Always consistent with food. Great flavours, cooked to perfection, and tasty. Always get a mixed grill for the combination and the free soup is delicious. Free nans are a bonus too. 10/10 for me.

very bad costomer service i lost my order and the not help me to get refund

I dine in today with my friends and the serving guy literally throwed the naans on the table, i raised a question about this but the lady with the makeup and big eyes she is not supportive to the customers and yelling first thing train your staff how to handle the situation you can’t solve by simply yelling.

It was good nothing crazy but it was okay on price and very tasty, I ordered the lamb and with the sauces it's very nice, and was served alongside a lentil soup which was also decent.

I used to love eating from Norooz and their food is delicious but now I don't like it at all and their food is not cooked well enough and their service is bad

Bad customer services, Just they delivered food on your table and then dont ask about any other services or any thing if I need. I have very bad experience there always

I've eaten at a lot of kurdish restaurants across Sheffield - although a good addition to London Road, the service from the staff here make me want to forego the delicious food. In particular, the lady who is at the counter (full face of makeup/dark eyes- name Nazlee) has the stinkiest attitude I've seen in a while. As I walked in, I saw her yell quite loudly at a single man who had sat down without notifying the staff. All heads turned at her tone, in which she patronisingly told him he couldn't be served until he'd told her he had sat. Unsurprisingly, he got up and left. That aside, the food itself is quite nice - tender chicken, salad with the meals, but no complimentary water bottles...which you'd get at the Kurdish places in Spital Hill and Abbeydale Road. Seating itself is quite tight and cramped, especially when busy. All in all, save yourself the stress on a Saturday night and go somewhere that you'd get better customer service for the same quality of food.

small and busy unit in Sheffield. Recommended by our hotel receptionist for good quality food. Ambiance is of less importance when they can serve good quality traditional middle eastern Kurdish Turkish food. Book early so you don’t have to wait. Our waiter accommodated us promptly and cleaned the table.Owner Nazli came to check on us. We had personalised service. Food was excellent. We had shared a family platter. turned out to efficiently economical too. Go there is in town for nice and prompt service with excellent food.

As a second gen Irooni ordering out I was disappointed by the rice (no saffron, could do with more butter) and koobideh (not like any I’ve tasted before, possibly undercooked, and no sumac provided). Having said that the bread and baklava were exceptionally good and provided in decent quantities.

Wrong sauce, I left a note requesting garlic and my food came with chilli sauce. Poor delivery service, both lifts were being used so I took the stairs, when I got outside the building the driver was impatient gesticulating... and at a certain distance, as he got confused with the building door numbers plate.

Food is good but the staff is arrogant and makes faces if you ask for something in between. I think it’s cheap, that’s why they are mostly get customers. Zero on the name of customer service. Turkish restaurants at spital hill area have better service and staff.

This place has become awful over time! Such a bad service - I am not sure what is the problem with staff: underpaid, untrained, rude. After their service we don’t even want to eat our food. Same waiter swipe the floor and without washing hand, they take ages to bring food forget about food for soup as well we have to remind them three times.

This place has been open for a very long time, but only today I had time, and I fancied a shaworma after a haircut at the London road barber shop wile the car had an mot at the fastfit behind the Norooz. The food was very good, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere was great. The soup and the nan bread were on the house. Great price for all you can see on the table, just £10. 👌

Every time I buy from this place all ok not the best but this time was absolutely terrible I’ve had one piece of meat not much rice compared to the other time that I buy and that one piece of meat wasn’t cooked it was hard as the salad was old I think this was my last time

I visited Sheffield for the day and ended up here. So glad i did! From the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything was brilliant. Food came so quickly and fresh. Ordered quite a bit and I would say it was so cheap for what we got!! Expected it to be a lot more. The food was all beautifully made would definitely recommend. Very happy members of staff, friendly.

It was my first time at this restaurant. The minced lamb meat was initially tasty, but as I got to the middle, it tasted funny, almost raw. In the third photo, you couldn't see it because of the ambient lighting, but when I used the flash, it was clear that the meat was still pink inside. Unacceptable. I spoke to the owner about the issue with the meat, and she mentioned that I should have requested it to be well done and cooked before ordering. She also said that some customers like it very raw. I'm disappointed with this place - who eats their minced lamb raw, especially when it's pink?

Like usual it's a great experience with mouthwatering food. All the meat is on point cooked to perfection and always consistent 👌🏻. Really nice daal (lentil) soup at the beginning is perfect also. 1 of a few places I give a 5*. Defo recommend

Rubbish staff, been waiting for sub 30 mins they brought to someone just came to restaurant, i asked them why you don’t bring to us they said he ordered online , guys anyone order sub online? ??

Very rude behaviour from the staff. I had ordered food using deliveroo service and they accepted my order. After few minutes they call and tell me that they don't have the item available and wanted me to go for other options. I contacted deliveroo to see if I can cancel my order, they checked with store and confirmed they are ok to cancel, but I will be losing my voucher applied on the order. Order was still on and I tried to call store, the moment they picked up lady on the other end as not listening to what I was saying and saying we have cancelled the order, as deliveroo contacted and confirmed. She did not have a clue of what was going on. The way she spoke, I felt like I had done something wrong by ordering food from them . Lack of respect and very rude attitude . I would never even think of dealing with this business .

My and my husband called in as we both fancied something to eat after a long day at work. We both opted for a mixed shawarma wrap as we were going to eat as we walked home, we were a bit dubious as the price seemed too good to be true £3.50 for each wrap......where can you get 2 meals for £7 these days!!! Our doubts were unfounded. They quality of the food was amazing, the meat was so flavourful and there was a good amount in each wrap. The bread was fresh and so tasty. We could have gone back and got another one each and not because there wasn't enough to eat because there really was. The staff were really friendly too, but also respectful and didn't try and constantly chat to us, which sometimes puts us off a place. We will definitely be back to try more food as they offer a sit down service too so you can eat in.

If you like this kind of food, and it's obvious from the pics and descriptions what kind of food they do, then you shouldn't be disappointed with this place. When I first tried it I was used to having supermarket meal deals for my lunch. Then I was treated to lunch at this place. Can you imagine the feeling of elevation? Blown right off my socks were. Took me ages to find them again, such was the force of the blast. My socks I mean. I ordered the Narooz Special and it filled me right up. Well done to all involved in running it.

Food was amazing, so lovely to eat , the flavors complemented each other well, the staff and the atmosphere were turkey amazing! Definitely a hidden little gem in the heart of the city, could not recommend more and will be going back ❤️

I have been here many, many times. Take-out is awesome, but if you want the real experience then you need to eat inside. Amazing food and in my opinion one of the best places in South Yorkshire. The food is really affordable. The staff are very welcoming and super friendly. Love this place!!!

The worst place in Sheffield, staffs are acting like we are dying for food thats why we are going there , especially there is an old man with a big necklace, he doesn’t even know how to treat the customers, there are many other restaurants in London Road so I recommend for everyone to not going there , and if anyone goes to there you will see them bad service.

The lady waitress has always got attitude and when I went in and said hello to ask her a question she gave me a look and walked away. Food is expensive compared to other places who do the same food but better. Overhyped. Staff are always moody. Not welcoming at all.

Great tasting food, overall good quality

Had minced lamb, and chicken tikka kebab. Cooked over charcoal, one of the best kebabs I've had. Came with plenty of fresh cooked naan, a bowl of lentil soup. Delicious, plentiful and very reasonably priced. 100% recommend. Was busy, lots of families eating, but food came out very quickly. Edit Visited again and 100% was as good as first time. Will be back again

Fantastic meal. We were visiting family in Sheffield and were lucky that the staff managed to sit us at short notice. The service was very speedy. The complimentary soup was lovely, spicy and warming, and not too much. Our meals were very generous, and tasted great. We were all full and very happy by the end. We will definitely be back.

It's an average place for Kurdish and persian food. We visited with family. Food was just OK. But prices are cheap as well.

This is a busy place , especially in the evening time, we had to wait for a table, the first time that we went, because we hadn't booked in advance, but it was worth the wait. The food ( charcoal grilled and barbecued) was very well presented, tasty and not too spicy . The staff were very decent and genuine. A warm and friendly family friendly atmosphere. The pricing is very affordable. Complimentary soup is a very nice welcoming touch. There is no extra charge for salad or naan with the dinner. A genuinely decent place that makes you feel welcome and doesn't rip you off with hidden extras, like inflated priced soft drinks etc.

The status was only displaying that the driver was at the restaurant and then all of a sudden he called to say he had arrived. The bag looked like it had been dropped, everything was mixed up, open and bashed. I asked why it looked like that, the driver said he didn’t know. The food was also freezing cold. Really disappointing

Lately, the restaurant owner increased prices, which isn't welcomed by customers. Despite this, the food remains of high quality and delicious. I suggest the owner reconsider the pricing of the meals.

It's good, one of the go to shrwama places on London road

Noroox I recently dined at Noroox and, unfortunately, my experience with their customer service left much to be desired. Despite multiple attempts to get their attention, I felt consistently ignored by the staff. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and unresponsive, which created a frustrating dining experience. It’s disappointing when a restaurant neglects the basic courtesy of acknowledging customers. On a positive note, the food quality was satisfactory, and the ambiance was pleasant. However, the lack of attention from the staff overshadowed these aspects. I hope Noroox takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the issues with their service. Improved communication and attentiveness would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.

We went here with another family including 6 kids found the staff to be ok not overly polite but ok but at the end of the meal instead of binning we thought we would get boxed up as I hate wastage guy charged us for a plastic box think considering we had spent over £60 he could have given a plastic box also the lamb was chewy to the point I couldn’t eat it way too chewy

Missed order notes and chips missing

Really good Kurdish food. A lot of things on the menu had Iranian names (kebab-wise) but I’d say it was probably more Kurdish than your traditional Iranian kebab (for those looking for Iranian food, it isn’t) but equally really good food. All very fresh though and home made. Quick service and very friendly staff. Great value too! So much food for the super low price! Definitely will be going again!

I went here on the 13th of January for my niece 16th birthday with all the family first time and I will be going again really nice place and the food was amazing and the people they were so friendly and it is not that expensive we were all so happy with the food you get a lot for your money u love this place

I’ve experienced the disappointment of receiving completely cold food for the second time. While I understand the weather can be a factor, I suggest using better insulation for future deliveries to keep the food warm. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.
