Eggs not cooked and still raw and toast was almost completely burnt. Bacon full of fat when asked for it to be removed was honestly shocked at the food they allowed to leave the kitchen. Just eat have been sent photos so they can issue a refund.

Great menu, friendly staff and fantastic quality food. I got a double 8oz cheeseburger this visit and it was honest to God the best burger I've ever had (and I love a good burger). It's great that there is such a wide variety of dishes available (burritos, rice boxes, desserts etc) so I can order from here whatever my mood and know I will get a delicious meal. If you want to see what the reviews are really like have a look on Facebook as they are all glowing. Keep it up Norris Grill :)

We ordered from noris grill last night for the first time, their burgers are amazing. Highly recommended and definitely going to be visiting again.

Ordered online 18.15, email received stating delivery 19.52, chased at store 19.00 to be told it’s leaving soon, arrived 19.35 order received was wrong as well, called to say this and I had the correct food delivered in 25 mins??? Delivery driver very polite and apologetic, shop staff are not interested. Staff explained it’s the website that’s wrong and they have tried to fix it. They’re always having this issue! They only received the order at 19.50. The address on the website is wrong the shop is no longer in Thelwall.
