Nino's Pizza in Barnsley

Disappointed to say the least .

We love the pizzas at Ninos. Always hot and tasty. They make the pizzas just how you want with assorted toppings of your choice. The staff are always friendly and polite. Clean premises too.

The food was disgusting on the first bite. It smelt awful. "Spicy chicken" was awful, skin covered meat with a thick tasteless pap of a sauce on top. How do you think this is acceptable? The accompanying mushroom pizza dough was not cooked through. Never again - we have choices people

Overpriced tasteless crud. This place is surviving on past reputation. Don't waste your time or money.

First ordered from Nino's at my Dad's and it was amazing, have ordered there a few time since. Not a single complaint. Tonight we had a look if we could order from our home in stocksbridge and was delighted to see on the website where they deliver to, clearly showing the delivery fee based on zones. I personally thought that this was very helpful and stood out amongst other takeaways. Despite being in zone 4 food arrived amazing as always still very fresh and warmer then some of the takeaways in the village. In my opinion food is very good value for money and definitely worth paying the delivery fee.

First time we have used Ninos tonight as we had not heard about it before. Very easy to order and 16" thin and crispy arrived hot and on time with friendly delivery guy. Tasty base and well stacked meat feast Presentation great and also salad and extras. Worth every penny. Will definitely be using them again.

Gone down hill since re opening. Ordered a chicken tikka pizza and got a mess off mushrooms and peppers. Never again

Disappointed with the order I received tonight. Had hair in one of the meals. Rang up to complain and see if they could do anything about it and they tried saying it’s part of the box.

Horrendous,Horrendous Horrendous!!!!!!!!This place is shocking, the girl who answers the phone should never be in a customer service role and her manners are shocking. if she was part of my company she would have been dismissed. This person is not good for any company that involves customer interactions. Deliver times. They state 60 minutes, which on its own merit is a long time for a fast food place however they never stick to this time and you will be looking at good hour and half minimum. Don’t bother ringing to chase your order either, you will be fobbed off with “it’s on its way”!!!. absolutely shocking. if you then want to cancel due to the horrendous service you will basically get told no and that you have to have the order. All I would suggest to anyone who is ordering for delivery outside of a 1 mile radius then “good luck”. if things goes south then all I can say is I told you so👍

Been a few times and normally hot and tasty but ordered the other night and it came half an hour late, stone cold and my chicken pizza had several bones in! Very disappointed.

The best Pizza outside of Italy. Absolutely divine.

Always have to get some fried chicken when I go but they do nice pizzas too!

I don't usually write reviews, but this is the first time I feel like I have to. Delivery was 10 minutes late. Food was very bad, fries full of oil. The meat was definitely the worst, I felt sick after just 2 bites. I do NOT recommend.

Literally just had spicy beef pizza delivered. What the hell has happened to this place!!! It is vile. Had 3 bites put of one slice and the rest is in bin. Very disappointed Never again!!

Pizza very doughy - Plenty of toppings but undercooked. Chips bland. Would not recommend.

The margarita pizza was very good and the 16 inch pizza can easily feed 3 adults. the toppings on the other pizza's is very generous and is well worth the money

Just moved to dodworth so ordered from here at the weekend. It was honestly the best takeaway pizza I've ever had! And the chips were lovely too!!!!!

The food is always good, they are ready for when they say on the phone and the prices are responsible for what they are

2 hours and 20 minutes to get here & then freezing cold pizzas & chips. Very disappointing.

Working away from home in Barnsley, had a meatfeast pizza....omg best ever 5* i highly recommend them.

This used to be the best takeout... After ordering from them for a while we are so shocked to see the quality of the food go down hill. We normally spend between 30- 45 a week and make a family night of it. Over the past 3 months the deliveries have always been late (around an hour), when you ring the person that answers seems unbothered, the food arrives cold but yesterday the pizza bases were uncooked, soggy. The chicken was that hard it was like rock. We just chucked them in the bin. Money wasted, we complained about the late arrival but again not bothered so we didnt call to say the food was rubbish, lets face it they had the money so they wouldnt be bothered. Nino's do something about it before you loose all your customers. We certainly won't be ordering from you again 😒.

We have used Ninos for 4 years they have always been good. But the past few times, it's taken over an hour to get through on the phone, I know they are busy, but it seems recently they leave the phone off the hook. Once and if you get through, then delivery takes over an hour to get to you. Sorry Ninos but we will be going elsewhere until you can get this sorted.

Been a regular customer for over 2 years and spent a small fortune with these. Last 3 orders over an hour late and tonight 3 of the pizzas had to be thrown away- base not cooked, cold to touch. Have deleted their app. Avoid at all costs and use somewhere else.

After ordering 4 items, it turned up 20mins late,( 1 hour 10 minute ) All items were soggy like it’s been stood for a while Very poor!!

Food took one and a half hours to get to us, the food was cold as the driver had been out for over half an hour with it, even though we live two minutes away.

First time ordered Calzony was very nice Burger was also amazing portion size was fantastic far too much had to save for later arrived on time would definitely order again hopefully get the same service

£4 more than quoted arrived an hour after told wife's food barely warm poor quality won't be using them again.

Usually my local go to takeaway, chicken outstanding as ever but kebab meat absolute woeful 1st time ever I've moaned about you. Get your head back on game sort it out

This was the first time ordering here let’s start with the good. The food was mostly really nice and high quality. Especially the pizza. The delivery driver was very friendly. However food arrived almost an hour later than what they stated (nearly 2 hours waiting for delivery after ordering) the weather is pretty rubbish so il let that slide. The food was mostly stone cold which was super disappointing as you could tell if it was hot it would of been amazing. The chips were the best we’ve had. Overall would give it another go but sadly if it arrived stone cold again would give a miss.. also another point the website and google state the takeaway opens at 5pm however we called over 50 times between 5 and 6pm and it just went to answer machine not sure what the deal is with that. Finally got through after 6 and tried to call again to find out where delivery was and it wouldn’t ring again.

We Had the calzone and vegetarian 11”. Excellent quality and speed of delivery. Will definitely order from there again.

I went to collect a food order and was ignored for 10 minutes even though i had pre booked my order. POOR SERVICE.

Kebab was ok but nothing special. And not a very big portion for the price.

Yum deliciously tasty pizzas. I am a vegetarian and spicy veggie pizza with extra of pineapple is what I order. My partner has different choices which are meat based. Always happy with food and service from here.

Order is sometimes slightly wrong but more than happy to rectify, always delicious and very good value for money

Best pizza in Barnsley. Garlic bread with cheese to die for! 😁 They cook in a horizontal motorised oven, this means they're cooked to perfection everytime. Can get VERY BUSY!!

Absolutely amazing value. The people that work here are really kind and helpful. The chipspice is to die for. The donner mest is the best I've ever tasted and the chilly sauce is no worse! The chips are amazing - the same as McDonalds and they offer a wide array of sauces. They have a great chocolate fudge cake for dessert and the burgers are nice. The pizzas are a little greasy but still taste amazing. Ive only ever had 1 bad pizza. The chicken is amazing and tastes great with the chip spice. I love it!

Who doesn't love a ninos takeaway? It's the best in Dodworth & surrounding areas. All cooked to fresh and with fresh ingredients. Kebabs are fab.

OMG absolute, complete, utter RUBBISH! Placed order at 7.45 Told 45min - 1hour. Phoned back (on the CONSTANTLY engaged line) after an hour to be told "I'm wrapping it now and the driver is outside". Bullshit. The kids were nearly crying with hunger at 9.20 when the 'food' eventually arrived. When it did it was at best ordinary and bland. Honestly, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. These lying jokers don't give a toss.

Just moved to area and thought we would try it. Told 45 mins, 1hr 15 later still nothing. Rang them to be told another 20 mins!! Anyway now ive lost 5 stone and decided they have no standard of service!!
