Excellent food and lovely iced coffee.

Wouldn't recommend. I'm not one to complain, so all the items mentioned below could have been returned, but I was hungry and didn't want to ruin the atmosphere for other people. Ordered a Pepsi with no ice and a cappuccino, unfortunately the cappuccino was a latte and the Pepsi arrived with ice. Simple mistakes and understandable. Ordered two hot sandwiches that come with a complementary soup, unfortunately the only soup they did was mushroom, we asked for others but not available. The two sandwiches were unfortunately just microwaved from frozen, so the bread was hard and flaky. Ordered the croquettes for £6 and there were only 3. All in all overpriced and disappointing. If the prices were lower I'd excuse it, but you'd get better at Wetherspoons.

I wanted to order the large breakfast but I was told I have to pay to swap any items (everywhere else I've been to doesnt have a problem with this). Ordered the eggs benedict instead with a side of beans and the portions were very small. The beans were cheap saver beans and the buns served with the eggs seemed squashed and tiny. Paid over £4.00 for a large glass of lemonade. On the plus side it looked lovely inside, the staff were good and it was a nice atmosphere. But for food quality and portion size I wouldn't come back.

Went to nuvo today, had tapas....wow It was divine, enjoyed every mouthful. Definitely will be back....thank you to all the staff.

Wow !!! Came here for the first time for breakfast and what a fantastic meal. Well worth the drive from Blackpool to Poulton. Can’t believe we’ve never been in the 10 years they have been open. Meet and greet was very welcoming and service was professional and prompt and above all the food was fantastic. Would recommend Nouvo and we have already booked to go back for lunch. First class. 👍🏼👌🏼

Cannot rate Nuvo highly enough we walked in on spec had a choice of tables and were met by very personable staff. We ordered steaks which were perfectly cooked. We had 2 double gins and a bottle of wine the total cost was way below what I expected. We are local and this is one place we have never tried before its now our first go to place. Highly recommended, thank you Nuvo and your excellent staff and a chef that makes the best Bernaisse sauce I have ever r tasted. We'll be back!

Went here on Tuesday with a friend, we sat outside as the weather was beautiful. We both had ice lattes, pancakes with berries and Nuvo Bagel was delicious. Definitely recommend and we will be back

I had the beetroot poached eggs rosti which was very nice but I had food envy over the omelette on my table. It was a beast! With a side salad to match. That's what I'll have next week...

Nice place,staff lovely, I'm my experience, there not I'm my liking much choice,there choice of meals not my cup of tea. It's more foreign than English. OK if you want to pop in for afternoon tea and cake..

Used to be a lot better when it had a decent menu. Went in for breakfast only to find it no longer on the menu.

Wouldn't bother going to this place. The owner doesn't like paying their staffs wages. I worked as a pot wash first wage I got under paid the second I didn't even receive.

Just had lunch at Cafe Nuvo with my mum and daughter. My daughter and I have coeliac disease. We had a gluten free club sandwich and an Italian spicy panini. The sandwiches were huge and they also came with a soup, again gluten free. We've learned not to expect much, being coeliac isn't easy when eating out. Our waitress Sonia was really helpful and explained what was gluten free and what wasn't and even told us how the food would be prepared which was very reassuring. Thank you to the chef, we would definitely recommend and will be back.

Wish we hadn't visited as now we are craving the amazing breakfasts every day! I had the smaller breakfast which was well priced with quality ingredients and absolutely delicious. I'm not a fan of hash browns so would prefer a potato scone as an option and would also prefer to butter my own toast as it had too much butter for me. Still 5 stars though and we will definitely be back for the food and the friendly, welcoming and efficient service.

I think my lamb skewers were overcooked and overpriced if I'm honest at £18.00 and the sea bass at £19.00 should have had a crispy skin rather than smothered with an overpowering sauce. It's a shame because the staff we saw were really friendly and good at what they did, but it's the second time in 2 years and it'll be somewhere I'll avoid in future.. shame :(

Went in looking for breakfast at lunch time. Breakfast served all day so we were in luck. Nice greeting when we walked in and shown to a nice table. One of us had a grande breakfast the other had standard. Both were good and came with nice toast. Coffee was also pretty good, would certainly recommend.

Our daughter called up for a visit so as a treat we took her to Nuvo for breakfast. She choose the vegetarian option which she absolutely enjoyed. It looked good to us none vegetarians. We have been in nuvo many times and enjoy every visit. All the staff are lovely and the food Is fab too.

We had a lovely celebration for a friend's birthday, we went for the 3 tapas and unlimited Prosecco deal: the food was delicious, our glasses were topped up regularly, the staff were friendly and helpful and the table looked very good, I am looking forward to come back and try more dishes!

First visit this morning, what a lovely warm welcome and amazing breakfast. Brought a smile to my face, looking forward to next visit.

I had a breakfast and a pot of tea. Both were very enjoyable.

Met friend for a drink, around 3.45pm. We were the only ones in. The staff were preparing for the evening around us, propping open the door, we left eventually as we were very cold. I think we chose the wrong time!

Me and some friends reserved a large table of 10 for the bottomless Prosecco evening. And it was such a great night! We each ordered 3-4 tapas dishes each. The tapas was delicious and all came out pretty much together. Which was impressive considering how many we ordered. The waiters where at hand to top up our glasses as soon as they where empty. Service was great! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Had the esteemed “best breakfast” in poulton. Service slow, however staff friendly. Food average at best, bacon cheap & salty. The French toast was sloppy too much syrup. Taste was poor. Big city prices with quality/execution that does not match. Better value options such a weatherspoons with quality that match this place. However, saving grace was good coffee. Maybe just stop here for that.

Very nice place but food is very poor had a bacon and egg toastie, egg was over done as was bacon,as I asked for bacon to be done slightly. Such a shame .

I took my friend & Mum for Lunch. Mum chose a chicken bacon & hallomi salad but asked for no dressing, no hallomi, but extra onions. The salad came & it only had 1 cherry tomato! No cucumber, a tiny amount of meat. They charged us 11.50 for the most horrific salad. Mum tried to tell the blonde waitress but she was ignored. I complained & was offered a refund. When we went in the same blonde waitress gave us attitude & suggested I needed to come back when management was in! Well I hope management do something about your attitude problem & maybe if you'd of listened to my 63 year old Mum the first time this whole situation would of been resolved. I found the waitress rude & condescending on both visits. We will not be returning

Love the tapas dishes at Nuvo. They also have some great offers. One for shoppers of the Aldi behind and a bottomless Prosecco on Fridays (2 separate sittings available) Recommend the croquettes and the garlic mushrooms 👌

Booked for my sons graduation meal because there was something on the menu for everybody it was our first time dining at the restaurant found it absolutely amazing and definitely can’t wait to return

NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE!! Nuvo looks amazing from the outside but unfortunately the food and service did not match up to it. I can forgive them for getting one of the drink orders wrong but when it's more than one mistake I started to wonder whether we should have gone somewhere else. I wanted to order the Beef Burger but they had sold out, so I ordered the chicken burger and paid extra for a side of thick cut chips but i got skinny fries instead. The burger also came with a side salad that looked and tasted like packet salad. My partner said her cocktail wasn't the best and the rice that came with her food was very bland. The food took 40 mins to arrive and Considering all the mistakes, quality of food and time it took for the food to arrive, it was certainly not worth the money and visit. The staff are nice but I don't think we will be coming back to Nuvo anytime soon.

Lunch with the "girls". I had a chicken and hallumi salad. Delicious. A friend had a Greek salad and others had soup (parsnip) and chiabetta. All were said to be delicious. Atmosphere is relaxed and service friendly but efficient.

Great service, nice surroundings lovely coffee, all very tidy. Disabled toilet.

Recently had a girls night at nuvo on Saturday 4th December for 15 people, actually booking and getting it all sorted with the reservations team was pretty easy and straight forward but that’s where it ended … when we arrived it took half an hour to get a drink for half of the table and the other half waited a good 45 minutes. 3 of the dishes didn’t even arrive and one persons main course and only course (the one person who was 30 weeks pregnant) got nothing at all, but we was reassured as compensation for her that they weren’t going to charge her for her meal (how kind) or her 2 soft drinks. We tried to order drinks that never turned up, one girl ordered a rose 6 times before she got a drink and they had also tried to charge for 6 rose’s. When I mentioned I have the messages to show the manager on the night of amendments made and what should have come out her response was “I don’t deal with reservations so that’s nothing to do with me” very professional! She also blamed the the poor teenage girl who was the runner on the night when all she as doing was trying to get us drinks and food, I’m assuming the manager isn’t much of a team player seens as the responsibility ends with the manager. When the bill came we where charged for the meals that didn’t come (bar the main course for the pregnant lady) and a couple extras that where never even ordered. An automatic service charge which was refused considering all we had to deal with was a shirty manager and constant struggle of getting the meals right and even getting a drink. I won’t be returning or recommending and I don’t imagine the other 14 girls will be either! If you want to go out for a meal for a decent amount of you go somewhere bigger that can deal with the demand

We visited Nuvo Poulton for the first time for breakfast . It was perfectly cooked , really tasty products , especially the sausage . We have been in the area 4 mths and have visited numerous places for breakfast . Nuvo Poulton is the best . Definitely will return . Tapas next though . Carole & Eric Wood .

Went for breakfast the day after our wedding, first time here, fantastic service and food, would definitely recommend.

Some of the worst service i’ve ever encountered. Had to go to bar and ask several times for drinks, cutlery etc as staff completely ignore you. 45 minute wait between courses when the place wasn’t busy. Had the food bill at 50% off due to the place being so poor. Never again….
