Had the beef chow mein, egg fried rice and chicken in satay sauce. The chicken satay had a lovely taste however would have been better with more chicken and the rice was perfect. My beef chow mein on the other hand, tasted like someone had emptied an ash tray into it. Not only that, it smelt like stale cigarettes too! Has put me off ordering from noble house despite having good experiences previously.

Went to celebrate their new year . Was so gutted the special house chow mein was awful, no flavour at all. Very over salted. The honey ribs were terrible as well. The chow mein was lovely. The kids enjoyed it.

Ordered for delivery and only once I’d paid, did it show an hour and a half delivery slot so called to request to collect. I’d left clear instruction to omit certain items and then hence I arrived the lady double checked what I’d asked to be omitted. Waited another 10 minutes before order was ready and d left. Got home and opened the bag to find that everything that I’d asked to be left out, was included along with a meat that looked just like tiny cubes of spam! Immediately called and was told that a new order would be cooked and sent to us straight away. 40 mins later the replacement still hadn’t been delivered so I called again and asked for a refund. Will be going back to our usual Chinese in future which unfortunately is temporarily closed, I genuinely don’t know how this place has got such good reviews, the mouthful of food I did manage was like eating a spoonful of salt, simply awful

Disappointing overall…ordered prawn toast special curry and chips Chips really good as was prawn toast but curry was lacking any ingredients…small amount of chicken three pieces of beef …no prawns or pork. I know times are difficult for Business but if you want customers to return you need to offer better than that

We had a takeaway last night and I think it was the worst Chinese meal we’ve ever eaten. The food was dried out, tasteless, even the rice was stodgy and stuck together in lumps. Really hate complaining but have contacted the restaurant today as the meal was simply disgusting. Not sure what’s happened to Noble House, sadly we won’t be using them again.

Last few times we've had hairs in our food which is absolutely Disgusting. I wrote to the restaurant on there online chat to complain and got no response. Won't ever be going here again.

The food has gone downhill, I made a complaint because the food was over cooked and the thai green curry was brown and the lady on the phone was so rude! Never buying again! If you run a takeaway but can’t accept when you get it wrong don’t run a business.

Ordered delivery, turned up an hour earlier than ordered. Stone cold, virtually inedible. Chicken was so tough. Very bad quality food. We will not be ordering from there again

Although its a 20 mile trip to and fro from my place, I have been visiting Noble House frequently this year for take away. Never disappointed with my orders. I would highly recommend their Malaysian fired rice and if you like it spicy just request for extra chili. Its definitely value for money !

We are staying in Weston & looked at take aways in our area & come across Noble Chinese. We ordered on line at 4.30pm & collection at 6pm, it is a busy take away, so pleased we pre-ordered, the food was ready spot on time. The food was excellent, all very hot, the food was all very fresh & tasty I would recommend the chicken chow mein Thank you very much & would recommend to all

Just had a takeout delivered (18.15)and I must admit I did ring and ordered this at lunchtime, as to be honest if I’d waited until they’d opened in the evening the wait time is long. Delivered nice and hot and very tasty, it’s got to be the best Chinese food in the area.

We live in London but visit friends in Weston. This is an amazing restaurant. Wonderful food and very friendly staff. Love it 😍

Used to visit often for dining and take away, now the food is average at best, chips were not edible. Rubbery and cold. Food was not to the high standard it used to be. We went a few weeks ago and were disappointed but gave it another go and is even worse. We wont be going here again

We recently moved into the area and have used this takeaway 4/5 times as the food is excellent! We've served it to family and friends who've all loved it as much as we do and we'll keep coming back as we haven't found anything that tops it in the area. Thank you Noble House :)

Staff were very friendly and the food hygiene review is 5 star My reason for 3 stars is that the food is average ‘take away’ fare…in my and my families view Perhaps tainted by the excellent food that used to be served in the Saigon/Zen restaurant on the Boulevard in Weston….massively hard to live up to that standard and sad this restaurant has closed

We ate in the restaurant and the food was fantastic with great flavours and good size portions. Table Service was also very good, would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

we have been regular customers of noble house, i ordered our meal at their time of opening which was 17.30 wasn't delivered till after 20.30 what a joke. the takeaway is only 4 miles away. will not be ordering from them again.

We normally order takeaway from there takeout next door to the restaurant. But having been visiting family we decided in popping into the restaurant on this occasion. We weren’t disappointed the food is just as fantastic as the takeout opinion without the washing up :)))And to be honest the prices aren’t that expensive eaither. I did find the soft drinks a little expensive but after all it is a restaurant. The food came quite quick as well, but having said that it was a Tuesday evening.

Amazing!! Fab to eat in and the quality for take away is just as good!! The good and service is impeccable and the best Chinese for miles around. Highly recommended

Excellent COVID precautions in place and dealt with in a professional manner. The food was amazing great choice and plenty of it. I live less than a 5 minute walk away and had forgotten how good this local gem is. The waitress was patient and polite although we took time splitting the bill!!Overall a great experience and I can’t wait to visit againThank you for your beautiful food and excellent service in these difficult times

I ordered take away and food was delivered before due time. The standard and quality was quite high. Beef rendang was absolutely delicious. The curry paste was authentic. Really enjoyed my dinner.

Today, having recently moved here my wife wanted an Indian or Thai takeaway, I on the other hand only wanted Chinese, I do love a good Chinese curry! My love of Chinese curry started in Malaya back in the 50s (1950s that is) when I was in the army.And online, there it was , best of both Chinese and Thai at the Noble House. The only way to test the market of course, was to order, which we did.Oh what a disappointment on all counts. Let’s be honest, and start with mine, the Chinese Special Curry. Now, I always have the house special because you get everything, chicken, prawn, beef, mushrooms  and onion set in a great spicey curry sauce. Unfortunately, not at the Noble House! NO mushrooms at all, NO prawns (or should that be singular) at all and  not very pepper hot, and no choice of how hot you want it, one, two or three peppers hot maybe? Even the curry sauce tasted of Chinese, but was bland and honestly not very appetising.The Thai curry was also not very appetising, it is always better with sticky rice in my opinion, but we didn’t have that choice so settled for egg fried rice. Unfortunately the Thai curry sauce tasted more Chinese rather than the sweet flavour of the Thai sauce. My wife was not very impressed with the meal at all, so that was disappointing for both of us"Just one more thing, they don’t tell you what’s in the Special, so I guess I have to take what ingredients they do put in it, but surely it has to be SPECIAL! Not just a chicken, or prawn or beef curry, it has to have it all . . .IF I had to offer any advice, it would be to put a wider variety of ingredients in this particular product, and on the menu, maybe offer a cool, medium or hot pepper taste. I did see, on the menu they sent with the order, they put 1 pepper beside the name, so maybe one does not get a choice of peppery strength? I also did something that I have NEVER done in my life. I left some Curry and threw some of my meal away!!!Delivery was very quick and efficient, but maybe that was because they saved time by not giving us all the ingredients?What a Pity!

Visiting my brother on a break I always insist that we get a take away from the restaurant or eat in. On this occasion we had a takeaway due to the restaurant being shut. Food was collected at the agreed time. Whilst preparing the food to eat is was warm with the duck cold. The supplied food containers are not suitable for microwave heating. Not the level of service I expect from what I considered to be a supplier of quality food.

The reviews seemed really good so we decided the travel time of 30 mins was worth it .We wernt disappointed. The meal was lovely .the Malaysian fried rice was so flavour some had lots of nice heat .we tried the chicken and cashew nuts with veg also faultless and the sweet and sour amazing .full of meat .We would defo recommend and will be returning to try many more dishes.the service was lovely and the presentation was amazing .

Tried noble house last weekend for the first time! Very friendly and polite staff and food was ready quicker than I expected on a weekend. The Food was good and you get a good potions. I would go back again but I will try some of the other Chinese take aways, as I have had better.

Ordered a takeaway as a Birthday treat for a member of the family and was not disappointed. The food was well packed, tasty and plentiful. We went for the Chefs Special Dinner D and supplemented with some personal favourites like lemon chicken and satay. Overall an outstanding spread with quality, well prepared and tasty dishes. I can highly recommend the food from Noble House. Thank you Noble House for making our small family get together such a memorable occasion.

Booked here after reading reviews and not disappointed it was one of the best chinese meals we have ever had, in pleasant restaurant with lovely staff. All safety measures in place . Had a set meal and it was well worth the money, hot and delicious.

We are lucky to live in this area, every time we have suppliers visiting North Somerset we bring them to the Noble House. it is a dinning experience. We always order the set menu and it has honey ribs, prawn on toast with sesame seeds, Satay chicken, crispy seaweed, crispy duck, beef and black bean sauce, crispy chicken and chilly and my favourite: King prawns with mushrooms! I am so full now :) P.D. Already booked again with the eat out to help out scheme!

I enjoy visiting this restaurant when staying local with a relative. Compared to my local Chinese restaurants at home Noble House is far superior. The food is very good and appears to be freshly prepared and not prepared earlier then reheated. Portion sizes are large and good value for money as are the alcoholic drinks. The young staff were very capable giving very good service. Very flavoursome fare.

We went there for a birthday party with my baby boy (21 months) when i got in the lady who welcomed me she pulled a face like "oh i cant be bother" i felt like i was annoying her, her attitude continue for the whole night, when we finished with our food and my son was out of his highchair - that i had to ask for- he was walking around and of course i was next to him the same lady was seem so annoyed by my baby.. I think is a great place but only for a take away, i dont really think they are very baby friendly...

5 of us had a real mix of dishes including crispy Peking duck, chicken and cashew nuts, sticky ribs, sesame toast and crispy chilli beef. The staff were very accommodating, bringing everything together as asked and even giving us containers to pack the excess food we had ordered. The ambiance is basic but pleasant and we were surprised to find it really busy by 6pm, having been the first in at 5.15pm.

Stop here to get takeaway, staff member very busy, with the phone constantly ringing ,which seamed to distract her from us placing our order correctly so when we got home we received a totally wrong order, which was cold anyway.Will not return

Nice clean dinning room with good atmosphere. We had a lovely meal the food was really good. Staff were very friendly. All in all a lovely meal and good food.

The food tasted very artificial compared to some other restaurants and given the recent 1* food hygiene I doubt I will be returning. Perhaps spend less time carving table decorations (which do look amazing by the way) and more time spent actually focused on the food.

Visiting the area staying my brother we decided to visit Noble House on a Monday night. Been here in the past and have had a great meal. Tonight was well up to standard. Our waitress was lovely, very efficient and friendly. Food was served hot and very tasty with plenty of flavour. Despite being a spring Monday evening the restaurant was very busy which gives an idea how popular it is. Last went there in 2016 and can say food quality is the same as then. Hope to return sooner than later.

Called in for weekend meal. Busy as usual. Food served was fairly swift from ordering. Piping hot and plenty of it. Staff polite. Left us to get on with it. No complaints. Will definately go again.

We visited for a post Christmas evening meal. the food was really good as always, the service was excellent, the restaurant was busy but everything was well timed and lovely. we picked a set menu and it was really tasty.

Having read the adverse reviews my wife and I were a little anxious about visiting the restaurant but, we like negative remarks to make up our own minds, so went ahead. We were delighted both with the service and the lovely food. The lady who attended to us could not have been better.

Service was awful, staff so miserable and they hovered over us to leave as they had others waiting. If they were better on their service they may not create a build up of customers waiting. A smile costs nothing. Food was ok.

Such a disappointment!! We used to have takeaway from here regularly but stopped whilst I was pregnant. Ate the usual special fried rice and chicken balls tonight. Absolutely revolting!! Looks inviting from the outside and decent reviews but quite underwhelming to be honest, Overpriced and not that clean, Average food and drink as was the service, felt hurried and watched often, Uncomfortable visit at times.

Throughout the meal it felt as though the staff couldn’t wait for us to both order and to finish our meal.

We try to visit here at least once a month as we have never had a bad meal or experience here - something you cannot often say. Great for couples friends/families but always book as it is always popular and we try to go early weekas it is easier to book then. There is a great selection for all and usual wines and drinks and all well priced. We cannot wait to visit again

This was the first time we ordered a takeaway from this business and it was the last, it did not seem fresh, my daughter ordered a vegigitairian dish and was sent one which contained meat, in short, a waste of money.

We managed to reserve a table to celebrate our anniversary with our teenage children. Despite it being busy, the waiter was courteous and polite. Various dishes were all delicious and care was taken with the presentation of it. It was the first time we had eaten in the restaurant as we usually order takeaway from there. The most disgusting takeaway we have ever had. Threw all of it in the bin.Curry so salty we couldn't eat it. Chips like cardboard. Satay prawns so Spicey could not eat them. Sweet sour chicken just batter.

This is an outstanding take away and eat in restaurant in Waterloo Street Weston super mare. The staff are outstanding and go the extra Mike. They know 90% of their customers by name, they cater for all the family from the baby to the senior. Nothing is a problem. How lucky we are to have them.They have awards for the food and service to the public

This is a chinese restaurant with an excellent reputation. We had superb service and as always it was very busy.

went on a thursdy night, the place was pretty empty, the staff apart from a young lady seemed pretty un-interested, the food arrived quickly but was a bit bland and portions were small.

We all fancied something a bit different and so off we went to this restaurant; now, I haven't been in there for some years but what a pleasant evening we had! The staff were friendly and attentive (but not overly so) and the service was very good. The menu was extensive but we decided to stick to one of the set menus and went for "B"

here on a break and decided to change from a buffet to a takeaway, checked out the reviews for chinese takeaways and this stood out from the rest. I called the order through very polite call taker, collected the food, it was reasonably priced, hot and tasty, well reviewed.

Came here for our usual monthly meal. We ordered the pancake rolls to share as starter as the portions here are quite large. I ordered special fried rice this time as was disappointed with the amount of meat. Normally you get a good portion of various meats but not this time?? Will try again and see if things are the same. If so, time to change.

We visited as part of a hen party and the service from start to finish was amazing. The management accommodated the changes to our party even up to the day before and provided us with a lovely table decorated as we asked it to be.

Amazing food. (Not too greasy) don’t accept card which is a slight pain but is by far the best Chinese locally.

We have takeaway from here approximately once a month. Food is always lovely. Free prawn crackers is handy as the kids love them! There is usually a little wait on collection, but that's no issue.

Met some of the family here and luckily we had booked as it was packed. I left the ordering to the others as I eat all Chinese food and having just driven over hundred miles to get here just wanted to relax. They decided on one of set Menus. Starter was a large bowl/plate of mixed dishes and was excellent; it was followed by Shredded Duck and Pancakes etc, which again was good. Then on to the Mains – Six different dishes again all lovely. Finally toffee banana and ice cream with coffee to end the meal. All of the food was of ample portions and high quality. Service too, was just right and we were well looked after.

As a family we have used this place for year's. The food can be hit or miss, some weeks the food is like its from a different place. When we make a telephone order and then given a time to collect, it's never ready. Reason for writing this today is my wife ordered at 6:30 was told 30min, order wasn't ready until 7:30. A women came in at 7:00 and made a large order and her's came out before ours. I've told the wife we need to change.

Had my daughter's 21st family birthday dinner here. Quality. Top plentiful food and service is excellent. Too much choice from set meal. Can't rate this place high enough.

Went as a group of 4 and could not find the place. Telephoned to get directions and arrived 20 minutes late. The downstairs was full which is a good sign.

The family visited Noble House to celebrate my wife's birthday. On that day there were also two other birthdays being celebrated! The food was excellent and the service was spot on. We chose our own dishes rather than using a set menu, and the value for money seemed very good. We have eaten here twice before, and find it the best Chinese food we have had. The vegetable sculptures that come with the food are also very clever. We will certainly visit again soon.

Visited on a Sunday evening as a party of 5, 2 of us were over 15 minutes late but that was no problem. We were seated with menus, complimentary prawn crackers and served with our drinks. The restaurant was very busy but at no time were we rushed or made to feel they needed the table back. We ordered a selection of starters and mains all of which were served piping hot and tasty. The portions were generous and it was no problem for the waiting stafff to box up the leftovers for us to take home. Will definitely be visiting again, impressed all round.

Came down for a holiday to see the sights came across this restaurant on trip advisor ,one of the best Chinese dinners I have ever had great service fresh and quick food , it was so good came here twice . You won't be disappointed .

Visited as a couple normally go with friends or family. When we arrived advised just us and said they could put us on a small table - good job four walk-ins came and sat there almost immediately-we always book as no matter when we visit always busy. The food particularly my favourite duck with pancakes was as usual great taste and hot. The service was as usual pleasant and polite - nice to see the return of one of the waiters. To us the best Chinese near our home in Worle/Weston. Thoroughly recommended

Served by the young male waiter he was very pleasant! Great manners and service so left him a tip! we all went for the set menu B starter was great - cleared that, crispy lamb - also great cleared that. Then came the mains great but struggled to eat it all so asked for a 'doggy bag'. All round great ! meal going back again 3 weeks later....

Came here to try the local Chinese restaurant as we have just moved. We was a bit dubious about trying a new one as we loved our ex local. But we wasn’t disappointed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. So much better than our last place. The sweet and sour chicken was the best we have had in a very long time. All the meals had plenty of meat and was really tasty. We will definitely be coming back here.

Love the food here really high quality. Just be warned they put something on the cucumber and spring onion that tastes and smells like fairy liquid. Must be a preservative to keep fresh but I throw mine away and ask for no cucumber in any of the dishes I order.everything else is superb.

Was working in the area one evening and fancied a nibble for supper. This takeaway was on my way back to hotel so I stopped off to pick up some spicy chicken wings. A little shocked that spicy chicken wings was not on the menu so instead chose the singapore style vermicelli. Omg fabulous choice, thin noodles with a warm hint of spice and plenty of finely chopped chicken chinese pork and prawns. Best singapore chow mein I ve tried for ages, thanks.

Tried for a second time and have now given up!Not much to say other than over priced food and drinks!The staff have no people skills what so ever! The manager orders and tells off his staff in front of all the public (so rude) and seems to hover around for as soon have you have finished he takes your plate wanting what I feel for you to leave so the next paying customer can get in!Will never go back and give them my money!!!

Sat down as a party of 4, we booked and found the whole experience good, food was excellent, Staff were friendly and efficient and lots of locals eating there who are friendly and all say good things about the restaurant proving it is consistent. There is nothing much else in Worle, but local taxis are very cheap making this an ideal destination restaurant. Ill eat here on must visits to Weston now as I really like the style of food.

Having tried twice before to walk-in without booking and not get a table we thought our luck was in when at 5pm (just on their opening) yesterday we got a table.The rather thick set 'agressive' looking waiter, was equally so in his manner. He wasn't impressed we hadn't booked, and reluctantly showed us to a table, merely by pointing across the room. No "Hello Sir/Madam", no "Welcome to our restaurant", no "Pleased to see you" etc, just an abrupt (almost rude) attitude, which regrettably ignored. If we hadn't been so hungry due not eating all day, we would (SHOULD) have left there & then!Prawn crackers were unceremoniously 'dumped' on the table (which we didn't even want). The waiter's attitude upon taking our drinks order was positively rude, as immediately upon sitting down he expected an immediate answer to "Drinks" when we hadn't even had a chance to think about choice let alone look at the drink menu which was abruptly pushed into my wife's hands.The other somewhat 'chubbier' waiter, took our food order with total disinterest, which I assumed was because we had opted for Set Meal "A" for two.The food was served reasonably promptly, but as only one other (family of 6) that was hardly surprising.The food was medicore, far from best, but not the worst we've ever had. The chilli beef was so frazzled it couldn't be tasted. The chicken & veg in black bean sauce was tasty enough, but the sweet & sour pork was over sweet (too sickly) to enjoy. The fried rice has OK. However, ALL three dishes well excessively 'bulked up', with onions. So much so that we left about 1/3rd of each dish by volume as we didn't enjoy. I had to ask for a 2nd cup (for my wife) for the Chinese tea, which was finally brought with some reluctance.Mercifully they brought the bill reasonably quickly which we promptly paid without tipping (we normally tip generously, but only if merited). At no time we we asked if everything was OK, did we want drinks, did you enjoy your meal, No "Thanks for you custom", etc. In fact we were unceremoniously ignored upon departure, when our polite "Good bye" was even acknowledged by either waiter.1/10 for service : 3/10 for food : 0/10 for experience. The worst customer service in a Chinese restaurant ever. Unless you're desperately hungry AVOID.

Had a great meal for a special birthday , 14 guests all fed at the same time . Everyone enjoyed the food, not 1 complaint .... Loads of different dishes , exceptional service . Went in 2 hours before the booking to decorate the table and drop off cake ... Nothing was too much trouble .. A really fantastic night . Thank you

Went out for a meal with my family and was not disappointed. Waiting times were not bad at all; 15 minutes or less for the starters. Portion sizes are very good and this doesn't affect the quality. I had 'bang bang chicken' & 'chicken chow mein', both had great flavors. Desert was interesting... the lemon sorbet comes in an actual lemon which made it more memorable. Worth a visit.

Visited Noble house recently to celebrate wife's new job, early table booked service excellent had set meal from the menu for 2 plenty of food excellent quality waiting staff first class, had a lovely meal and evening, meal for two with a drink less than £40

We have eaten many times in the restaurant and had excellent meals, ordered a takeaway and one of the chilli dishes we ordered (shredded chilli chicken) didn't have any chilli in it it was just sweet and sour tasting when we got home so called up and asked it they could do another one, asked us to bring it back I'd already poured it onto our plates so scooped up as much as I could that wasn't mixed with other dishes and went back to the takeaway to exchange. The woman was very rude, no apology told me it's the same as it always is I explained it has no chilli at all in the dish, handed back the dish and her exact words were 'well you managed to eat half of it' I explained it was already on our plates and I scooped it back up and she just walked away with the dish, upon handing me the new dish she said I should ask for extra chilli in future. Got home to eat my cold Chinese with the new dish which this time ironically had so much chilli in it nobody could even eat it! Rude and disgusting customer service, if someone is willing to come all the way back to change a dish they are being genuine, no apology and embarrassing me in a busy takeaway saying I managed to eat half of it sarcastically is so rude. I will not be returning and although I've had lovely experiences in the restaurant this has put me off completely!

First tie we have had a take away from here and it definitely will not be the last. VEGGIE Chow Mein was superb and hubby really enjoyed his special too. Cant wait to try other dishes on the menu
