Nourish in Cardiff

Had a wonderful salad bowl, the flavours were spot on. Probably one of the tastiest salads I've ever had, super filling and nutritious. Well done ladies!! 👏

One of the best places in Cardiff to go for a salad and a smoothie! Everything is fresh and made to order. The salad was super tasty. Nourish also have a loyalty card. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would really recommend nourish for a healthy lunch. For those visiting if there’s not street parking available then there is a car park at the end of the street. The parking is free for a certain time period (enough time to stop for a bite to eat!) but you do need to go to the pay and display to register your car.

My first vist today - definitely won't be the last. We all had deliciously healthy, super fresh and super tasty salads. Youve gained 3 new fans today Nourish!

Beautiful food and lovely staff! Working in a hospital in a busy department means I skip breakfast everyday and sometimes even lunch. I drove past the shop early morning and thought I would treat myself to this gem! Lots of flavors and I know this will fill me up. Will definitely be returning again.

The food was good! But I think the salad should include one protein in the salad price, not as an extra. That’s saving me from putting 5 stars! Maybe think about it as this is what competitors are doing. At the moment I can get a protein included salad in the centre of town for cheaper by at least £1. Food was tasty and the people working there are lovely.

Bought my breakfast and lunch from here on quite a few occasions and can confidently and honestly say… it’s simply beautiful!!! Everything is clearly fresh and top quality! Best thing is, there are plenty of foods and smoothies to chose from and service is absolutely brilliant!
