Food came 40 minutes late and was slightly cold. The chips cheese and donner portion ratio was shocking, with only a handful of chips and a small sprinkle of cheese inside. Extremely disappointing after such a long wait!

Ordered Turkish delight pizza, got home and had a donner meat pizza.

Order had bits missing and the chicken was bone dry wen they sent out missing item didn’t eat as other food was cold and rubbish ,I sent back chicken kebab and asked driver to say it was so dry it was inedible I have a dog an didn’t give it to him ,so disappointed won’t be back

Never a problem when ordering from Oasis, always top class delivery and product.

Phoned for a home delivery, I was then told it would be up to 1 hour delivery time, which took 2 hours . When eventually received delivery, it was short of 2 portions of chips phoned them back they said they would send them out right away but never came. Then they didn't even have the decency to call me back to even arrange for me to pick up the 2 portions of chips or arrange to give me my money back . Would definitely not order out of here again .

Got a donnor kebab it was burt absolutely no taste at all ,,,got a cheese cake nearly broke my tooth it was frozen soiled,,, never again wouldn't go there again

The food a ordered was wrong a ordered a calzone and it wasn’t a calzone delivery time was a joke and it was cold

3 hours later and still no order. Eventually finding out the driver gave it to the wrong address. What an absolutely disgrace

Missing bottle of juice and tub of sauce

Order was wrong, meat pizza only had the extra toppings I ordered.. Dips were not in the order either.

Chips were cold by the time they got here and the pakora was chewy and slimy. Really disappointing

Was fantastic from delivery to food. Very fast delivery, less than 30 minutes I believe and food was great as always from Oasis.

This food was absolutely humming, so upset that i spent £20 on a delivery from here as the quality of the food is so bad.

my chicken panoramic was as usual and I can't fault it, but the calcined that I ordered arrived cold and not cooked properly as the cheese used inside the calzone hadn't even melted and I was unable to eat it.

The two star was for the very poor quality of the chips. They had been seriously overcooked or just left out too long, they weren’t nice at all, which is very disappointing as we’ve never been disappointed before, and the pizza was amazing.

I go here everytime we go down to weymss bay caravan park for there 16" puzza's are absolutely amazing the guys who work there are really helpful and chat away to you whilst your waiting

ordered a naan kebab, got two pitas with a DIY set of boxes to assemble it. very disappointed.

Save your money the Food was awful and dry. Delivery time kept going back. Veg pakora was basically just oinions in pakora batter, calzone had foul smelling cheese inside and the chicken doner was so dry the dog didn’t even eat it. Will never order from here again not a single person ate the food, waste of money entirely!

Went in and they charged me the wrong amount by £2. Had already paid and they were basically making stuff up about how i wanted extra sauce. Then changed it to “oh its cos u wanted naan”. Nah i didnt. Think they are maybe struggling and pulling a fly one

Tasteless food, although portions were good sized. We were looking forward to ordering, as not used for a while. Probably will not use again. Disappointing.

man on the phone was very cheeky when speaking to me and was getting angry that he couldn’t understand me. chips cheese and donner meat is £6 and delivery is £3 but the man on the phone told me it was £10:90 after originally telling me delivery was £3. He charged me nearly a fiver for delivery. definitely not worth it. Food has just come and he has not given me the right sauce after asking twice for garlic mayo and the chips just have grated cheese on them and it’s not melted so it’s disgusting. Donner meat tasted like plastic and after over an hour long wait the food was stone cold. Had a few bites and couldn’t finish. avoid this place at all cost they are a rip off and have bad food!!!

Order tuned up 30 mins late and stone cold told me the would send out new order.....waited another 40 mins for some cheeky staff member to mouth off for my refund....avoid its slow food never on time and the staff are useless

Been going here since 2004 and alway get chip and cheese really nice but last week the cheese was awful was like plastic did not melt 1 bit and was a dead fly in it topped it off won't ever be back oasis the love affair is over

Reasonably priced helpful staff , portion size of food is decent, pakora has a nice texture to it soft or crispy they will accommodate your needs if asked .

Love the food from oasis , does seem to take quite a while to make right enough, but maybe that's because I was drunk

Don't know what's happened in here in the last 10 or so years. Oasis used to be THE kebab shop! Especially their chips and cheese were unbeatable. Had a hoagie tonight ... kebab sauce was like a poor tomato pasta sauce. Disgusting. Won't be back. Such a shame

Ordered baked potato with cheese and tuna mayo, was swimming in mayo and huge chunks tuna all throughout, no apology for the disaster they've served or even the right money back customer service is a disgrace

Chicken pakora terrible, not fresh and very tough. Got home and went straight in bin. Avoid.

Walked in to the establishment after work, and the shop was just empty. Up on walking in, you had a cook as well as a lady behind the counter none of them, considered even saying "Hi or Hiya" or anything else for this matter to me. Glazed over the menu, and ordered a large Chicken BBQ Keba with with Salad on it. The portion size was rather small, for a large Kebab and the food quality was just okay. The overall experience, was not worth my time nor the money spend.

Ordered pizza and garlic bread and chicken kebab got home to find burnt pizza chicken kebab (which was ok ) and garlic bread which was so hard you could lose a tooth and chips and cheese I hadn't asked for 😠😕

Got chips and gravey was nice but the gravy was far to thick..

Food is well below average if I could put zero stars I would I'll deffo not be back In fact after tasting the food I actually went into the shop up the street called roll in its amazing and kind of made my day once I had a few rolls but I'd avoid this place like the plague it's minging that's to put it nicely

Advertised open until half 12 x entered shop at quarter to 12 for a quick snack and was refused service with an extremely bad attitide.

The lady behind the counter was very very rude and ignored my order request and was generally very rude telling customers to "sshhhhh" disgraceful customers services The lady behind the counter had red hair maybe you should send her on a course to learn some manners and customer service handling
