After some shopping on Eccleshall Road and Sharrow Vale we popped into Nue Cafe and Deli. We were interested to visit as our son is gluten free. We had a lovely welcome, the coffee was superb as was the biscuit. We will call in again.

Ate here today with a coeliac friend who was over the moon at having such a wide range of options to choose from - she ordered a few extras to take home! Food was amazing, very fresh ingredients and very tasty. You couldn’t really tell many of the dishes were gluten free. Will definitely come back again!

Came for lunch - a Sardinian dish made from layers of thin Sardinian bread and a lamb and tomato sauce, topped with pecorino cheese and a poached egg. Delicious! Had a wonderful nutella doughnut for pudding. My first one since being diagnosed as a coeliac over a quarter of a century ago!! The staff are warm and welcoming and really care that you like their food. I'll be back...

Tigs was a last minute discovery when I was in Sheffield Centre waiting for a train. Just behind the Cathedral, Tigs offered a friendly welcome, excellent coffee and perfect bagels. The cakes looked good too and there were plentiful vegan options. The helpings were good value, with generous portions and interesting toppings.

The most incredible bit of toast I’ve ever had. Head chef Rachel clearly has a talent for toast, I will be back! Thank you for a lovely welcoming experience, great vibe 10/10

Visited Nura mid morning and sampled a savoury croissant and Jordanian date tart accompanied with a mulled wine tea - heavenly! Great value for money but more than that, the atmosphere and cultural vibe created somewhere different than the standard norm of regular high street chains. A dresser full of blended teas are their specialty, put together by the friendly staff on site. The upstairs cosy seating area offers a great space for community events or quiet study. Loved it!
