NY Urban Pizza Lisburn in Lisburn

Do not recommend, NO service, at all, got ignored everytime we tryed to ask an employee for help.

Awful dining experience here. Upon arrival there where only 2 tables seated in the restaurant and it was very quiet. Waited over 5 mins to be seated as the waitress was too busy talking with the cooks. Sat at the closest table to her beside the door, when the whole restaurant was free. She just couldn't be bothered serving us. Then we placed the order online as the waitress don't really serve you. Pizza came and it was burnt to a crisp and I'm not exaggerating here. We sent it back then the next one took near twice as long to come. By the time it came we had to leave. This was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had in Northern Ireland. I wouldn't waste your money here I for sure will never be back!!!

What kind of pizza restaurant runs out of cheese man

1. They sat us at a dirty table while there was a perfectly clean table right beside us and no one was sitting there. 2. When they cleaned our table that they sat us at it wasn’t cleaned properly. He just about swiped it twice… 3. Very slow service. 4. They told us they ran out of cheese to put on our cheesy garlic bread which is understandable I guess so we asked if they’re still able to put cheese on our pizza the waiter said yeah and walked away making a “ what kind of question is that “ face. 5. Food was cold when it was bought out , garlic bread burnt. It’s a joke this place , even when the pizza was cold it was still greasier than domino’s pizza! Never coming back! Highly don’t recommend

I was i the restaurant today I'm 21 and couldn't order with a picture of my ID but my brother who scanned the QR code didn't even get asked for ID being 16 absolute disgrace people aren't to pleasant also my brother got his food 10min after the rest of us

Amazing service, been here a few times. Food is gorgeous and I recommend the goats cheese and caramelised onion pizza (I forgot what it was called haha) Atmosphere was good but the noise from the bowling alley was a bit annoying.

Pizzas are amazing and many options to choose from! Waitresses were very enthusiastic and accommodating

First time visiting on Saturday and will definitely be back. Staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, they were knowledgable on the menu and allergy’s. Food was also delicious. I will recommend this place to a lot of people.

Bowling alley pizza, pretty flavourless especially the base.Service good to be fair. For a kids party probably works but foodwise I'm sure there are better value options.

Visited at the weekend, Food was fantastic and service was Excellent. We will definitely be back, served by a lovely lady called Lucia who helped us navigate the QR code ok

Had a lovely time in NY Urban Pizza , we had food just after bowling and have to say the pizzas were amazing and really friendly staff will definitely be back.

My wife and I went here after the bowling (I got a strike) We were both satisfied with the food and drink served, (2 pizzas and Pepsis), Although we found both of our dishes were rather flowery on the base of our pizza which gave them a dry, uncooked and rather discomforting taste. In my opinion a good pizza is made of a good base. We were happy enough with the rest of our meal and enjoyed our drinks. Service was sufficient, even with the order online method. One thing that crossed both our minds, was the fact we were seated right at the door whilst the place was empty enough with only 3 other tables in use. We could have been seated in a more sparse seating plan. Would return for another meal if we were in the airtastic activity area but wouldn't go if we were looking for somewhere to eat in lisburn area. ****

Not the best service folks. Two waitresses standing watching us at the door (where it said "wait to be seated") so we eventually just chose our own seats. Waited at our table for a while then decided to go get our own menus. Made eye contact several times with the staff and were ignored. Even waved in a friendly manner at one at one point and thought we had her attention but she continued her conversation with the staff who were all gathered having a wee chat. Walked up to the bar finally and asked politely if we order at our tables (like in a restaurant!) or came up to the till with it and (who I think was the manager) said to come up... When he got the order wrong and I politely pointed it out he was a little defensive. The pizza sauce also tasted like it had soap or detergent in it. 🤮 It's nice to try somewhere new and I get it's always a risk but this was bad. Won't be going back with the family or mates in the future. Shame. I do like my pizza! One star as we won't be back. We were in a few years ago as I remember so; two strikes.

This place should not be overlooked as a food option in Lisburn. Competing with the likes of Bodenes, Jersey Street, Blue Chicago, Del Toro, it’s easy to not give this place much of a second thought… but I urge you to consider this place as an option for your next outing. Initially, entering the place I had my expectation tempered that this place would be mediocre and greasy - but it was anything but. We had 5 at our table, 4 different pizzas and a few sides and each and every single one of them was excellent and perfectly cooked using a gorgeous pizza oven, clearly an asset to this place. Food was served promptly, and hot! And no one had a single negative thing to say - this is a high quality pizza, with quality ingredients. We struggled to find a place for Fathers Day, having not made any bookings and thought we’d give it a go and we’re glad we did. It was an easy win with not having a queue and everything being top notch If you’re in Lisburn and in the mood for pizza or wings try these guys out, based on our experience you should not be disappointed and I would highly recommend it to anyone. And if you do, drop a review it’s mind blowing how this place isn’t highly rated

Lovely atmosphere, great staff and better food.

No service , ordered ceaser salad with 2 pizzas , after having paid online was told we have nothing to make a ceaser salad ! Going in looks promising seeing the fire pizza oven, but pizzas are brought in pre packed, seen them being carried in . Then heated in the oven , not made fresh and were very poor pizza's, so disappointing 👎

Great establishment with unreal food and excellent service - would definitely go back!

First restaurant I've been to that didn't supply knives or forks. I had to order food with QR code because i was paying with card. Eat food with your fingers and then don't provide wipes. I called waitress for some napkins and she told me they're at the front door. That was the only interaction with any member of staff. Fair to say I won't be back, food wasn't great either.

So easy to order, using your phone. Food was lovely and hot when it came out. There was a mix up with one of the kid's pizzas, but it was sorted ASAP. The staff were really helpful and nothing was too much for them. 100% recommend here.

Really impressed with this place. Great service, best pizza we’ve had in a long time, chilled atmosphere and the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

Staff friendly, good food, nice place....

Very poor restaurant My family were met by a staff member and took to our seats , it seems that was their only job ! We then where informed we had to order and pay online when we had no phones on us. After going to our car and getting the phone the WiFi was slow and ordering was a mess. The food took a long time to come and when the staff member sat it down she said if you want knifes and forks they are down at the bottom of the restaurant and we would have to get them ourselves!! WHAT HAS THE SERVICE INDUSTRY COME TO IF THERE IS NO SERVICE! very over priced for the quality of food we received and lak of service. I would strongly recomend going else where in that area as there is a number of choices that unfortunately we did no make .

Really wanted to just walk out as soon as I went in the hole digital theme is a nightmare for anyone not tech minded took us ages to put the qr thing in and the order thing is a shambles we just wanted a human to take our order !!!! Like who comes up with this stuff and dosent allow cash . Seen an old man come in afterwards and felt so sorry for him . Food was nice for pizza but totally overshadowed by the non person service

Finally a Pizza place that exceeds expectations for us. Very easy to order with your smartphone or you can just go up to the till. The Pizza was first class, we got 2. We also got a salad and wings. Only 1 minor issue was the wings weren’t that warm, maybe they forgot to take them out before the pizza? To be fair we didn’t say to them about it because we were enjoying the pizza so much, but the taste was still there wasn’t a big deal. Can’t wait to go back, I’m sick of going to Pizza places and it being no better than frozen, this was top drawer. Could taste the quality with every bite.

Group of 7 of us called in without booking an hour before they closed and staff and food was outstanding!!!

As a treat I brought my grandchildren to NY Urban Pizza in Lisburn and we had a really excellent experience. The staff were helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable. We found it hard to choose from the extensive pizza menu but it was well worth waiting for as the food was delicious! The children loved it so much it looks like it will be a firm favourite in the future! Thanks to all the staff for a great service.

After leaving the swimming pool my partner, myself and my 6 year old daughter where hungry and as big pizza fans and never been before and the prices where reasonable. On arrival there was multiple staff chatting at the front door upon entry the dining area was very clean and was offered a booth very quickly. This is where the good points end. We were told when we wanted to order go to the till .. as a restaurant with so many staff approximately double the customers (it was very quiet) I found it very strange to not be served by a server 🤷. When I did go to the till I was asked to call back in a min as they were 'doing something '... When she was finished she came to the table to ask me to walk to the till .... How hard is it to remember 3 pizzas and 3 drinks with a garlic bread... I had told my daughter she could pay gave her the money before we went in ... But I had to then pay instantly after I ordered. I had to then go Back to the table and alert my daughter to join me What if I wanted a 2nd drink? No napkins where served with our food and when we asked they gave 2 napkins for 3 people and said if we wanted more to go help ourselves 🤦. The food was nice if not as spicy as advertised and there was 1 staff member (young girl with tattoos) that actually seemed concerned with service and thanked us as we left . All in all we will not be back. It's either a buffet/self service or a restaurant. most of the staff are more interested in chatting than the customer.

really great experience here over the weekend, had the king of queens pizza and it was honestly the best pizza i’ve had in a long time! really cheap and the service was brilliant! had a great convo with some staff and the pride they have in the new restaurant really came across! good job guys

Nice pizzas but whoevers idea it was for the ordering system and service needs to think again. I couldn't order the pizza I would have liked because the customisation part only allows you to add toppings, not remove any. "Waitresses" wouldn't take a drink order while we were in middle of meal. What's this achieving because you've still got these girls working on the floor to bring out orders but for most of the rest of the time we were there they were standing about talking to each other. Plus it took about half an hour for our food to come out when we were just about the only customers there. Won't be back for food unless this awful customer service changes.

Visited with the kids during the holidays had a lovely lunch after a game of bowling. The service was excellent, surroundings really lovely and clean, food really good quality, enjoyed by all would definitely go back.

Lovely cosy place with plenty of parking and really clean. Staff is really professional and accommodating. Good menu, child and vegan friendly and a good variety of cold and worm drinks. The pizza was really good, looks like they invest in good quality ingredients. Again lods of option that suit classic Italian taste and American flavours like BBQ or Hawaian. Will definitely dine again here!

Went out for a bite the other day we were two couples, had bruschetta, a gorgeous garlic bread with goats cheese, lots of pizza and drinks. We wish we had bigger stomachs. The pizza was delicious, the crust was great, a bit burnt like it should be, the service was fast. We really had a great time. It is a new pizzeria but already (I think) the best pizza in Lisburn, if not one of the best in Belfast too.

Took them 30minutes for them to ask us what did we want.

Beautiful and joyful place for a dinner out with a delicious pizza and good glass. Everything exceeded all expectations from cleaning, friendly staff to excellent service of serving. Can't wait to get back next week 🙂.

Excellent spot, we took our nephews bowling and decided to book to the "Strike for Four" deal which was excellent value for money at £50 for 4 people, included 1 hour bowling with 2 share pizzas and 4 drinks (included soft drinks and option of alco pop or bottled beer for adults) served at the lane while you play. Pizzas were excellent, served as soon as we got to our lane, everything was very efficient and organised. The kids really enjoyed the bowling, we got two full games in within the hour time slot and the arcade was also a bit hit. The boys won tickets on the arcades which they exchanged for a basket ball and sweets. Overall a really lively spot, great food, friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back with friends to do one of the other bowling/food/drinks combo deals, all amazing value for a great night out.

Absolutely amazing food, great service and well priced. We had a family day out playing 10 pin bowling and then food in Blaze restaurant.

Never go back in here,staff were very rude we came in for lunch,going to spend 10-20quid each,but you need to book they said they no bookings,plus people were disabled,they didn't want to know,so Il be reporting them to,trading standards,and trip advisor and Lisburn council too,we travel to Lisburn go to bowls then lunch,it's a discrace.
