Noor Takeaway in Bournemouth

Popped in on our way home from work, heard great things about the place. Food was terrible, service was apalling and prices are a joke!! Ordered 2 x wraps....couldn't even chew them the pitta (supposed to be a wrap btw) was SO hard. Doner meat was cold, chicken doner also cold. Threw them in the bin!!Bloke behind the counter looked like he wanted to kill us let alone serve us! Will never go back, save your money people.

RUBBISH. Won't go back. Chips tasted and smelt of onion rings, donner meat was chopped up into little bits and put in a pan to reheat, guess I had the leftovers from yesterday and the peppers were soft, no bite to them, salad seen better days, had naan instead of pitta, out of a packet and reheated, they make fresh bread in Charminster with your kebab, so much nicer. Wish I had gone to my local in charminster but they were so busy I'd thought I'd try Noors due to the reviews, wish I'd just waited. Large donner and chips nearly £12. Cash only. No wonder I was the only one in their. I don't understand the other reviews, went straight in the bin.

Have been going here for years and byfar the best kebab shop around. Also, a bonus they do falafal wraps for my veggie wife. Although sadly, over recent months, the prices have been going up, and the portion sizes are going down! I have a mixed large kebab, which has always been a struggle to get through, but the last few have been very disappointing in the quantity. Quality and taste are still fantastic though. And they only take cash, which makes getting a takeaway a faff having to go to a cash point first.

Great place to get a kebab, service is quick use it about once a month as a treat not overly pricey.

We had a really good experience at Noor Takeaway, food was cooked fast and was still hot by the time we arrived home.

We ordered a mixed large kebab. It was made into a big wrap, which made it less messy to eat. Nice touch!

The best kebab I have ever had. Comes on a naan. Chilli sauce is amazing. I've lived all over the world but I always come back here.

THE BEST KABAB EVER!!! So much so we don't mind planning our night around collecting as unfortunately they no longer deliver, love the fact they are only cash , cash is King!!! Lovely friendly staff.... The only downfall is they are not right next door to me. Well done guys

Have been here multiple times absolutely love it here. Have never had a bad meal. Have moved away from the local area and we still always drive to get our food here as never had anything come close. Really well price and all staff members are always friendly and welcoming

Just got chicken, rice, salad and bread for £13. The chicken was a little dry and charred (cut too small to aid quick cooking). The rice was ok. Lacked a little flavour. Also a little dry. Salad was fresh, but the yogurt sauce was wasn't amazingly appetising. Flat bread was dry and powdery. Portion wasn't great for £13. I wouldn't revisit.

The food is great here. Chicken shish for the win. Not sure how you can have medium as the smallest dish though. Unfortunately though, despite the nice food I won't be eating there again as they have stopped taking cards. Cash only now. I had to drive home to get cash. Who doesn't do contactless in 2023?

We ordered food from Noor and it was great .The staff were friendly , the service was quick, their menu has a variety of choices ,the food was tasty , the portions were good and filling , the prices were on the budget specially for a family of five, kids were happy with their meals and also there is a free parking available by the shop door step . Definitely going there again.

Absolute disgrace! I have never known a medium mix kebab that contains more salad than meat/chicken, and they have recently put their prices up! Was it tasty? I couldn't really tell because the majority was salad but the piddly morsel of chicken that was present kind of had no taste or flavour at all. I had to go home after and cook some more food because I was still hungry. I suggest SMILE GRILL in Charminster...you will finish full and the kebabs are so juicy and flavoursome. Avoid this rip off in today's current climate £££

I had a donner large which comes in a wrap £7.20 Ive had a lot better in quantity and quality, still hungry afterwards.

Have just tried Noor for the first time & I ordered a chicken meat burger thinking it would be a chicken breast burger. It was chicken doner meat that didn't resemble chicken in any way, shape or form! I gave it to my dog but she refused to eat it so it's in the bin! I will return to the wonderful Godfather in future.

Food and service are good. But the staff got no clue on the portions as they vary depending on who is serving. There should some set standards on the portions when you a serve a Large doner Vs extra large doner. Please train your staff for consistency.

It’s always our favourite takeaway shop, tasty food, good portions, variety of food for adults and children , quick and friendly service and staff with a free parking.

Went there for late dinner, I really wanted kebab for dinner. Got the lamb donner with loads of garlic yogurt sauce for the wife and she really liked it (Note: It is hard for her to try something new). I did get the xlrg mixed kebab with everything on it, I really liked it, the meat was tender and very tasty. Overall worth going there and will definitely go there again. Also the staff there are really nice!

The wraps are great and they taste supremely fresh. Though I feel that the quantity of meat is lesser than that of salad. The salad is fresh and the chips were good. Not quite a big fan of their pizza’s found it a little bland. But would recommend the burgers and the wraps for sure. Fresh and great tasting food.

He estado usando esta comida para llevar durante años, nunca me ha decepcionado, a veces tienes que esperar, ya que se llena de gente y es tan popular para los kebabs, fish and chips, pizza y más. Está tan limpio detrás de escena como en el frente. Buen personal, excelente comida siempre fresca, el estacionamiento cerca de la tienda no puede fallar en la comida para llevar.

Nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar a que el pollo se preparara durante 15 a 20 minutos, así que dijimos que no había problema. Después de media hora de espera cuando pensamos que finalmente nos iban a servir, han decidido usar pollo que esperamos a un mate que llegó después de nosotros y ordenó x 4 doners. Así que tuvimos que esperar otros 20 minutos para que el pollo estuviera listo. Cuando finalmente empezaron a servirnos, mezclaron el pedido x 3 veces y empezaron a discutir delante de nosotros.En general, la comida era buena, pero tuvimos que esperar más de 45 minutos. Definitivamente necesita estar mejor organizado

Tengo que decir que después de comerme los rollitos de kebab aquí, me echó a perder un kebab en cualquier otro lugar. El favor, las opciones de ensaladas súper frescas, la carne no es grasosa y está cocida como a mí me gusta. Extraño tanto este lugar ahora que me mudé a Oxford, Oxford, no sé qué kebab es, la ensalada es cuestionable y la carne no es apta para un perro. Puedo verme conduciendo de regreso a Bournemouth solo por otro de estos. Solo importa la salsa fría, me encanta, pero te hará arder la boca

This has to be the cleanest kebab shop in Dorset its spotless no wonder they have 5 star food hygiene rating. There staff there are all nice friendly and helpful to and the food is lovely.

He estado viniendo a esta tienda de kebab desde 2010. . . ¡Ahora vive en Verwood pero sigue viajando ya que no hay otros como él! Los kebabs de cordero son increíbles y la ensalada es muy fresca, y el personal es de lejos el más amable. ! Definitivamente merece todas las 5 * críticas que están recibiendo y vale la pena una visita. ! ! !

Enjoyed an amazing kebab at lunchtime today! The premises are immaculate! Had a donna kebab in nan bread which was delicious! Very attentive staff and portion was very generous! (Medium kebab). Highly recommended and definitely the best kebab in Bournemouth!!

En realidad estoy en Bournemouth más de 6 años y la semana pasada encontré esta tienda de kebab a través de un asesor de viajes. Comprado Donante de pollo y kebabs de pollo, es delicioso y completamente diferente de todas las demás tiendas de kebabs en todo Dorset, diría. Si eres un fanático del kebab y en Bournemouth no debes perderte este restaurante para llevar. El personal es agradable y el restaurante está limpio. El estacionamiento es gratuito durante media hora por Castle Lane Road o incluso por las calles interiores.

300 miles from home, I was enticed by the great reviews this places gets on TripAdvisor. It’s reviews are well-deserved. Falafel kebab highly recommended, though chicken was great too. The guys serving clearly are passionate about their kebabs which are ‘constructed’ on a tray in front of you. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding. This is without doubt one of the best kebabs I’ve ever had and I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment.

Realmente no tengo idea de cómo alguien podría clasificar este lugar como de menos de 5 estrellas. Está muy limpio, el personal es amable y la mejor envoltura de pollo que tendrás. Yo recomendaría a Noor a cualquiera. También está disponible aquí la salsa man v chilli si te atreves.

Noor is the best take away i have ever been to, having traveled extensively all around the world. The cleanliness is apparent, the food is so fresh. Nothing tastes of grease as the oil is changed daily. Fish & chips, the doner kebabs & their burgers are to die for. Wouldn't go anywhere else and very friendly staff.

After a really bad experience at another kebab house I discovered Noor. What a great experience, excellent staff, service and most importantly food. I would thoroughly recommend and I am very fussy about food.

I have been using NOOR for about 10 years. They are always friendly. There kebabs are amazing in my opinion the best in bournemouth. The burgers are great too. they do pizza fish and chips etc. All in all a brilliant take away.

I have used Noor quite a few times now and always found it to be very clean, the food is well presented and quite a lot of choice.For anyone thinking of using Noor, it is a takeaway and not a restaurant to sit and eat in.

I always come here everyone who works here is smiley, polite and chatty. I've been coming here for almost two years now and have never had a problem or a mixed up order (unlike most takeaway places I've been too). Noor stands head and shoulders above the rest in a hugely competitive fast food market. Just down the road from Pizza Hut one way and Nandos the other, this place is spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely. My meal of choice is the large Doner which comes rolled like a burrito rather than the more conventional pitta pocket, which makes for a far less messy dining experience. Kebabs don't have to be greasy and I reckon these have got to be the 'healthy choice' option! Chips are nice too, but beware the chilli sauce, it bites!
