The hotel offers an amazing choice of starter, main course and sweet for just over £10 a person. Choices even include rib eye steak. The food was hot, plentiful and delicous.

Having booked a hotel in Llandudno we decided to book our evening, meal at this establishment from 'all you can eat' menu. Our party consisted of four adults an eleven year old and a two year old. Our booking was confirmed by email. After an hour or so drive we unpacked at our hotel and made our way to Food Valley for the booked time of 6.30pm on a dark cold evening. At Food Valley we were told by the porter that there was no restaurant facilities that evening as only four guests were at the hotel. The best they could offer was to come back after an hour. Unfortunately the 'all you can eat' menu was now not available. This was unacceptable at this time of the day. We were then forced walk around the town to find an alternative restaurant. This establishment is a joke which we will never go near again.

Rather shocked that 80% of the menu was Halal - only noticed a small sign next to the items on the menu . Staff friendly and helpful to find non - halal meal. Dining room located in basement - no sea view. Food a bit like an upmarket school dinner,

The website led us to believe this was a "eat as much as you like buffet". It isn't. Having got that out of the way, once we had found out what the deal is, three course meal, unlimited salad bar and unlimited hot drinks for £10.99, we made our selection and the food was excellent. Plenty of it, properly cooked vegetables and hot plates. Good meal including drinks for under £25, can't argue with that!

The first impression was 'Omg! What's going on in here?!' The restaurant was empty. Then there was no stock (the waiter must've checked if they have some soft drinks we've ordered). But food was generally ok. It was fresh, warm and tasty. Table was cleaned regularly. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately there was no big variety of food for the international buffet. No pasta or mashed potatoes. It's definitely worth to try. The price per person is reasonable and kids under 6 eat for free.

Booked this place online as a buffet restaurant. On arrival we were hardly greeted by friendly staff and were taken downstairs to the restaurant area to be told ‘ the foods been out since 5pm, see if it looks appealing’. The food had now been out for 2 and a half hours and didn’t look appealing but we knew many places were fully booked due to it being the bank holiday weekend, so decided to grin and bare it! The quality of food was poor and dried up. We all ate very little. I still have an image in my head of shredded duck (apparently) swimming in liquid! All food on display looked disgusting. Basically we were paying £15 each to eat the scraps left over from the people staying in hotel. The plates weren’t cleared from our table and so when the kids got some dessert, which there was very little to choose from, I think there were a couple of bowls of jelly and a few plates with dried up cake on, there was no room on the table to eat. We couldn’t wait to leave! This is a hotel trying to make extra money by selling off leftover food, which is very poor quality, which is provided for their guests staying in the hotel.

Lovely food and a wide range of different foods well worth paying for something to eat there even if you don't stay there

The buffet leaflet is very much faulty advertising. I don't think I saw a leaf of salad or anything like that displayed on this leaflet. We dined at 5.30 and the restaurant was reasonably full. Reading the leaflet a international cuisine is expected. It fell short of low expectations. The cottage pie was dry. Meatballs were tasty but there was only rice, not pasta. The vegetable curry didn't look that nice and the beef stew was watery. The jacket potatoes were cut in half so became very dry. There were only 4 chips left and no roasts left and these were not replaced at all during the meal despite other customers asking. The meat - unsure what it actually was - looked both slimey and dry! Pudding seemed to have a nice selection. The creme brulee was very watery, the custard was bland so ruined the cake, the caramel pudding was too salty. The unlimited hot drinks the highlight but even the hot chocolate continued the trend of bland and watery. Only positive was that my 2 year old ate free. Wish we had gone to the takeaway instead!

Probably the worst ever buffet restaurant I have ever been to. The food was definitely not fresh as the chilli has a skin on it. The chicken korma was very much tinned and a very strange colour. The poppadoms were probably two days old as they had no crunch and were that old soggy texture. I can see why now that we were the only ones in there. The puddings were not much better. The chocolate angel delight was runny. The jelly was so hard you needed a knife to cut it and the strawberry flan was soggy. The only good this was the coffee machine. Will we go back? NO NEVER. Will we recommend it? DEFINITELY NOT. All I can say is stay away and go to the chinese buffet round the corner.

Staying next door at the Imperial and didn't want a large dinner so tried this buffet just 2 doors down. It is actually in the basement of a small hotel so we thought it was closed. You have to go into the hotel rather than the entrance marked. We were the only one in there at 6.30pm so we had it to ourselves only downside was lack of staff but the selection of food was all there. English, Chinese and Indian maily with a pizza thrown in. Deserts and starters limited but tasted good. Worth a try for a very reasonable price.

Food choice here was amazing, our first (and definitely not last) from curry to cottage pie, salads and much more. Amazing desserts, apple crumble was mmmmmm. Quality was just as good, service tip top, great atmosphere (loved the music, almost like they had stolen the cd out my car 😂) £11.99 per head, it isn't hard to find fault....it's impossible, stick a fork in me I'm done. Can't wait to go back

This was an empty restaurant when we arrived. The food was cold and dry, so we refused to pay and went somewhere else.

We stayed at the Four Saints Brig-y-Don over Christmas and we had the food from the Food Valley each day, the breakfast was plenty of choice, the Christmas dinner was lovely, there was other choices of food if you wanted, but we decided on the Christmas turkey and trimmings which was really tasty. Service was always good, Christmas Day meal there was a variety of hot food but also a buffet upstairs in the entertainment bar, fresh sandwiches, nibbles, etc. Loved the food, service and cleanliness of the hotel, well worth a visit and we will be returning in the summer.

Has to be the worst meal I have ever had! The food had been left out for hours before our arrival the so called Yorkshire puddings would of be best placed in a builders yard. The Chips I don't think had even seen a potato and a so called "sausage casserole" that look vaguely like a congealed tin of bean and hotdog sausages ! I'm afraid to say these are the good points!

We are here on coach trip. Hotel warm and staff friendly, however hotel is in need of some serious tlc. All 4 beds were so uncomfortable we all have aching backs. The restaurant is clean and bright but the food selection has been the same for every meal. And strange selections who would want cheese jacket potatoes with garlic mushroom balls with pork pie then beef roast. Chinese crackers with burgers pulled pork and Cumberland pie with chilli. The pulled pork has nothing to go with it the puds are cake every meal. It is boring food and last night I couldn't face warm pork pie with shrivelled new potatoes. Yuk

We visited the Food Valley as the Four Saints Bryg y Don is one of our favourite places and we knew it had a new owner. The food on the night was buffet style, there was soup, fish dish, shepherds pie, veg, salad, chicken, pork, chilli, rice, burgers, chips, mash, chips, boiled potatoes, beefburgers, a sweet, complimentary drink. There service was excellent, the food was delicious and you could eat as much as you wanted, value for money. Outstanding. loved it, can't wait to visit again.

Once we located the restaurant which is in the bowels of a sea front hotel we were confronted by a very odd selection of food. Having some experience of this type of buffet I was not surprised by this. Having said that, it was well cooked but did lack a few labels as it was not always obvious what dishes were and some didn't have labels. There was not much choice of sweet stuff available but you could help yourself to a hot drink from the machine. It seemed quite expensive given the lack of desserts and the whole place lacked identity. The restaurant itself seemed reminiscent of a canteen. The staff were friendly though.

Used this as we were on the Dotto train that goes round The Orme! Having said that when I visit Llandudno for a weekend I often pop in here. It's nice to support them and always a nice coffee! Great views on a nice day looking over the wall.....and always the sheep to say hello to by there!
