. My friend bought vanilla ice cream and it came chocolate with one vanilla scoop when he enquired about it she then proceeded to shout in his face “can you not see the vanilla right there” whilst it was sitting at the very bottom of the pot bearing in mind this is 5+ scoops we were also planning on ordering food and drinks a bit later in for half time but got told if we didn’t order immediately we would get kicked out overall it was a rubbish experience when I’m trying to come watch the football with mates wouldn’t recommend or come back and the only reason the atmosphere had a nice rating is because of my friends.

Top service from the beginning 👌 the lady behind the bar Lauren served us with a smile and was really helpful with helping us order 😀 will definitely be coming back again with service like that also the food was really nice and my kids enjoyed coming my youngest loved getting crayons and something to colour kept her occupied for a bit 😀

Took my family here today It was an enjoyable experience and the food and drink was really good.
