My husband and I popped into Ooh La La for breakfast and were not disappointed. The service was great, the food was delicious and we will be back.

I experienced an ignorant behavior today, I could hardly control myself. This business opened a new location on the street I am in and I go there as a regular customer and I decided to go with my family. We have 2 male autistic children. The owner of this place said to me, when we enter, look after your children so that the customers are not disturbed. What would you do if you were in my shoes? What do you think about this business?

Really enjoyed coming here. They have gluten free buns for the burgers which were delicious! Glad to have a local spot that serves gluten free options. Also, the venue is beautiful and spacious. The staff are friendly too. We will definitely be coming back.

Nice spot, The decor is great and has a calm atmosphere, very accessible. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. quick service didn’t wait long and staff were very attentive.

Decent coffee, if you know the quality you’re looking for. Can I just say, I really like the service, and faces I see in here, always genuine, and welcoming. I recommend their food too, and their freshly squeezed juices are just what I need sometimes!

Lovely new restaurant in the area. Amazing food and customer service. The staff are always so welcoming and lovely. It’s only downfall is that it’s not open later in the evening as it would be a perfect dinner spot!

Food was good and portions generous. I had the lamb chops which were lovely but I would have loved some green veg on the side. I think that was missing. Service was ok, the place was quiet and all in all we had a lovely time. The freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. I'll try apple next time!

Today, 23/9/24 at 10:00am I happened to be in the area I grew up in (I moved to south London a year and a half ago) I saw Oh lala on my local high street while visiting. I was surprised to see such a lovely place in Enfield. I went in to look around, look at the menu and buy a coffee. While there I also quickly used the bathroom and waiting for my bus outside of the rain. You had two tables so that would not have been an inconvenience to your team. However the staff thought I had gone as I was sitting in front of the coffee machine. Not realising I was in ear shot (all 3 staff) were taking about me saying I’d only come to use the bathroom and laughing. As I quickly did while there. I may have come back there with my friends for my birthday in December but I won’t now. I won’t ever visit again. And I’ll tell my friends and family not to bother too if they ask my thoughts. Having worked in sales, hospitality and having managed restaurants for 19 years, may I suggest management and owners retrain their staff on sales and customer service skills. That was an excellent opportunity to gain new clients as I looked around and at the menu and asked questions about the new place. Instead your staff just missed the opportunity and slagged me off. Or better still - hire some new staff with some skills, maturity and manners. Andrea

This place was ok. Food was reasonably, portion size was good. Staff were nice..the only reason I have 3 stars was because my daughter didn't like the smoothie, I also tasted it, and it was fine, but unfortunately my daughters delicate stomach disagreed.

Although not open yet in the evenings the breakfast menu was amazing from a full English to a full Turkish with numerous drink options. Well presented with great taste.

A great place to have a snack with friends or by yourself. The interior has a vibrant atmosphere and is well decorated. The staff are really accommodating too and offered us a sweet treat to ice-cream after the paid meal.

I love coming here! The staff are always welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. The decor is lovely, it’s really pretty inside and the food is presented beautifully. I would highly recommend the raspberry ice tea which is handmade and you can’t go wrong with the sharing starters, the kisir is delicious! The hot chocolate brownie with ice cream was divine😍😍

Unbelievable, from the food to the outstanding scenery inside of the cafe making not only your experience better but the vibe so relaxed and boujee. The price for the food on the menu is SO cheap compared to how it tastes! The crispiness on the sigara böreği and the whole entire table of food was out of this world. It makes me want to come agian tommorow! I couldn’t be more happy with the service i got, treated with respect and they made me laugh a lot while i was ordering my food, very nice people and family friendly. Overall, the whole experience of Ooh La La was a 11/10, definitely coming back for another exquisite breakfast.

The BEST breakfast spot. Honestly I love their food (especially their Mediterranean breakfast for one), I come here 3 times a week. Always feel welcomed - they have the best coffee too.

This brunch spot has recently opened in my area, the food was nice and the staff were lovely. Eren served us and he was kind and attentive.

This is the second time we’ve eaten at Ooh lala. The staff are very polite and attentive, especially with the kids. They provide colouring and pencils for them. The restaurant is very clean and well presented, a great addition for the area. Their milkshakes are huge and taste great. This time we had the Mediterranean breakfast for 2 and menemen alongside chips. It was more than enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. They even gave us complimentary ice cream. Halal options are available, when asked the staff assured us this is cooked separately which is important to us. It’s a lovely place to go for a special treat.

I can honestly say this place is so lovely the food is amazing and very high quality for amount you pay the cocktails beautiful also kid friendly my children thoroughly enjoyed it .The staff are so friendly and helpful . Be lovely for a family meal, meeting up with friends ,birthday meal.

Went for lunch with my mum and the place is absolutely beautiful, definitely brightens up the street. We had late brunch which was super tasty; I ate eggs florentine on brioche bread, delicious. The presentation was great too. The people working were really kind and even gave us some free ice cream in a small cup. They mentioned that they’re beginning to open much later than their usual 5pm (till 10pm Friday through to Sunday) Thanks a lot! We will definitely be returning!

First time here. And don't usually leave reviews, but this one made me!. Amazing decor of the place. Not your usual in Enfield. The staff were really friendly. Brilliant tasting coffee. Even got offered free ice cream by Shey!. I definitely will recommend it.

Awful manager dont come here ever waited 38 mins for a drink found a cockcroach in the rice when i complained the manager said youre african cockroaches are nothing be grateful

Although I live in east London I have travelled to this restaurant twice before(both times the restaurant was near enough completely empty), the food and staff were great unfortunately family has been put off returning due to management fee changes, we attempted to book a table for 17 people however we was informed that a refundable £50 was needed to book the table which was fine, but the tactic they have implemented; that if we were not all out of the restaurant within 2.5 hours (which was later extended to 3 hours) we would be charged a non refundable £50. We never intended to stay so long anyway but the fact we was informed of this became a bit of a spoiler on the occasion. Rather than look after the customers they have, the management have become set on trying to be greedy.. none of us are Somali but love the culture and cuisine and we have now had our experience dampened and unfortunately have been put off returning to this restaurant. I explained we have a few kids with special needs who eat a lot slower but they weren’t phased. It’s a shame as I persuaded my family about this place but now none want to return due to feeling exploited for their custom. I do hope they review this aggressive tactic to making more money.

Food was good except the lamb stew which lacked flavour, it was empty when we went but still decent in there. Will defo go back purely for the lamb chops which was delicious.

This place was a lovely surprise and we are so glad we braved it and will definately be back. All the food was cooked fresh to order- even the rice and salad. The rice was simply heavenly without all the butter and oil which you tend to find elsewhere but at the same time flavoursome. The grilled lamb was seasoned divinely. (Although ask for a steak knife) The masala chips were lovely as others have said -if you like sweet chilli. The samosas were homemade with filopastry and were again really tasty...and definately something we will reorder. The highlight of our meal was the lamb wrap - homemade wrap bread. It was absolutely 💯 perfect. Simply divine. A wrap is simply not a wrap here and it shows so if you do visit, give it a go! The homemade chilli and yogurt sauce was great and added a different dimension in terms of flavour, although to be honest the food was simply just tasty without it. The menu was great. They offer a set menu which is excellent value for money as well as sharing platters. The service was great. Venue was immaculate. I hope you will be pleasantly surprised as we were!

Delicious food, great portion sizes, well priced, excellent service and great that a restaurant has 2 sinks in the dining room to wash hands before digging in to a delicious meal. Would highly recommend and would certainly return.

Relaxed environment. A regular and treated with welcoming smile and conversation. Food us excellently cooked and very tasty. Tastes real authentic. Only downside is that it's slightly more expensive. Nevertheless, it's a treat not to miss.

Please note place is closed every Tuesday, food fantastic and delicious 😋

I absolutely love this place, the food never ever disappoints me or my family and I've been going to this restraunt for years. The service is great, the cleanliness is great. Everything is just great. I always order hanif with rice and it's always on point.

Very discriminative restaurant. This is the second time we’ve been denied food. Both times we waited for lamb and rice only to be told the lamb is not available. Right now before we ordered, we literally double and triple checked with the restaurant staff if the lamb and rice dish is available and they confirmed confidently it was, now we just left after being told only one of us can have lamb and rice as there’s only one available when we ordered two over 20mins ago. The other staff literally confirmed with us that there are multiple servings available. I would order the restaurants other menus but half of the leaflet you can’t understand what dish is what. And my experience with the restaurants other dishes have been terrible. Also if you’re wondering why we’re denied our order it’s because they’re receiving orders through ubereats and rather than cancelling their order they choose to cancel ours.

Food absolutely fantastic. Lamb chops😋, soup, masala chips, delicious. Pineapple chicken so nyyyyyce. The food is cooked from scratch, no left overs from the day before and cheap in comparison to other local restaurants. The people are so friendly, yet professional and so polite. The restaurant offers a delicate ambiance suitable for celebratory dinners with family and friends, is super clean and conveniently located; offering a variety of dishes to suit all pallets. If your single you can eat out everyday and it won’t break the bank. They offer takeaway too. Just try it and you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how nice it tastes.
