NWC Fish & Chips in Conwy

Lovely staff in there can have a laugh and joke with them

Cost me 30 quid and food ended up in the bin. Would not recommend

Service not good that’s when you can find it open the middle of june only open at week ends

Went here as we were staying on one of the caravan parks. My Nan went in and ordered, the woman who served her put gravy on one of the fish and chips which we didn’t ask for, when my Nan told her she said ‘well I’ve put it on now’ so my Nan had to pay for another fish and chips, she had already spend nearly £30 in there and the food didn’t even taste that nice, wouldn’t come here again, terrible customer service, I work in retail and would never treat a customer like that woman had treated my Nan!!

Allways had good sized portions from here and the staff were very friendly to my very heavily pregnant partner at the time I used this more than the chippy on my park

Food didn't taste bad but think having someone that looked about 10 years old writing the orders down was a joke. The only part of the order they got right was a portion of chips and a fish. We didn't get the chicken nuggets or the curry sauce but we did get a carton of grave and a pudding. Couldn't figure out what they had charged me for off the price list, it didn't match anything I ordered or recieved. Couldn't be bothered to walk back and complain just won't use again.

Order 2 meal deals and a child's meal, chips were stone cold and had tasted like they had been sat in the hot plate since this morning, sausage, chicken nuggets and pies looked like they had been there all week, dare to think where the donner kebab meat comes from as there is no gyro in site!

Had fish and chips yesterday. The fish was well overcooked, took one bite and the batter was like chewing rubber and the fish was even worse.I definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I ordered a portion of chips from this takeaway and they were quite nice. The staff are very friendly.

Need a health inspection at this place. Absolutely disgusting food. Dirty,Chef stinks of BO. Flies on the food. Avoid at all costs

Handy little chip shop and can be busy.but check you get your order correct.paid for 2 bags of chips only got one.totally wrong pies in order to what we asked.was to late to take back as was closing plus food was awful after all that
